They advertise some genuine bargains
1 Sale advertise some genuine bargains. When I purchase something I would like to receive the item within a reasonable amount of time. 14 working days (nearly 3 weeks because weekends don't count) after making payment I send an inquiry for a status update. 3 working days later I get a note telling me the product will be labeled for shipment in a few days. Finally I get a UPS tracking number but UPS shows no status. You can put a UPS or FedEX label on a package but that doesn't mean it has actually shipped.

If you want something from 1saleaday.com for summer use, be sure to order in the winter. It might arrive in time for fall.

There are better sights like Daily Steals and Woot.com that ship quickly.

No matter how good the price the long long long wait isn't worth the effort.

The item was ordered on November 30th. It took 12 business days to get it in the mail. It was taken to UPS innovations on December 17th it arrived at USPS on December 22 and sat in the post office through Christmas. It was scheduled to be delivered on December 24th which never happened. Other things I ordered from them also took 3 weeks to a month to get here while other items took 2 weeks. 1 Sale need to make sure the companies they are selling for have better shipping policies. When I contacted them, which is only by e-mail, all they said was it can take up to 10 business days to send out orders. I think they need to change this to 5 days. Some companies are not adhering to the current shipping policy and 1 sale a day will not contact the company to find out what is wrong.

I ordered rings from this site for my wife and 1 Sale are either damaged or different rings. Few has damaged center stone with cracks and scratches whereas others are totally different from what was ordered. They have mostly crystals missing or different design. For one of the ring, I ordered different sizes and one can easily see the difference. For size 7 the bottom or lower end of the ring is way too thin as a thread. You will be afraid to wear the ring so that you might easily break or bend it. The finishing is also way too cheap. The rings which you see while ordering and the ones you receive looks different or unattractive or cheaply made. Those shines and looks are missing. So instead of wearing these rings to occasions you will wear at home.

I, too, ordered the Nook eReader on 9/5/2013 and the first reply was that the shipping would take 10-14 days as stated on their shipping policy. This timeframe was NOT indicated. Daily, I check to see if my item has shipped, and as of today, "processing" --- I've send numerous emails since the original shipping time has expired, and no feedback. I've asked on two occasions, or more, to just refund my $$. At this point, I would rather pay more and get the shipment in a reasonable timeframe. Once I either get my product, or my refund... I will NOT order from 1Saleaday.com again! Too bad, 1 Sale advertise good deals, but customer service and shipping is off the charts!

I used to love this site but then it was bought out...
I used to love this site but then it was bought out a while ago - I had a problem with my last order but FINALLY got it resolved (after many email exchanges) - I now ordered a tablet because it was such a great price and I'm concerned after reading so many recent complaints. 1 Sale charged me upon ordering (of course) but shipping "might" be in 1-2+ weeks. IMO, they should be able to charge for an item until it's shipped (or at the max. W/i a day or two) - keeping my fingers crossed as this is the most expensive item I've gotten from them. As I said, they used to be wonderful! Items came w/i days - Use the site with caution, keep all your emails, paperwork, etc.

Much like most of the other reviews on this site... customer service is a joke. The item I ordered has not shipped, emails have gone unanswered, and I cannot find a way to contact them by telephone.

I had ordered from them in the past (many months ago) and had been satisfied, but not anymore. I'm glad I'm a cheapskate and that the item I ordered was only a $6 item... so I didn't have a huge loss. I feel bad for people that ordered larger items from them. No one deserves to get scammed, and I fear we all have.

I will NEVER order from them again and would not recommend anyone purchasing from their web site (btw the name has changed to 1sale.com.

I ordered a blu-ray player this past November around...
I ordered a blu-ray player this past November around Thanksgiving time. It did take about three weeks to arrive. When it arrived, it came in its original box only. It wasn't carefully packaged inside another box with any kind of stuffing to protect it, it came like I just took it off the shelf in a store! I thought perhaps my kids opened the package before I got home from work... but no... anyways, I lucked out and so far the player works. Would I order again from this site? Not so sure... things could go either way when ordering from here... also make sure you understand that many items tend to be refurbished so read the description carefully

This is the 13th email I have written about this! Was told that it would be escaladed to a supervisor! Have not heard anything since! I still dont have the head phones and Christmas is next week, nor do I have the $129.00 that I paid for them!

9th email! I have asked my family and neighbors, no one has seen the package! It is almost Christmas and I still do not have my sons gift. Please get this sorted out for me asap! Thank you. It says it was delivered over a week ago. I do not want to wait any longer.
This is my 8th email to you! Here are all my emails that I have sent! With no luck at all! I am trying to get some answers or at least my money back so I can buy my kid a Christmas present! This thing was $130, that's not cheap! It will be Christmas soon and I don't have his BIG GIFT! Really? And I can't get a solid answer from anyone! Bottom-line (this should be 1Sale's slogan): Order at your own risk!

I started dealing with 1Sale in September 2013. I have placed three (3) orders totaling ten (10) items within those orders. Overall, I was satisfied with 1Sale's service as the orders arrived within their posted estimated delivery timeframe (1-2 Weeks) for the items I ordered. In addition, the quality of the items met my expectations for the money I spent.

So, I was a fairly satisfied customer UNTIL I had to return two (2) defective items.

First, let me start with statements taken from 1Sale's FAQ page to put my following comments/complaint in the proper context:

How long does it take for a refund to show on my account?
"Once a refund has been issued, you should see it reflected on your account within 3-5 business days."

I have not received a response from the 1Sale.com Customer Service team.
"Response time varies based on volume and may take up to 3 business days. Please check your spam folder as our reply may be redirected there."

I initiated the return process for the first defective item on 11/03/2013, and second item on 11/04/2013 via email. The average response time to my emails was six (6) business days, NOT three (3)! I received RMA (return merchandise authorization) for both items and returned them via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. 1Sale received the first return on 11/09/2013 and the second return on 11/14/2013.

Twenty-two (22)/nineteen (19) business days later (1st/2nd return respectively), I finally received my refunds on 12/10/2013. I must note that before my refund, I communicated with six (6) different customer reps trying to resolve the refund problem. It was ONLY after opening a refund Dispute Case with PayPal (12/10/2013) that 1Sale finally issued my refund.

Here's my response to the "1Sale.com Customer Service Experience Survey":

"So we may improve your experience with 1Sale.com, please provide us with the following information:"

Six (6) customer service reps were involved in my return/refund requests with "no resolution" by 1Sale!

Thirty-one (31) days (22 business days) after 1Sale received my authorized return(s) and no refund credited. All I received were "apologizes and broken promises" of a refund in 5-7 business days from several reps. I had to file a dispute resolution with PayPal (12/10/13) to get my refund(s), which I received on the same day of filing the dispute - that's a SHAME. I have never experienced such a convoluted customer service and merchandise return process in all years buying from online retailers. This ‘IS NOT' the way to do business - and I am very disappointed with 1Sale and especially its merchandise return process. The processing time for my refunds was inordinate and unacceptable compared to usual/customary business practices. It is doubtful that I will ever do business with 1Sale again. This probably does NOT matter much to 1Sale considering all the unanswered customer complaints filed with the BBB and several other consumer complaint websites.

"Did the Associate handling your email ask you if you had any other issues or concerns? If you chose "No", please let us know what else we can do to address your concerns:"

NO! Offering me a pre-paid return shipping label after 1Sale had already received the returns was ridiculous. It also implied that 1Sale would cover the return shipping cost. Reimbursing my shipping cost of $11.70 ($5.85/return) would be an honorable gesture considering all I had to go through just to get my refund. But alas, this request will probably fall on death ears.

1Sale has not responded to my comments/complaints in the survey and I doubt 1 Sale ever will.

Again, order from 1Sale.com at your own risk – you just might get lucky!^

Site has zero customer service, so if you have any issues you're pretty much screwed. It is intentionally impossible to cancel an order, even if you do it right after the order is placed They'll place blame on the fact that 1 Sale get 1000 emails and can't sort through it all to find the cancel order requests quick enough.

Here's a simple solution. Make another email address just for cancel order requests. But no, they'd rather give an excuse such as the order has already shipped. In reality the status will say shipped, and 20 hours later you will receive a tracking number. However the tracking number won't actually be active on the UPS site for a few more days. This is made even worse by the fact that 1saleaday's only cancel order policy is to wait for it to come to your door and then refuse delivery. If you miss that small window then you can look forward to shipping it back on your own dime and possibly even being charged a restocking fee.

The reason refusing delivery is so difficult is that the shipping process is terrible. Often the tracking number you receive won't be active for days to months. It leads to the situation where they'll keep your money for up to months on end but you'll never receive the product. Most respectable businesses would refund you when the delays are extensive. 1saleaday will blame it on unavoidable delays in shipping, or another vendor. The best you will get is a partial refund which isn't very useful after several weeks of not receiving a product.

When you finally receive the product is the final area of concern. If you're lucky and ordering something that is sealed then you'll probably be a fine. If it's an open box item then you might be screwed. It's not too uncommon to get a used item that was described as refurbished. Or an item that was just completely used and not fully functioning.

That brings you back to the original problem of customer service. You'll have a hard time returning the item. They'll lie/cheat regarding the item description and condition. Absolutely horrible business practices.

I ordered bed set moth and a half ago. It said it's gonna take 10-15 business for shipping. I waited 15 business days and no confirmation that my order has been shipped. I emailed them asking what's going on, thy replied that 1 Sale have a lot of delays and that i should allow 3-5 business days for my order to be shipped. I did so, and 5 business days after no respond again! I emailed asking what's going on they copied and paste the same email like they did b4 (about waiting for 3-5 more days)! Are you F** kidding me! You just gonna copy paste the same answer always?! Then they answered that they are sorry and they will ship my order soon! WTF is soon? I asked again "What's soon" and they replied they will give me 5 bucks credit store for next time i order something from their website (and again no answer when they going to ship my order). I said I NEED YOU TO TELL ME WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO SHIP MY ORDER, don't give me excuses anymore, and 5 bucks won't comer over a month waiting time for one freaking bed set! So then they emailed they will give me 6 bucks (are you f** kidding me again) and they CAN'T tell me when they are going to ship it!
Honestly, I got sick of waiting for their respond and of the same BS over and over so I asked for money back. Now they wrote this: "I will try to cancel your order and if I am successful in doing so, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 business hours. Unfortunately not all orders are able to be canceled and we apologize for the inconvenience. If you do not receive an email saying that your order has been canceled, you can refuse the package for a full refund."

This is nothing but the nightmare of getting your order delivered or money back! Stay away from them if you don't have plan of waiting one year for small thing to be delivered!

P.S. For all this time I could sew the bed set myself and ship it!

I ordered Belkin Dual-Band Router F9K1102 (Latest Generation) on 02/27/2013. I received my package on 03/13/2013. And, it is not the same generation that 1 Sale listed for sell. It is old generation (F7D8302). I emailed to customer service about that. They offer me $10 partial refund or return it to get full refund. I requested to return it for full refund. They sent me a return form and ask me to ship back the item. That means I need to pay the shipping fee on my own, which is not fare since this is not my mistake and I need to spend extra money. I told them that I don't want to pay return shipping fee since it is not my fault. They replied me back "A call tag has been issued to you. Please allow 1-4 business days for the email with your pre-paid shipping label to arrive. It will be sent via email by UPS. Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder as this email, which comes directly from UPS, may not automatically appear in your Inbox.". I waited for 5 days and didn't receive any email from UPS regarding pre-paid shipping label. So, I emailed them yesterday and I they replied me with the same message again. I feel like they are lying and trying to sell item which they never have in stock. It is wasting my time and money for nothing. I suggest buying from Amazon or newegg. Yes, they may charge extra $5 - $10 but it will save your time.

I received my product. Has a defect. Wouldn't play videos.
I've tried converting it to the right type of file and whatever but it still wouldn't play.
I complained and 1 Sale said oh they'll take it back.
I was relieved. Oh that's nice.
But they take FOREVER to reply to emails.
And they don't even reply to the full email!
They still haven't deposited the refund amount back into my account and I checked through the tracking number that it has delivered OVER a week ago.
Like last last week!
I emailed them asking about when I can get my refund. And also if they pay for the return shipping fee.
They were all nice about it like oh sure, send a copy of the receipt and attach it to the email so they can refund that amount.
Well kinda funny cuz they don't have something enabled on ebay and you CAN'T attach photos! Seems like something they should obviously have enabled...

Still no reply.
Has been a week since I've sent that email.

On December 2,2013, I ordered a hot wheels playset for my child for a Christmas gift since the site indicated the item would ship within 1 to 2 weeks. After approximately 3 weeks, my order was in the "processing" status only to be updated to "printed" around Christmas. Several of my inquiries were met with no response. One time, 1 Sale told me the item was advertised as shipping within 1 to 2 weeks excluding weekends or holidays. When I pointed out the advertising did not exclude weekends or holidays, there was no response. Finally, after almost two moths of receiving the run-around, I requested a refund in writing on January 9,2014. My request once again was met with no response so, on January 17,2014, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. On January 22,2014, the company finally responded to my request for a refund to say they were unable to return my money since my order was in processing! Then, approximately four hours later, they sent me a message indicating my order had shipped. The tracking number, of course, is unverifiable. I will NEVER do business with them again. I will not even accept free merchandise from them. I only gave them one star because you have to rate them in order to submit a review. Is there a garbage rating?

This site used to be great! I've been shopping here for about two years now and never had an issue until the last two months. I ordered some bath rugs on April 25th, along with another item. I received the other items within the normal amount of time - but as of today (June 13th) my rugs have not even shipped. I've contacted customer support on more than one occasion, getting the EXACT same e-mail back with no information AT ALL on where my item is. All I ask is for honesty. Instead I get "I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience this delay has caused. We are working to rectify this issue as quickly as possible and we aim to have the order shipped shortly. If you no longer wish to wait for your order to ship, please let me know and I will try cancelling it for you."

I've received this same e-mail from them on FOUR occasions. I even went as far as to message them via Facebook. At least that time I got a response that was different, but telling me the same thing. 1 Sale did offer me $5 in credit but not until I ordered something else and ONLY once it had shipped. Are you kidding me!?!?

I just want my bath rugs. If I didn't want them, I wouldn't have ordered them. The only thing missing from my bathroom remodel is the rugs. WTF?! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE - because if you have an issue, you will get NO WHERE.

I had send them dozen of e mails and got no resolution. 1 Sale took my money and probebly from 1000's of other people and didn't even had merchandise in Stock and was trying to ripp-off every one. I have seen 1000's of customer complain about this company on Web. Authorities need to shut them down. I can't Belive they are allowed to operate after 1000's complaints. They take customer orders and money and don't even have product on hand and then hope people either will forget about it or will give up after trying to get hold of thrm, which I almost did. If they are legit bussiness how come they don't have customer service phone number. I found one number on BBB site and called no one answer and there is no appropriate bussiness greeting at all on phone. It just tells you "no one is avaliable to answer at this time leave a massage". That tells you that they are running a shady bussiness. It was not about the amount of money I was going to lose I just want them to stop ripping off people. I saw there owner interview on cnbc how he became multi-millioner. I am sure not the honest way. Someone need to shut them down

I ordered a Galaxy Note GT-N7000 (i9220) from 1saleaday.com on 03/15/12, and finally received the shipment yesterday (03/28/12). When I opened the shipping container, I discovered an unsealed Galaxy Note box (These were sold as BNIB) that contained all of the accessories, but no Galaxy Note. I have been in constant contact with them the last two days, at which point 1 Sale tried to persuade me into purchasing today's deal on the Note, at which point they would refund my money and cancel my previous order. Unwilling to do this, because I am already out $584, and was not prepared to throw good money after bad to a company that does not even have a customer service phone number, I was finally informed at the end of their business day today (4:30 PM EDT) that I would NOT be receiving a refund, after all. You see, apparently I am not alone in this, and rather than them take care of the customers who have already tied money up in their shady venture, they now want to do an "investigation" into how widespread this may be. I signed a sworn affidavit attesting to the fact that I did not receive the phone, just the box and accessories, yet they still refuse to refund my money or send me the phone.

Do on November 25th, 2013 I order in IPOD Touch for my son that was going to be a Christmas gift. About 2 weeks before Christmas I got an email from 1 Sale a day saying that there was a delay in shipment and my order would be there in 1-2 weeks well a week later I received another email say would be 2-3 weeks until I received my order. I sent an email asking a question, which populates an automatic email saying I take 1-3 days to get a email back. Well 1-3 days later nothing. So I decided to wait for my package to come. And it never came. So on January 3,2014 I sent another email asking about the status of my order. Again I received a automatic email saying I would get a response in 1-3 days. Three days later nothing. January 10th send email again same thing. Did this again on 13th and 14th nothing. I finally sent an angry email saying that I have sent many emails and I have never received an answer and I am not happy regarding this. Oh and guess what I finally got an answer and you know what 1 Sale told me. The product is no longer available, and not until I sent the email almost a month an half after ordering it and them charging my card did they process a refund.

I immediately tried to install it and connect to it to my computer only to find out that I had to spill some more money in order to get an app that will make it work. I realized that this was not a "good fit" to my limited budget without even an assurance that it will work so that very same day, I emailed 1Sale for an RMA. After waiting for a WEEK for the RMA, I decided to call their "customer service?" number only to find out it is a very dead line. At this point, I contacted PayPal to try to get a resolution to this problem. Would you believe! 1 Sale had an email for me within a day of PayPal being involved! And, they have the nerve to refer me to their support page for a (non-existent) return policy and is charging me 25% restocking fee. So... needless to say, BE VERY WARY OF THIS SITE! "I ordered from this company last year. I knew shipping was slow, so I was prepared for that. The camcorder I ordered was a piece of crap, but I decided not to hold that against the retailer and gave them another chance. A couple weeks ago I ordered a coffee grinder. It was a name brand and the price was great, and about 2 weeks later (yesterday) I got an email that it had shipped. So far, so good. But today when I went to check the tracking to see if an estimated delivery date was available, it showed up as a voided shipment. When I checked my 1saleaday account the order is now, "refund pending." I have no doubt it will be pending for some time. In this day and age it should not take 2 weeks to determine 1 Sale have insufficient stock. I assume a fair amount of their profits come from interest on money they hold for merchandise they have no intention of selling. I will never deal with this company again, and I suggest you do the same!"

1saleaday is horrible!
1saleaday is horrible! It has reached the point where it can't get any worse... It takes weeks for them to send any item you order, 1 Sale are horrible with their e-mail support, and you have to Google to find any kind of phone number. And, even if you reach someone by phone, they say to send an e-mail only to not have it answered. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back after a month. THE SAVINGS ARE NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! They think just because they are an 'e-seller', they can flip you the middle finger and send your items when they find it convenient (or in my case never ship my item at all). It's always been slow, but now its unacceptable! The worst seller on eBay will ship your item faster than these people! AVOID! Spend your money elsewhere - these people clearly don't care about you, the time the items gets shipped, and their customer service is clearly the worst I have encountered in years.

Have orders pending since mid nov!
Have orders pending since mid nov! Have sent over 10 emails the past month to cancel, no responses until this week. On Monday 1 Sale said that the orders were canceled, but the order status still says "processing". Not canceled. They are just holding onto my money at this point.

I'm really trying to avoid contacting my CC's for something so stupid but 1Sale will be getting charge backs from me. I can only imagine they get a huge amount of charge backs and I dont understand how they are still able to find a CC processor?!

Another reviewer posted a comment on 1/7 about them being sold? I dont know if that is true but I've never had an issue with them until Nov. They do not respond to emails anymore and have taken over 1000$ of my money without shipping my orders that were placed in Nov.

What a crappy company now, avoid at all costs. Trust all the reviews! Save yourself the headaches!

I purchased a 'unlocked verizon blackberry 8830 world' from 1saleaday. Turns out this unlocked phone only works with verizon and page plus and is only unlocked for the world (ie not north america). I wrote to 1saleaday stating that the fact that it could not be used with other carriers was not clarified on their add and requesting a refund. 1 Sale denied it. Thus, I am left with a phone I cannot use.

Previously, I bought a watch advertised with ecg capabilites on it from 1saleaday. Upon receiving it I attempted to use this function but no such function existed. Thus, 1saleaday, in my experience, i do not get what i pay for with one sale a day. Further I feel that their adds easily trick consumers into buying products that do not do what they are expected to do. Moreover, if you buy and are not happy, no refunds. You are trapped. I would not recommend one sale a day at all.

Not always what they advertise
Not always what 1 Sale advertise. I have ordered several things from them with no problems until recently. I order what was supposed to be "factory refurbished" tv's. I have gotten factory refurbished before and they come packed well and are marked by company who made it as such. What I received this time was a joke. I got both tv's on the same day both poorly packaged... nothing to protect them during shipping and on top of that they were very scratched up front and back, several parts were missing and one of the frames was cracked and falling off. Now, I am trying to get a refund which is not their policy. Having Pay Pal assist with this. I was happy with my purchases before this but now will not order from them again. Just not with the risk. They are definitely not interested in good customer service when there is an issue.

THIS SITE HAS TO BE A SCAM! I regret that I didn't check out this site before ordering. I ordered urBeats Nov 7. The ship time was 1-2 weeks, and that's about how long it took to receive a tracking number. However, this tracking number never works when I try to track my package. After emails back and forth with the company (typically at least 3 days for a response to come through), I keep there are "minor" shipping delays and to wait 3-5 more business days. And don't forget that their customer service phone number is closed "for the holidays" - what?!?! It's been well over a month since I ordered, so 1 Sale are either liars or don't know what the word "minor" means. Luckily I paid on PayPal, so I'm going to use their Dispute Resolution Center for my claim. Fingers crossed I get my money back. DON'T EVER USE THIS SITE!

I have bought a great deal of stuff from this website and it's clearly buyer beware. I've never bought watches or jewelry, so I can't comment on the quality of this generic stuff. Generally, however, their branded items are what 1 Sale claim, and offered at a good price. I've always found their refurb stuff to be labeled as such. But, I believe their slow delivery policy is deliberate and unfair. They take your money the day you place your order, then usually wait at least ten days to send the stuff out. This is called "float" and gives them a cash flow advantage. They may not even confirm an order with a supplier until after they see how many buyers they have. I wouldn't be surprised if they also pay their suppliers slowly. Lots of opportunities for fraud when you owe so many people so much money and merchandise.

I have ordered regularly from 1saleaday for several years (50+ items) and have only good things to say. As with any flashsale or other seller, you need to check out what you are buying first. Some products may not meet your expectation - but that is really between you and the manufacturer. You can buy junk almost anywhere. Research before pushing "BUY-IT" As far as 1SALEADAY is concerned, everything I have purchased has been as described in the listings, except for two items where 1 Sale mis-shipped a different item. In both cases, a single polite message to their customer customer service dept got a prompt response and ship of the correct item, along with a note to just keep the incorrect item. I can't think of another vendor, online or bricks and mortar that can live up to 1SALEADAY's customer service.

My story is the same as all the others. Ordered a gift on 12/2/2013 in hopes of receiving before Christmas. On 12/5 received an email stating my order had been shipped and would be received by 12/13. However, after several days, the tracking number still did not show a shipment so I began to inquire about the correct tracking number and/or status of my order. I received 3 different responses with 3 different stories -- all of them incorrect. Finally, 1 Sale fessed up that the order hadn't shipped and they were working to get it out as soon as possible. Apparently a week later was the quickest they could do even though I had been asking about the supposed shipment for weeks. It shipped out on 12/24 and obviously was not under the tree on Christmas morning. Will never use this site again.

I emailed a question before ordering and received a reply within 15 minutes. This impressed me and I went ahead and ordered the item, a hard drive usb dock station.
No problem receiving my order, it arrived in a reasonable amount of time.
That's where the pleasant experience ended. The dock was totally defective and i wanted to return it. I emailed the company's support and got no response after about four business days. I emailed a second time and that note was ignored also. I then dug around and found the company's toll-free number. However, I got a recorded message stating "my call can't be completed as dialed".
Bottom line here, folks, is that this outfit works like a boiler room operation. You can get a good buy here, but be advised that what you buy you keep. No returns.
