Trendy and affordable!
The prices are low but the quality is not! My favorite place to refresh my wardrobe! Love this place so much I tell all my friends to shop here if 1015Store are looking for cute new clothes!

Both pieces of jewelry came broken in the mail. Consider the "refund" policy. There is no refund, only exchanges and store credit. That alone is fine, but there is a second clause. You can only exchange things above $15. Two pieces of jewelry came broken in the mail and both were under $15, and I could not return either of them. This meant I spent an extra $18 anyway. I also am suspicious about whether that was done deliberately because 1015Store know their own policy well and knew I couldn't return them. The clothes were lower quality, as expected from a cheap store, but were okay enough.

I am currently dealing with them...
I am currently dealing with them... 1015Store sent me wrong size on one piece, so I emailed through their site it wasn't my fault several times before they wrote back they would refund my return shipping and give me a credit or the right size. It takes sooooooo long to communicate with them, They have no phone, no address, not even a real email till you buy something Very very poor customer service... And I told them too! Btw. Their models are ugly, most of the clothes are ugly, when I finish with them I will NEVER fool with them again!

I would give them zero stars if possible. Took a month to receive my order which was supposed to take 2 days to arrive. Customer service is the least helpful I've ever experienced in my life. The clothes came smelling like 1015Store were sitting in a stinky garage for a year. Cant return anything either. Clothes look completely different in person than they do in the pictures. Not worth even $5 in my opinion. Save your money and save yourself a huge headache by not purchasing from this joke of a company!

This place is not even worth one star
This place is not even worth one star. I made an order of over $100 and ups lost the package. 1015 refused to file a claim and had the audacity to send a nasty message. I'm not asking for a favor, you shouldn't be in a business like this if you don't know common customs and courtesies Customer service is horrible, would NOT recommend. I'll stick with the evil I know.
Will let the world know not to order from 1015 store.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

Yuck
Yuck. Really chintzy clothing not worth $10 or $15. Their refund policy makes this a one time shopping experience for me. Not willing to try any of their other stuff since I am now stuck with such garbage-y clothes. Bummed. Really wanted to like them. Great modelling of the items, but the item in reality is sub-par. Boo.

I've been a customer for since 1015Store opened years ago, always loved the clothes, and their new site is totally amazing! For the people that complained about their return policy, they changed their policy too, which is definitely much better. Love the stuff they put up lately and quality is awesome! Keep up the good work

I would give this a zero star if there was one
I would give this a zero star if there was one. I ordered 3 items which did come in record speed but one of the items was UGLY! It did not look anything like the picture and then to add insult to injury, I cannot return it because it cost $15.00. Keep away from this website, please, listen to the reviews!

The clothes werent even what I ordered the only thing...
The clothes werent even what I ordered the only thing that was correct was the color. I ordered a long sleeve shirt with a hood got a short sleeve shirt wasn't even close to what I was looking for. Clothes are cheap and if you don't mind getting whatever 1015Store send you than its worth the price.

I've made 2 orders from this website, one several months...
I've made 2 orders from this website, one several months ago in which I ordered several items. No issues, but I didn't like the clothes as much in person. I just ordered from them again a few days ago and received my items today. I was surprised at the fast shipping, very happy.

Another great site for cheap clothing... if that's what you're into.
Shipping and delivery in record time. No hassles with payment since I am ordering from the Caribbean. Products arrived and are exactly as shown.

NEVER EVER buy from this store!
NEVER EVER buy from this store! 1015Store shipped my order to a completely different state! And they never offered me a refund or even a replacement so I was just screwed out of my money! Never purchase anything from them
