If I could, I wouldn't even give these guys even one...
If I could, I wouldn't even give these guys even one star! First off I called the 24 hour customer help line. The connection was horrid and the person barely spoke English. Luckily I speak Cantonese and was able to communicate. The item I wanted to inquire about was in stock and was located in their Montreal warehouse. I straight up asked how long it would take to ship to my location and she told me 3 business days from Montreal. Not a day more. I waited until I got home and right on their website 123Ink.ca advertise the product would arrive in one business day! Whether it be 1 or 3 days, I was thrilled as I had been searching for this item all over and needed it by Thursday (4 days). I placed the order and kept an eye out for when it shipped. Finally near mid afternoon today, I receive an email notification advising it shipped and the ETA was SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS! I quickly called the so-called 24 hour line and got an answering machine 3 or 4 times. I kept calling until I found someone - not that it helped much. All she could so was apologize. No chance of them shipping the same product faster (I even offered to pay more). No option of a refund. Nothing. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Not available. The only option was to cancel and ship it back when I receive it. But on whose dime? I was already too infuriated to go there. So let's review. Customer service verbally tells me I would receive my product in 3 days. WRONG! Website boasts I would get my item in a whopping ONE day. WRONG AGAIN! No chance of any solution was provided by the so called customer service. No supervisor was available to speak with until the next morning (6am my time). The only option was to cancel and ship the product back! Thanks for the false advertisement! Thanks for the help! Thanks for taking the time to come up with a solution! Yes. That was bitter sarcasm.

A word to both the wise and unwise: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FOM THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE DISPLAY OF DISINTEREST AND LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY! ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE OF ACCOUNTABILITY AND RESPECT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!

Quality and customer service doesn't get any worse than this
My first order with 123inkcartridges for toner cartridges was very satisfactory, Moustache brand. For my second order 123Ink.ca sent me an unbranded product that lasted just a few weeks rather than than the several months that is normal with my printer. I am retired and there is very little variance in the amount of printing that I do throughout the year, so there is no question that the problem was with the cartridges (not just one, but two of them).

I e-mailed 123inkcartridges on March 4,2016 with details of the problem and received a standard reply the same day. I replied immediately asking for a specific response to my concern. This e-mail was ignored. After returning from vacation, on April 7th I sent another e-mail saying that I was still patiently awaiting a reply to my March 4th e-mail and would not be placing another order until the issue was resolved. This e-mail was also ignored.

I telephoned April 12th to try and resolve the letter and was basically stone-walled. Firstly I was told that they have changed their system and therefore had no record of my e-mails. Think about that for a second. Then I was asked to explain the matter all over again, but continually interrupted and challenged. I asked to speak with a manager, but was told that nobody was available. I said that I would forward all the e-mails and asked that a manager would read these and call me back. Of course I never did hear from them again.

Dont be sucked in by the cheap prices as I was. It will cost you much more in time and frustration trying to deal with these people. I just wish I had read the reviews before dealing with them. I fully endorse these previous review summaries:

Terrible customer service

Nice Company with some understandable errors
I shop from them several times. I have to say, I am not 100% complete satisfied with them for every purchase experience. Mostly is the issue with back orders. The reason I still give them full mark it is how 123Ink.ca listen and deal with my each problems. I was once complain through the Facebook, there is this guy name Andrew, he help me with my order. He checked and find out my back order already send out and there is only two more days to wait. And he offer me a power-bank for cellphone as apology gift. And for the other time, still problem with back order. I was waiting too long and got very angry. I called their customer service. The guy name is James followed my case, and offer me an extra 15% off coupon.
I can understand there are good and bad part in one company. Sometimes the problem is caused by certain department or employees. Sometimes the problem is caused by the supplier. There are risk everywhere. What I think important is the attitude. I can feel the willing of doing a good business from them. I love to support our Quebec Local small business like them. And I hope they will be better in the future.

I HAD ORDERED THIS PRODUCT ON THE 26th OF MAY, 2015. THE PICTURE DESCRIPTION, WHICH WAS SHOWN ON THE SITE WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT & OPPOSITE TO THE ONE I GOT. THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT is not even worth what the price was. THE PRODUCT WAS LYING AT BLUE DART COURIER SERVICES IN UNA, JUST BEHIND MY HOUSE AND I NEVER GOT ANY CALL FROM THEM IN 7 DAYS UNTIL I CALLED PRINTVENUE TO ASK FOR THE ORDER. TODAY, WHEN I CALLED THEM AND TOLD ABOUT IT, RATHER THEN TAKING A COMPLAIN, THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE SAID, SEND A QUERY TO AN E-MAIL ADDRESS, AND THEN WE WILL SEE IF YOUR PRODUCT NEED TO BE REPLACED OR REFUNDED. THE WORST ON-LINE BUT EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I WILL MAKE SURE THAT I BLOCK THIS SITE AND REPORT AS SPAM ON MY SERVER. WILL MAKE SURE NO-BODY IN MY CIRCLE MAKES A FOOL POUT OF HIMSELF WITH PRINTVENUE. ZERO CLASS IN SERVICE AND QUALITY! EVEN THE ORDER NUMBER THAT 123Ink.ca UPDATED IN MY ACCOUNT IS WRONG! On top, when i spoke to the executive, and told him that i am gonna leave a genuine feedback about my experiance, the guy named kunal said, 'go ahead'!

I would rate them as a zero if I could. I ordered three Measy RC11 android air remotes, which were listed as IN STOCK. It took them over a week to ship because as their CSR told me, 123Ink.ca were OUT OF STOCK and were waiting for more to reach their China warehouse. After I complained to their customer support, they added a note to the product listing which indicates the order will be shipping from China. SHADY!

I ordered from a Canadian site because I was expecting my before Christmas. Turns out my order is coming from China, and I would have been better off ordering from a Chinese retailer. Ordered November 30th, and the ETA is January 3rd. I've had faster turnarounds from Chinese retailers. I'm disappointed that a Canadian retailer is worse. I'm even more disappointed that they didn't offer anything to do resolve the issue. No reimbursement, no escalation, nothing. Just a great big F U, and thanks for your money.

I have dealt with 123 Ink Cartridges in the past, and was always very pleased with service and products.

Unfortunately my recent experience forces me to rate this company below 1 Star.

Placed an order, received a confirmation and that was it, no further response, I have tried to call them several times, waited on the line of 20 to minutes at a time, I have sent e-mails after e-mails, no reponse.

I think it is time for 123 ink cartridge to retire from this business, as you are no longer capable of handling it.

Very, Very unsatisfied customer, now I have to contact PayPal and advise them of the crappy service this company is now offering and to please refund me the amount paid.

Empty Cartridges
My office has used 123 Ink Cartridges for many years. Usually no problem until lately. I ordered ten cartridges in the past month and so far have found three empty. I have not checked the others. I have had this problem for some time, but simply threw them away and went on to the next one. When I found three in a row, I took the time to contact this company. I got nothing but a run around. 123Ink.ca sounded like this is the first time they have heard of this. They asked me if I cleaned the machine. I buy a new machine every six months so I do not have mechanical problems. I have purchased a new machine again and will be ordering my ink cartridges from somewhere else. Be warned.

I needed to replace three ink cartridges on my Epson...
I needed to replace three ink cartridges on my Epson r1800 printer and ordered an additional 10 to take advantage of the free shipping. After using the 3 new cartridges my print heads became clogged rendering the printer useless. After getting a new printer I called to see if 123Ink.ca would take the remaining unopened ink back and apply the refund towards the purchase of oem ink for my new printer. I was told they would not help me because the order was over a year ago. When I asked for a manager to make that decision I was told "they won't help you either, good-bye" and abruptly hung-up.
Glad I found out now before wasting any more money with them.

Yikes!
Yikes! Do not buy electronics from these guys. I just bought an ereader from them. The Price was too good to be true. First of all it took 27 days to arrive (from China) and when it did, there was NO owner's manual! I double checked the website and an electronic owner's manual was supposed to be included. Sure enough, I charged up the battery on the eReader and opened it up and there it was! IN CHINESE! Arghhhhhhh!

To add insult to injury, I next discovered that the darn thing is based on a very old Android operating system that is not compatible with Adobe Digital Reader so I can't use it to download eBoods from our public library!

Ordered HP97 cartridges, they sent HP99
Ordered HP97 cartridges, 123Ink.ca sent HP99. Unit would not accept it. They refused to accept returns on the open, (but unused) unit. Am thoroughly disgusted with their attitude and return policy Its obvious they are extremely hungry and desperate for any cash they can get their hands on. Since they obviously need the money a lot more then I do, I donated the entire $30 to their bankruptcy. Hopefully they will choke on it! Don't make the same mistake I did and waste your time and money buying from them. Pay bit more and deal with a reputable company!

We should never give a conclusion so quickly! I ordered a speaker phone from their sub-web phonegala.com. I am happy for 2 weeks, and it is not working. I left it inside of the car for a -28 degree weather. I was very angry. I think it is the quality's problem. So I complained and called their customer service. The boy name Kevin answered and he just resend me a new one with out HesitationHe also advice me not to leave it outside when the weather is very cold. I got the replacement in 3 days and it works very well! Thank you!

I had an old printer left from my room mate and ordered the compatible ink from 123inkcartridges. Delivery is quite fast, and it works well. I know the quality of OEM well be better, but for a student to print some article or paper work or coupon, I didn't find big difference.

Cause the good experience on 123, I ordered some other products like hdmi cable and camera bag also from them. So far without any problem.

123Ink.ca are having more and more products now, sometimes I even picked up gifts from it to my friends.

I made an order, after that I got an email told me that it is out of stock. I was angry but 123Ink.ca said it is because of the Christmas rush. I can understand. I finally received my order 7 days later. Products are very nice, and they are very well packed. Overall satisfied. Just please do not put those out of stock product on line. I understand that they want to make money. But it is not a right way to make money to mislead customer or make customer paid first and let them wait for the back order.

Horrible...
Horrible... I needed ink cartidges for something urgent and I feel into trap of this cheap company. 123Ink.ca sent it via Canadapost and Canadapost lost it. When I asked for another package to be sent to me or my money back, these guy gave me " Sir, we have opened an investigation. You have to wait till it ends" Really? And till date I am waiting for my money back. And their customer care was so insensive to my calls, she was like doing me a favour for picking up my call. STAY AWAY from this company.

Non-existing Customer Service
I ordered on TV mount online www.primecable.com which is the same company of 123inkcartridges.ca, I want to return the item, but can never contact them. All phone number 123Ink.ca provided are not in service. I tried all numbers on their websites. Only one number is working, and waited two hours then discontinued. Call again same thing. I emailed three days no reply. I never had this experience before. I rather purchase on ebay from China for less, at least i have paypal protection.

Good prices on toner, easy to use site with lots of other office supplies. However, 123Ink.ca seem to price items so that your order total is juuuuust below their shipping threshold. I had to order another small item in order to get my total above the threshold. Then they didn't even send me the right item. Depending on how this toner lasts, I will probably order from them again. Just be aware that you might end up throwing in a $1 item to get to your shipping threshold

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Their toner cartridge leaked all over my machine and infected the rest of my machine. 123Ink.ca would only refund the leaked cartridge and not the other 3 i bought from them that were damaged by the toner leak. After much complaining, they finally said they would accept all 4. I have yet to receive the package they said they would send me, so that i could return all 4 toners. Product is terrible and their customer service even more terrible!

Please avoid this company - Bad Products.
Purchased color ink cartridges for my Canon printer from this company. The yellow cartridge stopped working soon after it was installed. The cartridge is still full of ink, so the problem must be with the cheap low quality chip 123Ink.ca use. When there is a problem they do not want to know or care - Bad customer service. A waste of time and money, I will not be using them again and suggest that every should avoid this company at all cost.

I ordered a toner cartridge, and, since I live next to the Western outlet, I tried calling to see if I could pick the cartridge up. Two and a half days and 43 calls later, someone finally answered the phone and told me my cartridge had to come from Montreal - this for the most common Samsung cartridge! Eleven days later, Canada Post left a note on my door advising where I could pick up my cartridge. I can do better locally.

Cartridge replacment
The first 2 times everything was great. My last order was neglected. Ordered 2 cartridges for my canon. The black only shows less then 1/2 full and the color is empty. Upon further investigation the color cartridge was used in a sealed package. Contacting them and 123Ink.ca promised to send out a replacement ended up with nothing. No open ticket on the web form and no login info anymore. They seem to ignore the problems.

I have an HP Officejet 8600 and ordered cartridges from them... thinking 123Ink.ca were OEM (they do sell them). I was sent refills... anyways... after 2 black replacements and all the colours going wrong... they refunded me.

The problem is... my print head is now destroyed. I will have to replace that myself as they don't care... it will be a fix worth over $100... just to save... a few dollars...

I used to order 123 ink cartridges all the time. 123Ink.ca put me on their email list and I cannot get it off. They are consistently sending me their junk it seems twice a day. I have asked them to remove it without success. They have "unsubscribe" at the bottom but it, of course, does not activate. Because of this, I have found another supplier and are quite happy with them. Bev Bosveld. *******@symatico.ca

Excellent place to save you cost
I had some bad experience regarding the non-genuine toner cartridges, so I am very happy to eventually find a place to buy the high quality non-genuine cartridges. I went to their warehouse to pick up and 123Ink.ca have nice employees who always try to help with smilies on their face. I would highly recommend this place and strongly support such a business that really cares their customers.

Called them, 123Ink.ca said they will get back to me... but havent got back to me yet... I bought for the car as a gift... this was meant to be special but turned out to be worst. Very disappointed

Purchase a HP 564xl compatible ink cartridges from them, the quality is nice so does the page yield that I got, I am a master student and I print out a lot of documents on daily basis, 123inkcartridges.ca saves me a lot of $ from my wallet and their shipping speed is tremendously fast.

I installed the first cartridge, black, and it began to smear on the paper. I wrote 123inkcartridges. 123Ink.ca ignored me. After a few days, my printer gave me a notice to replace this cartridge. I wrote 123inkcartgidges again. They continued to ignore me. If anyone wants the unopened M, C, and Y cartridges, I will give you them for free.

Great service
I was searching for cheap toners on google for the past months and 123ink is where I found, the price was cheap, shipping speed is very fast, basically you order in the night and you will expected to receive at the next day, had ordered from them a couple of times and never get a single issue from them, would share!

Bad customer service
Bought a printer. The item was on sale 10 days later. When I contacted customer service through the chat, the representative was very unprofessional. I tried calling, but their phone support seems to be handled by someone who does not see the difference between connecting the call and rejecting it.

Bad product, terrible service
A cartridge from an order placed about 6 month ago was empty. A replacement cartridge plus additional ones ordered were also empty! I returned the defective items. I was then told that the items were out of stock, to be available in eleven days. I still have not received new ones!
