If one tries to add billing address, shipping gets...
If one tries to add billing address, shipping gets sync'd with it. And if one tries to add shipping address it changes the billing. This is a bug in your software web source. On checkout it did let me do bill to vs ship to... however I usually set those things up on the addresses link.

Well listed web-site
Well listed web-site. But the security DVR that I bought with cameras stopped working. Althought their web helpers were on-point, their web-site is confusing as to how to get a repair done and the way the product is sent in. Had to do several e-mails to them to get a clearer understanding. Then, their automated systems kept sending me e-mails that if I didn't get the requirements met in 3 days, my repair would be stopped and I may have to pay a fee to get the repairs. The service personnel told to ignore those automated e-mails, that I had done everything properly. My DVR was returned, repaired, but the experience with the automated e-mails upset me.

I have been shopping here for years and I get my orders within 24 hours here in New Jersey and to my company's restaurants around NYC. We are talking a lot of orders.
I have visited the Store in Ronkonkoma many times and I have been treated very well over and over again.

I will be able to fully rate once I receive the product. However, it appears that I could only order one product at a time - it would be much more convenient to order the amount needed at one time. The ordering experience was easy and precise - for that I thank you.

Just stay away from 123
We did order a digital license online from 123.6 days letter no licenses, we did email follow up, no response. 3 days later we called in to check on the order. The response was, the order was canceled. Its fine by me but a courtesy email or phone call would be nice, you just wasted 9 days of our time. On top of it, 123SecurityProducts did not refund.
Please stay away from this people.

Very Unhappy!
Ordered a camera on 11-5-2020 and 123SecurityProducts charged my credit card immediately. Camera not available.
I called many times and never received refund. Customer service not helpful and actually rude. As of today 12-15-2020 I had no other choice than disputing the charge with my credit card. Horrible company and customer service.

My router went down in the middle of a critical time. 123SecurityProducts rushed me a new one after I had called support and it was deemed defective. I had a label in my email within seconds of my call. This item is hard to get so I appreciate that gesture and do not normally post reviews but this was a good thing so here goes. The router was in stock there so they shipped it before I had it in the mail.

Lied About Product Availability
I chatted with a representative about whether a product I wanted was in stock. She told me "We just got three in." I placed my order right away, but 123SecurityProducts never fulfilled it, though they charged me right away. When I complained, I was told they were waiting on a delivery. After six e-mails back and forth, I was finally able to cancel the order.

Besides of the good prices, don't bother to deal with them - 123SecurityProducts don't care about any problem, no matter how you do ask and they won't fix any issues. But sadly they lie a lot over the phone...

I ordered parts on Febr. 14th, items came in incomplete. No reply for emails and you have to chase the sales rep (Jesse) for days to get a hold on him on the phone. If he has a bad day, he simply yells at you and hangs up the phone. If you complain to Karen (manager), she promises everything and she never calls back. She never did actually and she never fixed any problems.

I also received duplicate item, instead of the part i really needed to complete the order.

Finally i cancelled the order for the missing parts and instead of replying to my email, they simply sent the missing items out...

Today is 3/6/2017 and i still missing items, one they simply left out of the original order (but i paid for it), the other just "didn't yet ship form the supplier"

No comment, the most ridiculous company i've ever seen.

Stay far away, i have all the proves i just said above.

Horrible warranty customer service
Horrible warranty customer service. Management * is horrible hands-down I would've fired her a long time ago she's very unprofessional. Obviously nobody there knows what 123SecurityProducts are doing I'm still waiting for an MVR pack that still has not showed up and they don't seem to have any record of me calling with my case number that they asked me to get from hike vision

BULL$#*! COMPANY
I placed an order 4/22/20. 123SecurityProducts charged my banking account $457.50. Thats fine that is for what i had ordered. The Very next day they took another $660.00 from my account. I call and */Manager says it was a problem with their software. I wait 6 days for $660.00 to get credited back to my account. Then 5/7/20 they charge my bank account another $330.00, so i try to call *. No Answer of course. Then i call my sales person *. She takes vare of the situation with accounting. Its 5/11/20 still waiting on a response to why this is happening and my Money.
