I ordered a refurbished Panasonic Toughbook from 1Sale, and paid via PayPal. I received my laptop 15 days after paying for it and proceeded to turn it on and set it up. When I needed to type in characters for a password using the Toughbook's keyboard, I found that the keys on the right side of the keyboard were entering the wrong characters. Okay. I need to contact 1Sale to let them know 1Sale sent me a defective product, and I that I will need a Return Authorization to send it back to 1Sale to get a refund. Sounds simple doesn't it? NOT! They do not have a Customer Service phone number so a customer may speak to a representitive. They insist on having the customer email them. Okay, so I emailed them. I emailed them everyday for 5 days straight and never once got a response. At this point I am furious. I contact PayPal and open a dispute. I then escalate it to a claim the next day. Still no response from 1Sale. Finally on day 7, I get an email from PayPal stating they will reimburse me for the laptop, but I must send it back to 1Sale, with tracking provided to PayPal AT MY OWN EXPENSE. That will be at least 20.00, maybe more. After the PayPal email, I finally get an email from 1Sale. It says they can't do anything about my "issue" because a dispute has been filed. What? Oh no. What a load of manure. I will send them back the defective Toughbook, get my 259.99 refund, eat the 20 something dollar cost of shipping it back to 1Sale, and spend my free time letting others know what a horrible experience this has been. I will do this until I feel my anger subside. If 1Sale wants to make it right, they will refund me the entire cost of shipping their defective merchandise back, until then look for me on any consumer review website which can be "Googled", the BBB, and Yelp. Others should be made aware of the scam being perpetrated on unsuspecting customers.

So far, my single experience with 1Sale has been pure frustration. Ordered 5 Logitech mouse pads, which arrived damaged (not sure if it was because of poor packaging --these arrived all shoved up inside a soft paper envelope that the seller had the nerve to call it " environmentally friendly packaging" -- or because it was improperly stored for too long). The damage in question are wrinkles and kinks that prevent them from sitting properly on a flat surface (which is kinda the whole point of using a mouse pad like these). When trying to use 1Sale return system, it gives me an error saying that these products cannot be returned now and asks me to contact their Customer Service. After sending the message to their CS, I got an e-mail from them 24 hours later asking for pictures of the damaged product. 24 hours after that, still crickets... Not sure if I'll even be able to return these things... So, yeah... If their prices look too good to be true, it is probably because 1Sale are! Be warned and stay clear.

Can't believe how poor their customer service is and how 1Sale treat customers. It is pathetic. I emailed them many times and received nothing but canned uncaring responses. I asked for a replacement which was an offered option and they had them in stock at the time. Then am told it is unavailable - tough luck customer we don't care... The Sweeper was returned to them on March 26th. NO replacement and also NO Refund... So WHERE does that refund happen to be? Doesn't look like you are going to refund me either. It has been 24 days since you received the Shark Sweeper back.
Poor Customer Service... Poor Quality Item... Bad Communication...

This sucker sell you whatever 1Sale want, you pay buy something thinking you will get something new, but they send you used stuff and when you try to get your money back or exchange the items they will tell you it is not possible, awful site stay away from this people. I bought 2 "unlock" phones (order number #3570076) and the phones got even pictures of the previous owners, how about that?, they said they can return only if the items are defective, but how about if you buy something and you ended up getting totally different?, common sense suggest exchange isn't?, but they don't care about their customers.

I've bought several items from them. Everything was fine, until there was a problem.

A leather jacket had a broken cuff snap. - 1st 1Sale refused to refund, then they agreed but it took about 2 weeks back and forth then they agreed. They said the credit would be posted in 7 days. -never happened. 2 months later I'm still trying to get my credit.

#2) they have the jawbone (speaker) on sale. On the website it says ships in 1-3 days. So I ordered. My confirmation says 9-19 days to ship...

When I started searching complaints they are about the worst.

I would not use them.

I ordered the Sylvania 10" DVD Portable Player as a new product on 11/16/13 and on 12/6/13 I received a product that was used and not new. It was not in original manufacturer's packaging. This was my seven year old daughter's Christmas gift and I am highly disappointed. I have placed numerous orders in the past 21 months and this is by far unacceptable. I requested a new product of the exact module or a full refund with no cost to me for shipping return.

My shipment info was mixed up and it said my macbook was delivered in another state. Then evenutually after several emails I was told that several attempts had been made to deliver, unbeknownst to me. We had to go to a fexex office and pick it up, only to get it home and the screen not work. I replied to an email about that and confirmed I want another one shipped and need return label for the broken one. Still haven't heard back on that.

1sale.com is a relaunch of 1saleaday.com. I'm assuming 1Sale thought relaunching under a different name would give them a new start and wipe out all the negative/poor reviews of 1saleaday.com.

But NO! 1sale.com is still being run by the same bunch of idiots. They charge you when order (not when it ships like most legit stores do), you wait a month for your item to arrive. Customer service is handled by a bunch of generic emails.

I purchases one of their $4.98 specials. When it arrived I was very disappointed that the watch was DOA. I took it to a battery store, replaced the battery and the watch could not be re-set. I contacted watch.1saleaday.com and within 48 hours had an apology and an assurance that a new replacement was on the way. 3 days later it arrived and I became "a satisfied customer". I would reccomend this site to others.

What can I expect when it is a mystery box. Well, I'm not feminine by nature, and I received a high volume (1/2 of each box) of feminine products: earrings, nail polish, perfume, wrinkle formula, etc. I wouldn't have minded a few products--1Sale are random--but when each box is basically half feminine style products. Oh well, I know not to order the mystery box again. Caveat emptor.

1Sale have great deals... BUT by the time you get them you already forgot what you ordered. I ordered a lot from them and I have never received anything quicker then 4-6 weeks after I ordered even holiday gifts. So if its a good deal and you don't mind the wait then I guess its a great site. Also customer service is really bad with them.

I have very fine hair, and the Callista was supposed to help with volume; however, with all the heat and humidity, so far it has not been helpful. I am disappointed that it does not work better. I am not giving up since I may need to use some sort of hair product to help hold the curl. Still experimenting with the appliance.

The gift was perfect. My sister loves it! It was for her 39th Wedding Anniversary and as soon as she got it she used it that very night. She made tater tots and was surprised that 1Sale came out crispy. Although she did not expect it to be that large she was pleasantly surprised. Definitely will tell my friends!

I've purchased from onesaleaday several times. The majority of my orders shipped pretty fast, but there were a few that took longer than I expected. The stuff I bought varied - tool sets, knife set, Wii charging station - but everything always worked. Overall, my experience with them has been positive.

5 stars for customer service and timely delivery. Also appreciate a USA voice on the phone. Ordered the wrong size, fast efficient return and reorder process. Kudos
Why send me 3 packages of the same style?
I expected some of the same selection received from the first order.
Just disappointed.

I ordered a projector on their site. It cam defective. 1Sale would not respond. I threatened with filing a case and they finally responded with a promise of a refund upong returning their defective product. Now after I returned it, I have not heard from them in weeks! Stay away from these guys!

I have bought a LOT of stuff from 1sale. Sometimes you get awesome deals and sometimes not so good. Sometimes you get your order in a few days and some of my orders have taken 2 months. Recently the site has also changed to links to other sites sales instead of buying directly from them.

As a long time customer I have watched as this seller has gone into the crapper. I have three items received DOA. All electronic.
Two items were ordered at the same time.
Almost no support at all. Thankfully the manufacturer repaired one item. But the others site here, usless.

I ask for deliveries to be placer by the front door, their are a new type of people in our neighborhood and things get missing... so please redeliver and require a signature please, ring the damn bell, that's what 1Sale use to do before...

I order Euroware cookware set and there is no tracking number after 14 days of order. No one replies with status, CSR email said wait for ten days. Hello there is no tracking number, for what and on what basis I wait?

Been shopping with 1sale for over 10 years and it just keeps getting better! I look forward to midnight everyday to see the new items that pop up and deals that are irresistible! Keep up the good work 1sale team!

Stay away from this company! 1Sale just kick all their employees out..., this company is the worse company ever... and now there are closing don't even bother buying from them, you might not even get the product.

When I made my order it was misunderstood but as soon as I contacted the company and explained the problem it was rectified immediately, I'm very happy now, thank you for your fast service

While the item I ordered didn't turn out to work, the communication with the company via email and chat was great and 1Sale really handled it perfectly! Would order from them again.

I ordered a food storage item for $25 and was charged 4 times on my credit card and 1Sale took one charge off. It looks like it will be an ordeal to get my credit back. Be careful!

Slow shipping. Every refurbished items seems to be in new condition without retail boxes. It seems like 1Sale get a huge batch of orders then have them produced and shipped.

IPad arrived 1 day early, didn't know what to do with it but will give to daughter because I don't have Apple account, Its in good condition and the price was the best!

High-quality Items. You get what you order. Designer brand at a minimal cost. Customer for life and by the way the customer service is designer quality too.
