Very inconvenient
I recently moved to a different state and with Covid19 doing everything online was just the more logical option. After a pretty extensive online search I came across 1stopbedrooms and thought it was my saving grace. NOT. Two maybe 3 days after placing my order I get a notification that some pieces are on backorder which was fine I didn't move for another 3-4 weeks anyway so I could wait. Two weeks later I get another email stating that more pieces are unavailable... it was annoying but I thought "that's fine I'll just find living room furniture from another place." Five weeks later my items are finally on set to be delivered and after sleeping on an air mattress for two weeks I am overjoyed. I get the call that my delivery is next and almost immediately after the delivery driver calls to tell me there has been "a mishap" and one of the legs has been damaged. I was going to just flat out refuse delivery at this point and just purchase bedroom furniture elsewhere, but I get a call from a representative of the company telling me it's an easy fix just accept delivery and the will get a replacement part shipped out that day. Okay cool. I was told I should have the new leg before the end of the next week. It's going on week two now and 1StopBedrooms just discovered that the manufacturer sending the replacement part has been putting my address in wrong. There was no communication from them and I only found this out after I stubbornly waited on hold for nearly 40 minutes. Oh and when I asked if I would get an email confirmation I was told that the information would update on my order... my order still says "in transit" and it was delivered nearly two weeks ago... This whole process has been more inconvenient than I expected AND to make matters worse I found everything I ordered from them on Amazon for hundreds of dollars cheaper. Haha I guess you live and you learn.

I am not pleased entirely with my shopping experience...
I am not pleased entirely with my shopping experience with you guys because I am being deceived about a purchase of a bedroom dresser. The dresser had some damage and then additional damage was noticed once it was delivered. I was told by a rep Lauren the dresser would be replaced. She has now taken that promise back and is trying to force me to accept a damaged product which I will not do. My only reason for buying additional products with this company is because of the easy financing. Please follow through on your promise and provide me with a brand new bedroom dresser!

Bad Experience and Refusing to cancel and refund
I ordered with 1st stop bedroom online and called to cancel the next day and l was told l will be charged 15% stocking fee because l already placed the order. The agent refused to cancel and said he will have a supervisor look at my cancellation request. It's been 18 days, No Refund and still havent cancelled my order. I have been calling multiple times and the agents will either hang up or tell me that a supervisor is still looking at the request. Please do not purchase products from this company

3 months?/
I purchased the couch in May and just received it August 19th after paying for the "2-3 week shipping". I received no communication from 1 Stop Bedrooms about the delay unless I reached out and waited an hour on hold each time (1StopBedrooms don't respond to emails). I would never recommend using this vendor, find furniture somewhere else as their communication is sparse and they offer no apology or reimbursement for the delay (they tried to make me pay an extra $250 which I refused).

Compassionate Service
The white glove team showed up to my home 30 mins early and I hadn't remove the old sofa. 1StopBedrooms were kind and patient and allowed me to move it out of the area so they could move in the new sectional sofa. I'm a Barbie doll collector with 400 dolls on the wall. However, living in midtown the apartments are small so with that said, I didn't realize how big my sectional was, but these Fine gentleman took their time, apologized when the dolls fell off the wall and were careful with their set-up. I so appreciated the service they gave me especially in lieu of what we are facing with Corvid19. I took a chance and ordered my sectional online without feeling or seating on it at the warehouse and while it's slightly large for my apartment, I'm in love with it. The charcoal grey is rich, the sectional is sturdy and firm. I fell asleep on it today after it arrived and I love my sectional. Thank you my fine gentlemen for what you did for me today, I'm very appreciative of your service. Be safe, stay healthy- we need you our Essential Workers!

Ashley Tambo Sectional for an amazing price
Like many of the other commenters, I was shocked at the price difference between this store and Ashley Furniture Direct. Be aware that the price listed online does not include sales tax... company will call you later to collect for sales tax based on your state (which seemed kind of odd).
It took almost 7 weeks from order to delivery and was delivered today as described with the Ashley Furniture labels and warranty attached.
Very easy delivery... called one week prior to delivery to give me a date then I received an email 3 days before delivery with a 4 hour window (11am-3pm)... company called at 11am today with courtesy call and arrived at 11:20am.
Carried all pieces inside and setup for us.
Couch looks great but is darker than the pictures online.
Pleasantly surprised so far!

I Am So Impressed - Very Great!
I am so impressed with 1StopBedrooms. I was shopping for a sofa and shopped everywhere - in store and on-line and no one could beat the price of the sofa that I purchased. After the purchase 1StopBedrooms kept me fully informed of the shipping status through emails, texts and phone calls. The employees in customer service that I spoke with were polite and very helpful. On the delivery date they gave me a delivery window between 7:30 AM and 11:30 AM. They were at my house at exactly 7:30 AM sharp. I highly recommend 1 StopBedrooms and I will definitely be back whenever I need furniture.

Read their BBB.org reviews before you buy anything!
Wish I had read the reviews on BBB.org prior to ordering. Going on over 3 months now and still no furniture. They've pushed their shipments date back 3 times, ordered beginning of July 2021 and now 1StopBedrooms are saying end of December AND they refuse to cancel the order and issue a full refund. They want to charge 15% of purchase price as a "restocking fee" however they don't even have the product to restocking! Filed a complaint with the BBB and my bank. Do yourself a favor and don't shop here.

Still waiting
We ordered living room furniture on April 9th it was supposed to be delivered in June somehow the furniture didn't pass Quality Inspection sent multiple emails had phone calls no one seems to know what's going on I have kept sending emails now 1StopBedrooms told me my furniture was delivered in just tonight I get another message it didn't pass quality again I've turned them into the Better Business Bureau half the time no one returns our calls we are in the process of getting a lawyer now and suing for our furniture or lack thereof do not use this company they are rude they will just take your money and try to keep you hanging on it's been almost 4 months we even paid $199 extra for this so-called White Glove delivery I've requested a refund twice they haven't even mentioned anything about that nor even discounting this so-called Furniture stay away buyer beware go anywhere but here they are horrible.

Horrible Experience
We paid $2000 for a Ashley Bedroom set. Within four days, the bed (storage bed) literally collapsed on one side. It ripped the drawer away from the frame, and half that side came apart with the slats breaking. We attempted to call and get a refund, as the bed was super cheap quality. We called multiple times, and 1StopBedrooms wanted to give us back $200 for a $2000 set we had less than a week. When I responded to that message, I got crickets. This was the worst customer service ever. I had way higher expectations based on the reviews I read prior to buying from this company. We literally had go out and buy a whole new set.

Scam
I purchased a dining room set from this company for $2800. A few days after purchasing I received a call from them saying I needed to pay an extra $500 for a transfer fee and sales tax that their site said would not be charged. I declined and found the set for $500 cheaper at another site. When I asked to cancel, 1StopBedrooms offered to match price but keep the transfer fee. I declined and, again, asked for refund. They stopped responding. I had to open a dispute with PayPal. Scam com. My mother also had issues with them.

Do not use this company
I ordered a recliner on 9-18-21. I do not have the recliner or a ship date. My order is still at stage 1 which was only supposed to last 1-4 days. Tried to cancel the order due to additional freight costs and was told about the cancellation fees. I also have an additional fee for a warranty. Service is terrible, policies are terrible, communication is terrible. Long hold times, short business hours, no response from management or cancellation team. Plus 1StopBedrooms have a D rating with the BBB for numerous complaints similar to mine.

Great customer serivce.
The order was out of stock. It came in quicker than expected by far. The customer service was outstanding. Right after I ordered these items the CoronaVirus hit. Delivery was a bit slow, but I checked on it, and it was very thorough at each stop it made. 1StopBedrooms check the furniture over at every stop. # Although they couldn't deliver in the house, the dropped it off with no contact right where I asked them to. I had a great experience. Nothing was damaged. The price was outstanding.

Unbelievable prices, quick first class shipping and furniture setup on quality furniture!
The best prices I could find anywhere, on a nice Ashley leather sectional, tables and carpet. Their customer service is fantastic, keeping you up to date on the entire process from purchasing to delivery. The delivery guys were fantastic as well, even helped with placing felt pads on the bottom of all furniture pieces that come in contact with the ground. Overall great purchase and will definitely use them again as well as recommending to friends and family.

False furniture descriptions
Absolutely terrible business ethics and completely unprofessional. Site posted incorrect measurements for a piece that I purchased. Upon delivery I reported the measurements didnt match the description and requested a refund. 1StopBedrooms wanted me to pay approximately 50% of the purchase price to cover restocking fees and shipping costs even though the fault was theirs. When I attempted to elevate to senior management they stopped responding to my correspondence altogether.

EXCITED!
I was Excited from purchase to delivery. Online ordering was easy. I was guided and kept inform on every step of the order. Due to COVID-19, there were delays, but I was informed and I was grateful. When the furniture was delivered, I was Ecstatic. It was beautiful, better than the pictures. The men placed the furniture where I wanted and took the packaging away, just like it was promised. I am excited about the entire process. By the way, I AM STILL EXCITED

Thank you to 1StopBedrooms for a fine product at a reasonable price. The Birlanny chest is beautiful in its detail and pewter/silver finish.

Kept me informed
A few days after ordering the bed frame I wanted, I saw some of the reviews on this site and was inspired to write a review after I would receive my product about whatever experience I had (I hoped a good one!). Unfortunately, my product was backordered, so I ended up cancelling my order for now. However, 1stopbedroom, kept me informed on the process. 1StopBedrooms sent an email after each step of the process was complete, and when it was discovered that my product wasn't available after a few days, they immediately text message me, giving me an option to cancel my order. Which I highly appreciated. I still may end up buying a different bed frame on their site.

Terrible buying experience!
I bought a love seat here because it was a good price and 1StopBedrooms offered free shipping. I checked out on the site no problem payed what I wanted and said free shipping to my zip code. I get a call two days later and they told me I live in a "remote area" and they had to charge me shipping. I live 30 minutes out of metro salt lake it's hardly remote. I tried to cancel at this point the guy said he would upgrade to the "white glove service" and they would set it up for me and he would throw in the wireless power pack so I agreed to go through with the sale at this point. Then he offered me a pretty enticing warranty for 5 years that covers everything rips, motor malfunction, ECT. I said no but he found me a "coupon" for $50 off so I agreed. 1 week later the love seat showed up and they dropped the box in my front room no power pack no white glove service. Customer service says I paid for standard shipping. They will not even acknowledge the powers pack and several attempts later I have still yet to get any info or even a receipt for the warranty. That's just bad business and I don't recommend you waste your time with these guys

Terrible customer service
Ordered a rug, needed to return the unopened rug due to sizing. The company is very slow to respond to emails. Finally responded, gave me page-long instructions on how to return. I had to pay return shipping and was told I would be charged 20% restocking for an unopened rug. Then UPS held the item as undeliverable. I followed up, 1StopBedrooms gave me the wrong shipping address and then expect me to pay the additional $25 address change for UPS to correct their error. Terrible customer service, Shop elsewhere
