Your website is actually kind of clunky to use. It would be great if the search results were more refined. I was also surprised by the pop up face mask ad that kept popping up using the f-word on them. I'm not a prude, but was kind of like, seriously? That's what you're suggesting as an additional purchase? Kind of turned me off. But I'm looking forward to getting my shirts and appreciated the BOGO deal.

The shipping is VERY misleading. I paid for 2-3 business days shipping but apparently 21Threads make the shirts as they're ordered so there is a 3 day lead time to make the shirt so the 2-3 days you expect is actually more like 5-7 days. I didn't see that stated anywhere on their site... at least not where a person shipping would see it. When I asked for a refund of the shipping I got crickets from them. Never again.

If there were any way to give them more stars I would! BEST company EVER! My 11yr old son is OBSESSED with Joe Exotic. These guys don't have any Joe Exotic shirts small enough for him. So after a few emails back and forth between us, 21Threads are making him a Joe Exotic shirt on one of the Christmas Youth 3/4 sleeve shirts they have in stock. So not only will he have a new Joe Exotic shirt but it will be custom made and he will be the ONLY one who has one!

I ordered these shirts in the beginning of June. Your own website says due to COVID/etc you have gone from 3-4 days to ship to 6-8; so I waited over 2 weeks to give you time and the email I received said you were still working on it (lost ny order?!) As I ordered these for my sisters birthday who I dont get to see often I was hoping your company would expedite this however no accommodations were made. I am very disappointed in this process and customer service

I stalked 21 threads for weeks, even reading reviews prior to my order. I decided to go with my gut and order and I have to say, 21 threads has been in constant contact with me from the very beginning. I have received emails updating the shipment date and thanking me from my order. I'm so looking forward to my shirt arriving.

Does anyone check the customer service email? I have never had such a hard time getting any response from a company. Hopefully the sizes were changed in my order before it shipped out. I sent the initial email to customer service minutes after I place the order and have tried multiple times to make contact with anyone it's kind of ridiculous.

I absolutely love these T shirts. The fabric is so soft and comfortable. I also really like the fit. Longer in the sleeve unlike most womens shirts. Always keep in mind 21Threads are cut for men so you may need a smaller size however you will not be disappointed!

I ordered 16 days ago. I emailed to ask about the status 7 days ago, no reply. The next day it showed shipped, but it shows that it is still in Oregon for the past 5 days. These are t-shirts and not life saving devices but the lack of communication is frustrating. I bought them specifically for an event that is happening in 3 days, 3 weeks after I placed the order. From what I am reading on the Facebook page, communication is lacking for everyone.

I paid $14 for express shipping - and still have not gotten this order. I was refunded the shipping amount difference of $7+. Whoopee! This was a gift. I no longer want or need this shirt & want my money back. I have not received this shirt yet. I have been a great customer. I do not want to give a bad review - but believe me - I can and will! I want my money refunded in FULL NOW for this shirt! Where is the customer service?

I wanted to create care packages for my essential employees working every day to keep our apartment communities open and our residents healthy and well. Brandon was SO awesome and shipped them quickly to me and I was able to put some very needed smiles on my teams faces! Product was exactly like stated on the website and I would order again and again!

Seemed easy enough. Just didn't like how the shipping rate changed because I ran out of time due to the fact that I was still shopping. Seems kinda shady. And it's bogo and thought I'd get that extra 20% with the spin the wheel thing. Guess not.

I got a 20% discount off the spinning wheel which was great and as I was buying, the little marker at the top kept showing me how much I needed to spend to get free shipping. When I finish added another shirt to reach it, it said I got free shipping, but I guess with the 20% off discount, it got removed because when I went to check out I had to pay for shipping. So that was disappointing. Still looking forward to my order, but that left a feeling of. Eh

I love the quality of your shirts and that you offer discount codes. I have been losing a lot of weight and so far I'm down over 100 pounds so I love the sayings and the price so I can buy a few at a time and replace them every few months when I drop another size and not regret it.

I've ordered at least 5 times from 21 Threads. Apparel is made well & true to size for women. Shipping is quick. I can't say anything about the customer service because I've never needed to call, email, or message... I recommend 21 Threads!

I received the wrong shirt and it arrived later than 21Threads had advertised. On top of that, the shirt said no Christmas presents for you WHORE, which I know some people would find funny but as a female it's a bit jarring. I even tried to contact customer support but no one has gotten back to me. Definitely, would not recommend this company.

I ordered two t-shirts during the BOGO sale. Both have funny sayings and I get compliments when I wear them. 21Threads are lightweight and true to size. I am typically an 18/20 in women's clothing and I ordered up, not knowing what to expect (I ordered a 3XL) and although I could've sized down, I like the extra room. The lettering is part of the shirt itself so no worries about it falling off. I would definitely do business with this company again.

Told me the shipping method was "now invalid" even though I chose the offered method. Gave it a third try and it worked.

Also (and I don't market my products/services through FB), is there a way to automatically include discounts through the avenues used? Clicked via FB, but had to go back for the BOGO discount.

I do realize both are small issues as a consumer.

Love the shirts! Third order for me. Love the sizing but this time I thought I would try something a little less "relaxed". Have had absolutely no trouble placing orders, using discount codes, or receiving orders in a timely fashion. Cannot say enough positive stuff about 21Threads & tell my friends about you. Thank you!

I will not order from 21 threads again. This order has been fraught with issues from the beginning. I am unhappy with the level of customer service and the extremely disappointing fact that I place my order before Thanksgiving and here I am on Christmas Eve still haven't received it. Horrible return policy pitiful customer support terrible experience.

Very disappointing! I ordered the "Yep, I'm Essential" t-shirt as a surprise for my daughter who is a Social Worker assisting homeless families in NYC. The tracking noted that it had been delivered to her address, but she has not received it. Please help me in getting it to her. She walks two miles to work each day to avoid the overcrowded subways, and an Uber ride for $80. Receiving your shirt would help lift her spirits. Thank you!
