Website is a joke when it comes to their courier service. My package was received 2 weeks after scheduled date. Their customer service was only friendly up to the point where 24hrsecret Australia needed to get something out of me and when I expressed my lack of satisfaction with their useless courier / postal service and also waste of my time sending emails back and forth and getting a refund just to recieve my items LATE and then having to send a re-payment to never hear from them again after I sent a complaint. They offered a joke amount of 15% voucher at the start which is 5% more than their sign up. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. Trust more reliable and popular k beauty online stores (do your research) as I accidentally found this through an online ad without realising that there were no reviews online and NO online presence. They only pretend to care about their customers when in reality profits are no. 1

I had the amazing experience of living in Korea a couple of years ago and one of the things I'd come to really miss after returning home, was all the incredible (and cheap!) K-beauty products. This place is a god-send - such an extensive array of products available at affordable prices, customer service was great, shipping was very fast and the overall experience was fantastic. I'm also in love with the products I bought, worth every cent!
So glad I found this website to feed my addiction to K-beauty products. Keep up the great work! Xx

Shipping was quick and items received were well packed. I also submitted an online query on a product which was answered on the same day, almost immediately. Great customer service. I'll order from 24hrsecret going forward as there aren't many places in Australia to get the items I want at reasonable prices.
