These people deserve a NEGATIVE ZERO rating. I ordered a dress for my daughters school Winter dance, and the dress I received looks NOTHINGGGGGG like the dress my daughter and I found and purchased on their website. I wish this review would let me post pictures so you could see the lie 27Dress.com sell to people. Ive emailed over and over and all I get every time is comments like Our tailor saw pictures and dress is pretty? Really? Thats beyond a lie. Not only that, but the zipper is not working properly either. The color turned out orange in color and is NOT at all the dress we ordered. $186 later, I cannot get a refund? Their customer service is absolutely terrible and worthless. The sad thing is that they know they are wrong and they just keep bull crapping all of us good and trusting, hardworking people who pay hard earned money. They should be ashamed of themselves... period. Ive read all of these bad reviews that people have posted (which I wish I had read before I purchased the dress), and its unbelievable that these people are able to stay in business. I also saw underneath the reviews where they were fake and posted these so-called nice comments to those who left negative reviews... and let me tell you... they are not really being kind and have no integrity when they can take your money, make a cheap and fake dress that looks NOTHING like the one that you ordered, not refund your money because of their lies and mistakes, and THEY KNOW IT. Sad. Truly sickens me. They deserve a big, fat ZERO on the rating scale... better yet, like a negative ZERO.

If i could give this product a 0 rating i will hell, i would go over and beyond and delete this entire website because it is a scam. The dress 27Dress.com sent me was a defect. I got my dress on monday and it was falling off my shoulders, sequins are missing from it, strings are loose, holes are present and it is YELLOW, the mesh part is yellow. And on that same monday, i emailed them and said i will be requesting a refund because of the size and everything else mentioned previously, and all the associate replied with was did you measure with tape? They reply to you once a day but claim to be a 24/7 business. And then she tried to blame me saying that they can not refund the money if it not their fault and i was like, how is it my fault? Like is she dumb? How would i sew on a different color fabric and alternate sizing? I have asked multiple times for my money back, and the address to ship the dress to but i have not heard anything back. I even said i was going to expose them for this scam they are trying to get away with and they stopped replying to me. I hit them up on whatsapp and they read my message and proceeded ignoring me. I found the real designer of the dress on instagram and i am planning on telling her about this because as i was browsing through her instagram and her website, a lot of the dresses she makes are on this website so be aware.

I am so disappointed with my dress I got from them. 27Dress.com told me to take pictures of my dress to see what is wrong with it. And I showed them. All I want is a refund on the dress. And they keep on suggesting that I go get a alteration on the dress. They told me that "We have return policy, if we make the wrong dress for you such as wrong size, wrong color, or broken dress, we can accept return, we can't make sure that we make the wrong dress for you, please understand this." YES I UNDERSTAND BUT ALL I WANT IS A REFUND. And I want to return my dress. It did not fit right. And makes me very mad because I paid 20 dollars for EXACT MEASUREMENTS. They are not professional when it comes to them emailing you, and when I sent them the pictures of my dress this is what they said to me " We have checked the pictures from you. This dress is deep v-neck, it is hard to control the bust part. You are not here, we can't measure it according to your fingure, please understand this. How about you take this dress to your local store to make alteration? This dress is pretty. :) " all I want is a refund. Why make it so damn difficult

I ordered my prom dress from them and it came late. Once the dress arrived in the mail it was NOTHING like the photos posted on the website. I ordered a black lace top with and a separate bottom skirt with a leg slit. The top that was made out of lace was INCREDIBLY cheap. The attached bra was about as good as wearing a cardboard box over your chest, and the top did not match the measurements I had sent in, and was way too tight, but the attached bra was way too large. The bottom skirt was way too big around my waist, and did not match the photos. In the photos the skirt was not poofy at all, and the skirt I received was giant with multiple layers. The woman I emailed back and forth with REFUSED to give me a refund when the dress did not fit and was NOT suitable for my prom, despite emailing her pictures for proof that this dress was WAY OVER PRICED.

She was incredibly rude, and kept saying there was nothing wrong with the dress, and refused to give me my $170 I spent on the dress back.

Never seen such an unprofessional website and company. This company deserves negative ratings.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! Sent a dress made so poorly that our 92 pound daughter couldn't even pull it up. The legs were so tight you couldn't even get it up one leg! When I made a request for return 27Dress.com responded with wanting pictures. I immediately sent back pictures to prove it. They wanted pictures with measurements, I sent the pictures showing the erroneous measurements. They wanted pictures from a seamstress measuring it, I sent pictures of a professional seamstress with the measurements. She said this dress was made just completely wrong and that the custom measurements I had sent were all correct. They would not offer any resolution! They would not post my comment on their website or Facebook page to WARN other people not to waste their hard earned money! Their phone number doesn't work. We are out $250 plus the time going to the seamstress for their run around, and my daughter doesn't have the dress she wanted for her prom. We've used DH Gate for several dresses and have never had a problem. 27Dress is a SCAM! They will steal your money.

End of may I purchased a black long train feathered prom dress for my 16 year old daughter from 27dress.com which was to be delivered by the 16th June 2016, so on 6th June when I received my daughter's dress I was so happy. At first when I ordered the dress I was so afraid because it was coming from so far away and also I saw a few bad reviews that prompt me to call and Whats App one of their staff who was so helpful and who put my mind at ease, she told me that my daughter's dress will be fantastic... so upon seeing the dress and my daughter trying the dress on... I was so pleased... the dress was stunning, it fitted like a glove... I did not have to do any alterations... and guess what, her prom was last night and she won best dressed... I give 27dress a five star thumbs up... I have another daughter and niece graduating next year and i'm already looking for their dresses, the material was true to the picture it was quality material and exactly as it was in the picture... thanks guys for making my daughter's night extra special

Who are still thinking to buy a dress from 27dress.com. DON'T DO IT! And you know why? Apparently the quality is not charged in return policy, that means that, if you will receive a dress with a rough material, 27Dress.com will say,'Well, try to dry it, it will be softer.' It HAS to be soft already! At least, tailor the layer underneath with the material which would be same colour and SMOOTH!
However, even though they write about return policy, it is REALY difficult to get your money back or at least exchange the dress to another. Plus, they are dealing with your problem and answering questions only once each day. That is because they try to reduce your time of shipping it back ( you have7 working days)after you receive the dress.
They are more interested in size minors than in quality of a dress and they will fully pay you back only in one case: if you will prove that they did a mistake while tailoring your dress.
So, if you receive a dress with a rough material, it is your FAULT! :)) )

My initial review was positive due to a threat given by the company. So here's my real review:
The dress I received wasn't what was advertised at all + it didn't come with the sewed in cups as 27Dress.com promised it would (which I counted on for support, cause I'm not a girl with no boobs exactly) Further my custom measurements were out by about 6-8cm. While they paid for the alterations to be made, I am not even going to end up wearing the dress because it's nothing what I paid for- there was too little a material to make it what was advertised.
The dress I ordered was meant to make me feel beautiful and classy, instead I just feel cheap and tacky in it. It was an expensive mistake and I would honestly like to know what people order and receive to be so satisfied into give this company full positive ratings.
I'm not making this mistake again and further wouldn't dream of shopping off their site, again; I don't recommend you do either

I ordered my gown online at 27dress.com. I was very nervous because I'd never ordered anything this extravagant online and because the dress was so inexpensive, I was even more leery. But because I didn't have a lot of money to spend on a wedding gown so I figured I'd give it a shot. I had a seamstress take my measurements and I sent it in.
Lisa at 27dress.com was extremely helpful and did her best to reassure me that I had nothing you worry about. I must've sent her 30 emails and she always responded.

Well, I received my dress yesterday and it is breathtaking! It's the most gorgeous gown I've seen! It's my dream dress and far exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to step into it again... I cried yesterday when I tried it on!

I have ordered a dress from 27dress.com, i have got very bad quality dress, its a cheap material, not even close to what is on picture. The cut of the dress it's unbelievable defective, does not correspond to the design of one displayed. On breast area dress has holes.
The terrible thing is that: THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE IGNORING YOU when you try to refund it, 27Dress.com are not there 24 hours to help you how is written in their policy, they are not following the policy its a scammer. I wrote them every day e-mails on *******@27dress.com sending them pictures of the broken dress and they were so rude with me answering: to get my local tailor and do it. I never got a refund from them they just blocked me.

DO NOT BUY from this website. I saw a beautiful blue prom dress on this website and placed the order. It came three weeks later and it was completely the wrong dress. It was a huge white mermaid wedding dress. I emailed them right away as there was no phone number. I went back to look at my confirmation order and there was no summary of the dress I ordered, amount, or anything, just an order number. I received an email stating that they're on holiday break and will not be back for another week. After a week, I still did not hear from them. I went on the website and talked to someone. She apparently found my order but refused to give me any details as to my order summary. I contacted my credit card company and refused to pay for something I didn't order. So disappointed.

When I gave the first order, I thought size 34 will fit me, because I usually wear size 34. The first one was too tight! After I have ordered size 36, it sat perfectly! Once I contacted the seller via e-mail if she could sent me size 36, she immediately do that and the dress arrived within 5 days! A tip from me: If you cant decide between two sizes, rather takes size bigger! The shipping was very quick, the dress comes from China and the shipping was just 1 week to Austria. I got so many compliments on the dress, no one wanted to believe me, that it costs 70 as it looks very high quality! Communication with the SELLER is excellent, very very nice SELLER! I can highly recommend the dress and also the seller from the bottom of my heart! Top quality for a low price!

Who ever posted that this website is "THE BEST" or gives it a 5 star is probably their own employees! I bought a $144.50 dress from this website to go to my cousins wedding thinking the dress is gonna be flowy and beautiful like the picture. When the dress arrived, it looks like trash and the fabric is cheap quality. The dress didn't come with the diamond belt shown in the picture but instead it had fake cheap rhinestones sewn onto it. I tried to refund the dress but their customer service said its the "original." 27Dress.com also said that since the company did not damage the dress and it's not their fault so they will not refund the dress. Now I'm stuck with the hideous dress and have to buy another one. The only thing they damage is their reputation.

My niece was very last minute with making her mind up about prom. I was on the hunt for her dress. I found this website 27Dress.com and see a very elegant dress for her. Sent her a few pics and she love a of the dresses but she could only pic one. He dress she chose was stunning. She looked absolutely fabulous in it. 27Dress.com made sure I received the dress in time. Her dress fitted her to the T. I sent her measurements and they did a very good job. It is well worth it. Id recommend them to everyone. Initially she wanted a expensive designer to make her dress which was about $450 I told her no let look around and we found way better and cheaper price but valuable taste. Very good fabric. Stay away! No way to call them. Got no confirmation email so within 48 hrs of purchase went to web site and saw shipping date 3 weeks AFTER prom. Had to email to cancel (even tried through payment site) because no phone number. Theyre in China so of course no response until next day. Rufuse to refund, sent me a copy of their return policy that says nothing after 24 hours whereas I have screenshot that says 70% if cancelled within 48 hours. The 16 yr old I was helping is out 150.00 and had to wear an old dress to prom. She was in tears. 27Dress.com make it sound like they are custom making each dress! I fervently believe that many of their positive reviews come from their company!

Honestly in the beginning i wasn't about to buy ib their website because of their affordable price i thought that maybe it would be a scam, but after couple weeks my dress got here, USA, on time for my sister's wedding that took place in France. I gotta say that I loved and ny family and friends loved. I had compliments from all over. I had to do a little retouch, since I don't have big breast, but besides it feet me perfectly. Thank you soo much for your services, i was a little annoying by sending you guys emails constantly to make sure i would have my dress on time, but I don't regret it lol. The dress oredred by my daughter arrived ahead of the scheduled delivery slot, so that deserved one star. From there on it all went wrong.
The dress has not been stitched correctly and has loose threads on the seams. When the company were contacted 27Dress.com informed us to cut the treads. This will no doubt open the seams. Additionally the pure white dress has stains on the back. It looks like it has been dragged on a dirty floor and stood upon. Again we were informed to wash the dress.
Our several requests to return the dress have simply been ignored.
Reading other reviews it looks like some peaple are lucy. We were not.

I order a dress from this website for a wedding. The whole wedding party ordered dresses to be exact. We received our dresses in a timely manner and in fact 27Dress.com were gorgeous.the quality of the dresses were of the best quality even better than the reviews. We had one issue which was one dress came back a different color than the others. We ordered a total of 12 dresses and wewere pleased. The representative Lisa handled our orders and also worked hard to fix the problem with the one dress. I can tell you that we were very pleased with the out come off the situation and would order again from them.

The service is terrible. I ordered my dress last week from the 27dress website and I have been frequently contacting the company through emails trying to cancel my order who only responded by sending me an automated email saying 27Dress.com won't be in the office until April 2nd. So not only are they not going to give me my refund back, I'm not even getting a serious reply. I've seen mainly negative reviews towards this website with people saying how their dress isn't what they ordered and how cheap it looks. I'd highly recommend not ordering from this website.

The dress was beautifull and profesionally done. However, i order a size 2 but it was like a size 4. So, i recomended to order a size less then your size so it will fix better.
The communication and service was A+. 27Dress.com help me though the order and after to try to fix my problem of the size. I desired to fix the dress locally because the dress wasn't expense to made. I will regularly pay a lot more for a prom dress in a store... and also, it will cost me almost the same price to send it and have it back.
I'm totally recommending the company!

1. I got my dress size customised, however, the sizes did NOT match the given size
2. The design of the dress did NOT match the picture, the breast pads were WAY too high and SMALL
3. I contacted the disk and told them what happened and 27Dress.com couldn't even bother to help but to say, contact the *******@27dress.com for they could not help me there, and so I did, however, the email itself would NOT even open therefore it ain't a real email
***Overall if you're planning on buying from here I suggest you don't, it's not worth it.

This was my first time using 27 dresses did not receive the dress in the timeframe that I was told when I receive the dress it was to be way to big in size ordered 16 which is a grown lady's 16 not 16 for high school after going back-and-forth with emails still no return label at this point I guess I'm not going to get my money back cannot use the dress it looks like a box no curvage at all it's just straight took pictures and sent them in and still haven't received anything still going back-and-forth do not use this site

I have ordered Half sleeve dress as described and shown in the website. However I received sleeveless dress and shawl, was very embarrassed that I got different design of dress. I did return the dress to them and ask refund. However, the staff removed the description of Half sleeve on their website and said that it was their small mistake and refund is impossible.The staff repeated 27Dress.com make dress as same as the picture (which was obviously different from the picture in my experience). Hope it helps for your decision.

Order the dress off of 27dresscom came back completely wrong nothing even close to the model dress that she had on 27Dress.com email you back and forth with stupid resolution will you lower your hair the dress will be prettier or the dress is similar to the model or the dress has been found to be suitable just all kind of bogus remarks. When the dress clearly doesn't even come close to the models dress. They looked at the dress and said it 95% like the model like the models dressed. Thats completely inaccurate...

I ordered my debs dress off 27dress.com, very fast shipment and I was absolutely delighted with how my dresses turned out. The girls wore really polite to deal with and help me out with my custom measurements and stuff. The dress was absolutely perfect came with every bit of detail as shown in the picture. These people all work for the company and please do not order from this company because none of the items look like the models!
