Complete waste of time and money! I feel totally duped. Exactly what 2FixYourTrafficTicket describe as the way other companies scam you, is what was done to me. They simply copied and pasted my description of the events surrounding my ticket onto some simple form and emailed it back to me. There was nothing further. After I lost my case, they are refusing to stand behind their so-called 100% hassle-free money-back guarantee and refund my money.

It seems like a great deal, the service is unbelievably cheap and if you lose you get the $99 back, right?! WRONG!

Here are all the catches: They will give you a boiler plated document that takes less than five minutes to print. All they do is insert your basic information and the citation number in the boiler plated document. You will not get a licensed expert to prepare a tailor-made defense for your specific traffic ticket. They get a clerk to print up documents, not real experts who will actually research the related conditions specific to your ticket and prepare a defense specifically for your case. The boiler plated explanations do not get the traffic tickets dismissed. Basically, you get what you paid for.

Save your $99 for dinner.

Read this before you use their service. Their service is awful, if you sign up for their service, and then you will be asked to briefly describe what happened on their website. And 7 days later, you will get your TBD form, and what 2FixYourTrafficTicket do is just copy and paste what you write on the their website on that form, and tell the court that you want to dismiss that ticket.

First of all, a 10 years old kid can do that. Second, just a copy and paste work will take them 7 days?

I don't think this kind of paper work will work, so I bought the book "Fight your ticket and win in California" and I decide to write the paper work myself, because you will have to find a "REASON" to fight your ticket, not just tell the judge what happened and ask for a dismissal. That's crazy.

And the worst part is, I filed a dispute on Paypal saying that 99 dollars for a copy and paste work is very unfair, and they fight back saying that if Paypal authorize my claim and issue refund to me, it will be very unfair to them, I don't know what's in their mind, 99 dollars for a copy and paste job? Just awful, if I can leave a 0 star feedback, I will.

I found the service to be excellent. 2FixYourTrafficTicket responded to all my emails within a couple of hours and when they finished the paperwork they sent it to me by email. Everything looked very professional with details. I would say that I spent a total of 10 to 15 minutes to send my information to them on the website. Finally, about 2 months later I received a notification from the court with a check mark in the not guilty box. I am very happy with this service obviously because my ticket was dismissed. But I would have been happy with the service I got even if the result had not been in my favor. Thank you for saving my driving record and a bunch of money.

As a retired person on fixed income the last thing I want to do is to pay for a traffic ticket that I do not think I deserved. This company helped get my speeding ticket dismissed. I found the service to be efficient as I did not have to spend any time preparing anything or going to court. I just entered my information online and then followed the instructions to sign and send the documents to the court and it worked the verdict came back not guilty which makes me happy that I will get a refund from the court. I fear I am about to experience the same as some other reviewers. I was found guilty and sent them a copy via email as required... That was over a month ago. Twice 2FixYourTrafficTicket have said I would be refunded, and twice now I have not. There is no person one can talk to of course. # is a fax and only an email for contact. The letter they wrote me was so lame I could have written myself a better letter. I have sent 2 more emails regarding my refund... we shall see... also oddly the phone number they list on credit charge is for PayPal not them... you cannot get a person.

False statement and there is no customer representative when call the number. DO NOT USE THEIR LAME SERVICE. I was found guilty for cellphone user. It was for $49, but I upgraded it to $99 plus the transaction fees $3. Total $102. The reason I upgraded is just want to see how professional 2FixYourTrafficTicket are in writing, but they are not. At the end, they only refunded me $49. So what is the money back guarantee. I will file a complaint through my bank because of this false statement.

Not only did 2fixyourticket not win my easy case, 2FixYourTrafficTicket have been totally non responsive in refunding my investment with them as advertised if they lose. I have complied with the requirement to provide the ruling by the Traffic court in the prescribed time, but have heard nothing from them, certainly not a refund. I will be contacting the BBB next. I used a different service a few years ago, with much better results.

I won my case thanks to 2fixyourttafficticket. 2FixYourTrafficTicket made it very simple for me to use their service overall I would give them 10 stars here if I could. I dread dealing with the court and for this ticket I did not even have to go to court. They prepared everything for me all I did was to mail it in to the court. Then I got the result by mail. I would use them again if I get another traffic ticket.

Beware. This is a nice little racket, at least for those that received a red light ticket in Culver city. 2FixYourTrafficTicket will take your $99, you'll lose your case and you will not get your $99 back from them. Every communication is via email. No one to talk to on the phone (huge red flag). And the 100% money back thing is a lie as your email gets ignored when you mention a refund

My experience with this company was great. 2FixYourTrafficTicket did an excellent job getting my speeding ticket dismissed. They prepared a very professional document for me. All I did was to sign and mail to the court. It took approx. 3 months for the court to get back to me. The court letter says not guilty. I am grateful for a job well done. The price was great too.

I had a great experience with this company. 2FixYourTrafficTicket got me out of a red light camera ticket without much work on my part. I was extremely happy with their $189 flat fee as I tried contacting a couple other places and could never get a straight answer as to how much it would cost... anyway I had a really good experience with company.

No attorney appeared in court for me. I didn't know this when I hired them. Declaration docs sent to me for filing. I lost my case and was out of lots of extra money after paying for multiple trips to the court house and traffic school fees. Took countless emails and a final threat to get my money back. 2FixYourTrafficTicket " letter of defense was a joke " I couldn't believe it and knew from the lame letter I would lose and I did. I would have been better off forcing city to show the " video " as often they don't even have the videos. Then I would have won.

Did not work for me, used their service and court still found me guilty of red light camera. As for refund, 2FixYourTrafficTicket keep asking me to email them the complete documents, which I did, and no response from them. To contact them, everything is thru email, no live personnel on the phone. Very frustrating

Worst ever. 2FixYourTrafficTicket use the same excuse that you say to fight your case. When you try to get your money back it's a headache. I had to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back. Don't do it it's a scam.
