310 Nutrition has been a Godsend for me. And yet the greatest impact its had on my life has been learning clean eating. Im at the point now that instead of craving sugar or greasy food I crave healthy food! And in the 310 Nutrition Community, not only do I receive support and comradeship, but those members are creating innovative recipes that are delicious and healthy! All recipes are shared then with the group! Lets now talk about the 310 products! My favorite is the 310 Shakes... 310Nutrition satisfy my cravings for sweets without sugar and without artificial sweeteners plus they are filled with nutritious ingredients that give me energy, a healthy body and satisfies my hunger for hours. All the 310 Nutrition Products serve a purpose and all work together perfectly! Plus supplements are available and collagen (our body decreases collagen production the older we get, affecting hair growth, skin health, joint and bone health) and detox clay are available!
Personally I was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes 35 years ago on pills then insulin with horrible lab work, doctors recommended weight loss surgery! In just over 4 months on 310 Nutrition my blood sugars are mostly normal, am off all diabetic medication, my diagnosis changed from morbidly obese to just obese. My blood pressure is usually normal! Ive lost 15 pounds and am a work in progress! I shrank from 2-: XL tops to L tops and now those large tops are getting loose! I do chair exercises as I currently am walker dependent. My doctor said whatever Im doing, to keep it up! Last, but most importantly to me is Tim Sharif and his staff! They put their passion into their company and put their customers success as number one priority! Ive never knew the owner of any company, not even their names, but it was Tim Sharif personally via video who taught me about clean eating being vital to weight loss success! I thank my God He opened my eyes about 310 Nutrition because at age 64 I was fed up with diet programs that didnt last. 310 Nutrition is not a diet program... its a weight loss program that changes your lifestyle so you never stop eating correctly, you reach your goals and by the time you do you are established in your healthy lifestyle. This was my first time buying from this company. I was very excited to try this brand as I've seen very good reviews about it. My experience has been awful. I placed my order for the chocolate shake and the lemonade packets. It took almost 2 weeks to get to me. When I opened my package I only received the chocolate shake with a shaker and free juice tub. I never received my lemonade that I paid for and said on the invoice. I had to go through customer service which took over an hour. 310Nutrition made me send a picture of my package like they thought I was making up that I didn't receive my lemonade. Juan then told me they would send out my lemonade and I would receive within 3-7 buisness days. Of course I wouldn't get a tracking number. It's now been over the 7 days and I have still yet to receive it. Something I paid for and never received, very frustrating and this company seems like a rip off. If don't receive it by the end of this week I'll figure out something I can do to receive a refund from this company for taking my money and not giving me a product I purchased!

Do not buy anything from this company! 310Nutrition will RIP YOU OFF! I ordered with them the beginning of July. My order still hasn't come, even though they took the money out of my account immediately.
When I tried to call them no one answered. Ever. I sat on the phone for 13 minutes and only a recoding came in telling me about their Shake recipes. Nothing about being 10 minutes in the call que or having a high volume of calls. Just garbage.
I emailed them on Twitter, no response. When I emailed them via their "customer service" address I FINALLY got an email back, 2 days later in which they asked me for my email address to look up my account. Ummm ok. He didn't need an order number, but my email address, that he just emailed me to. Trenton with their "customer service" said he'd get back to me. That was Wednesday. Crickets folks. I have yet to hear from him or anyone else. #310nutritionisaripoff

Pros: 1. I have tried so many different shakes and weight loss programs. This is, by far, the best yet. 2. I absolutely love the salted caramel and mocha, 310Nutrition are so distinctive. I almost can't wait to make the shakes. 3. I'm also very motivated by the 310 community on FB. 4. This is one of the few products that don't make me feel stuffed, sick, or nauseous. Cons: 1. The shipping takes 10 days (they say 5-7 business), which I find crazy for a US based company. 2. And, well, I wish the products were less expensive. It's hard to justify paying so much for 14 days of shakes, and for tea/lemonade. But, I will probably continue to buy because the products are so awesome. I'll just limit to 1/2 scoop to make the powder last longer. 3. I wish the product came in a sealed canister versus a bag. The powder just flies in the air when you open and close the dang bag!

Totally in love with 310 products! Decided to give it a try after reading a review on a Pinterest list that labeled it as the best meal replacement shake of 2017. Got a starter kit and absolutely love everything in it! I look forward to my next shake every time I finish one, and because 310Nutrition taste like a real milkshake, I don't crave any sweets anymore! So far I have only been using the products I got in my starter kit for about a week, and not super consistently... but even so, I've already lost about 4 pounds this week! I have 2 shipments on the way and I can't wait to get started with a good supply of products now! I've tried so many other shakes and fad diets, etc in the past and nothing has worked for me and kept me on track... I'm really excited for 310 because it feels like something I can really find success with!

I ordered a small sample pack and tried the program for one day. I replaced breakfast with vanilla (blended with frozen fruit and unsweetened almond milk) and lunch with chocolate (blended with banana and almond milk) I drake a lemonade packet in the afternoon when I started to get hungry and easily made it to dinner, where I ate a regular meal. Then I drake a cup of the detox tea in the evening. I had no issues not eating actual food besides dinner, felt full and definitely had more energy. I got the sample pack because I've tried other shakes (Purium) that tasted HORRIBLE and I couldn't even drink without gagging. I was happily surprised with the taste of these shakes with my little additions. Just ordered enough product for my husband and I to follow the program for 2 weeks and can't wait to receive and get started!

I have purchased 310 Nutrition several times however, my last order was an absolute nightmare. Long of the short, I never received my order in spite of having tracking information show the order was delivered. I spent well over an hour arguing back and forth with the customer service representative. In the end yes, my order was re-sent and delivered to my home but the amount of time I wasted makes me second guess if it was even worth it.
Last note - the representative who organized the shipment with me had the nerve to indicate that even though I reached out to 310 Nutrition to confirm 310Nutrition had the right address it was "my responsibility to contact USPS to ensure they have the same delivery address as well"
Yeah... because that's how shipments with a SHIPPING LABEL work.

I have been using the products for a month now. I enjoy the variety of the flavors available, can't get bored with them. I enjoy the tea, have at least one cup a day. The lemonade flavors are great, helps me get my 100oz plus in daily. I was nervous about trying it at first but I am glad I did. I have noticed in the past 2 weeks, I have more energy and I am able to make it through a 10 hour shift at work on my feet the majority of the time, without feeling tired. Before I started 310, I would have to sit after 4 hours. And I have done something I never thought I would, I joined a gym and go 3 times a week for an hour each time. It may not sound like much but for someone who has not done any exercising since, let's just say High School (which was a few years ago), I am shocked to say the least.

The overall product is great but the delivery time is slow. I wish we had the option to get it faster if we didn't want to wait the two weeks is takes to typically arrive.

I would also like the option of selecting something different than the free tea. You did have the 310 juice and that was a nice option that I took advantage of. However I have so many packages of tea and would like to be able to choose the juice or one of the other products, metaboost, probioics, maybe the multivitamin or even maybe the clay. I think having an option to try other products would increase my future orders. I have to purchase a full product and not like it or my body doesn't agree with it and I have wasted my money. Overall I am happy with the products I have used.

I'm sorry but I am not a fan of your products for one 310Nutrition taste awful! I made the strawberry shake by itself with almond milk and it was gross. So I made the caramel shake and added banana and Greek yogurt it was gross. The chocolate one was ok. The lemonade is disgusting I couldn't take more than just a sip it tastes awful like I'm eating medicine and I haven't tried the tea I'm afraid. I don't know if my stomach can handle any more nastiness. Also the shake did not suppress my appetite so I couldn't substitute it for a meal I had the shake along with a healthy snack like pb and carrots or celery. Like I said I'm sorry for the terrible review but I'm just giving my honest opinion about your products I'm not purchasing them in my future!

Delivery was slow but flavors are delicious. "Mixed" salted caramel with my morning coffee, only using half the serving, and it tasted really good. Until I got to the bottom of my cup where I'm assuming the majority had clumped up. Next up was a mid day, on the run lemonade. No complaints, I loved it! This morning I done the chocolate shake with cold water, a table spoon of my powdered peanut butter and it was delish. Can't wait to try the tea, no directions for use on the juice sample so idk about that. Wished I could've got a vanilla chai sample. 310 is on the pricier side for my personal budget but I certainly foresee purchasing more lemonade if nothing else. Oh! The cup is great too! Need more color choices for it tho!

310Nutrition charged me 7.99 for shipping and it took almost two weeks to get delivered. I also never got a confirmation email till I emailed there customer service after not getting one 5 days after I ordered. For what I paied in shipping I should have gotten faster shipping and next day confermation I didn't even know if my order went through till I emailed them. On top of all that the promo code I used never worked and I revived the wrong order I had to then email them again. Now I have to wait another 7-10 days to get my correct order so I will never be ordering this product again. Shipping is way to high for the experience I had and I will let every person I talk to know about my experience. Horrable customer service

I bought the beginner's kit. I used the blender it came with to mix the powders with liquids, rather than the blender ball cup I already had and the powders were very difficult to blend. The chocolate seems to blend best. The taste is okay, my least favorite is the salted caramel. I do like that you feel full (which is hard for solely plant-based shakes) without any of the gas symptoms that I experience with most whey-based shakes. I think that's a big selling point. I couldn't use this as a meal replacement unless it was blended into a smoothie, but I can its use for a sensible snack during busy days.

I only used one of the pouches (strawberry) for a smoothie. It tastes okay, but again, blending was an issue.

I just received my sample kit for $9, and I tried it today for the first time chocolate is a very good flavor I would say. Every other shake I found unbearable to drink from other companies and I was surprised when I casually drank the whole recommended portion without having to make a face. I mixed it with water cause I was afraid of it being too thick but it was good and just right not thick was like having a cold chocolate drink with a wafer undertone. I wasn't really a fan of the after taste so I had tons of water after which is great cause I like to increase my water intake when I can. Imma try my strawberry shake sample for dinner. And I love the shake cup I'm defenitely gonna put a order in for shakes.

310 nutrition products are absolutely effective! Since starting these products my metabolism has improved dramatically and I have a lot more energy to burn at the gym. I started working prior taking the products and noticed that I was loosing a lot of inches rather than weight. Since incorporating these products into my workout regime, the weight was slowing began melting off! I've already lost 10 pounds and tons of inches since May 2017. I went from wearing a size XL to a medium and down 1 size in pants! Of course, my journey maybe slower than others but overall I happy with MY progress. Thank you, 310 nutrition community for being so supportive!

I tried both the salted caramel and strawberry shake and 310Nutrition were both disgusting. I mixed the strawberry shake with cold water, literally spit out the first sip. I mixed the salted caramel with soy milk, was able to take a few sips but still tasted really gross and I ended up dumping it out. I still have the chocolate flavor to try.
Also the skinny tea is gross and tastes like a giant clove spice.
The green superfood juice cleanse powder wasn't awful had a kind of citrus taste to it. I was able to drink it but the powder didn't fully dissolve in the cold water and the mouthful of powder I got for the last sip was nasty.

I enjoyed some of the content within the starter kit but not all. I was a little disappointed that my "guide email" on how to use everything came 3 days after the stuff was delivered and the kit was delivered without any honest directions. Since it was my first time using anything like it, I ended up having to do some research of my own in order to use the product, which is fine but again disappointing since it was considered a starter kit I thought it would have more guidance. I am currently not convinced 310 nutrition is as great as people say it is quite yet but I'm still a newbie and will give it a try still.

So I jumped in with the starter kit and I haven't looked back. Since July with a better diet combined with 310 once a day I have dropped 30 pounds. 310Nutrition all taste great compared to what I have had in the past and being a big eater all my life it was nice to have something that actually kept me full.

So all this great stuff in one place and it is working why not 5 stars. Well the shipping is painfully slow. If I am going to pay for shipping I feel like the product needs to come faster. I know control for 310 is limited because someone else delivers the package but they chose the provider

I watched, read, followed all the post for almost 1 1/2 months. I trusted and jumped in with the 310 Tea and shakes. I was going to have to have surgery. Thanks to these products and the amount of nutrition and all the benefits I no longer have to have surgery and I'm 30 lbs from my goal weight. Mind you I have not exercised once. I feel better, have more energy, feel great. Impressed with how easy it is to lose the weight that i couldn't with anything else. Even my GI doctor approved it. He was amazed on the difference in my health. So thumbs up and thank you so much. Never felt better!

I ordered the salted caramel flavored meal replacement shake. The ingredients are quality, and has a good amount of protein, but when you mix it with water as instructed it does not taste good at all. I even let it sit in the fridge overnight, and the powder doesn't dissolve. It's gritty with poor flavor. I used it in a healthy brownie recipe, and it turned out pretty good though. I'll have to try other recipes with it, but the whole reason I ordered it was to have a quick and easy meal replacement. Now I'm having to actually bake and mix it with other things to mask the taste.

I just recently ordered your Raspberry, Blackberry and Original Lemonade for the first time and I love all three, however the berry ones are my favorite. 310Nutrition taste good which is a nice change from plain water. One of the benefits of the lemonade is how much it helps curb your appetite and cravings, especially for sweets... and I have notice I feel better when I drink 2 per day and believe my metabolism is working much better since drinking the lemonade every day. Not only are the shakes amazing, but all of 310 products are! I have been a 310lifer for almost 2 years and it is by far the most trusted company. This is my second order with 310. The product is amazing. I was suffering from IBS-D for so long and was on meds. I was able to get off the meds and it was the biggest blessing I could have gotten. I look forward to getting on the website and ordering. I get the box like a child at Christmas time. That is how excited I am about the product. I will be a long time customer I know this. I am beginning to recommend this product to others. I have never done this with excitement with any other product. Thank you so much for your product and your delivery system.

I started the meal replacement shakes and it doesn't curb the appetite as I expected although the shakes are yummy I think vanilla chai is my favorite so far. The regular vanilla was horrid for me even when mixed with the almond milk, the chocolate is nice as well I haven't ordered strawberry yet but I do plan on doing these a full 30 days and hope it helps some. I wish the teas weren't so expensive because I find I love that the most. The tea is DIVINE! And I think it helped curb cravings more so than anything so far.

I have been trying for only 2 weeks, trying to work out a system for my self, I just received my bundle purchase of the biggest one that is offered, I was very disappointed that for the amount of money I spent on it, it was just left on my front porch ant there was no way for me to track this large purchase, with my prior purchase I was able to track it. Also, I wish that I could have selected more than one flavor for my 4 bags. So far I like it, love the Chocolate, would like to get some other flavors..

Honestly, i was an avid Shakeology user for EVERRR! I kept seeing 310 all over social networking, checked it out. Checked out reviews and i was like ok for the Promo 310Nutrition have on the "starter kit" i will try it. I AM SO GLAD THAT I DID! It has a great taste. And it is not CHALKY or GRITTY AT ALLLLL! Which is very important to me. Filled me up i was so full for about 3h. I still have a few flavors left to try, so i can figure out which one i like best to order monthly. Give it a shot, YOU WONT regret it!

I had ordered the Life Starter Kit and chose Vanilla flavor and 310 Thin as my options. I was impressed with the time frame for delivery, but (not to 310's fault) not impressed with the UPS (Vancouver, Canada) with the extra charge upon delivery. I have used 310 before and I have always thought it was great product and has always curbed my need to eat extra non-needed meals. The only thing that I would suggest is travel size options for boarding planes. Overall great product, always have love the taste!

I love the 310 Whey Chocolate Shake it has a very smooth taste to it (definitely will be buying more!) but the ONLY downfall of this whole entire thing is that you guys only have one shipping method and that's standard... I was originally suppose to get this on the 12th but when I checked the tracking it changed the date to the 15th... highly upsetting! If you guys had a faster shipping method you would've had 5 stars. Please fix this! We want better shipping options! Thank you.

I love the 310 Systems. The support is great and all the videos are exceptional love watching Tim with his videos gives me great ideas on how to eat correctly and lose the weight I need to lose. On my way to my goal weight. I would highly suggest this system to everyone who is in need of losing some weight and learning how to eat correctly so that you're not eating all of the bad ingredients that 310Nutrition put in food these days looking forward to living a long and healthy life

I received my first strawberry protein yesterday and tried it this morning. It is very mild and not too sweet. I was not hungry at all between shakes today. I am looking forward to the many ways I can make shakes with it since it has such a subdued flavor. I just wish the wait wasn't so long to receive orders. I waited eight days for this order to arrive. I am currently waiting for a portion of the same order to be filled and shipped, so it will be at least another week.
