32 Degrees Official Site

So I bought 32 degrees boxer briefs from Costco which I like a lot. But Costco in my area carry mostly large. I went online to check for smaller size and ran into 32degrees.com which had a final sale of 5.99 each. I thought it was a very good price and checked the description repeatedly to make sure it's a package of 3, like Costco has. And it said clearly on the description "package of 3". After all, it was a final sale so I convinced myself that is not a mistake and ordered 5 packages and a pair of short to meet free shipping requirement. The package came and there was only 5 briefs instead of 15. I checked the web site again and this time the "package of 3" was removed. So I contacted them explainning the situation and asked for a refund if 32 Degrees Official Site dont honor their price. I got a very cold response saying they don't offer 3-pack for $6 and no return because of "final sale". It mentioned nothing about what I saw in the description. I should have screen captured the description on their site when placing the order but as of today, I googled again and it still shows package of 3 on the Google's brief description. However, when I clicked on it, it takes me to their web site but the page was not found. This means they removed the page. See images below.

I must say I was so very satisfied with my clothing purchases from 32 degrees. I'm place a 2nd order mow in bulk for myself and my husband. I have no idea why anyone would post negative reviews about these products, unless it's a competitor trying to put them out of business because their prices are so amazing and 32 Degrees Official Site can't compete. So wrong! Go for it if your looking for a light weight, super soft and comfort feel of day wear, lounge wear, or sleep wear. Can't go wrong! They ate having such a amazing sale today in about to purchase $400 worth for the family and I. Cheers and hope you tray

Purchased products at Costco. This past season quality has been a big issue. Shirts & pants have started coming unsewed after only 2-3 washings & air drying. 32 Degrees Official Site are great at keeping you warm but when they start unraveling, it's a waste of $$ to buy them.
We've sent a comment re this on the 32degress.com website & plan on contacting Costco. We'll see what kind of response 32Degrees gives.

MARCH 1: We just received an email back from the company. All they said was there's no warranty for the product & they dont tske returns. We didn't ask to return it to them (we'll be using Costco's great return policy) & they said nothing about checking into their quality control problems. So were are changing our rating to as low as possible & would give it a negative based on the reply we received (from employee Geri).

I ordered 13 items with 2-3 day shipping. 5 items showed up after 8 days and the order showed as complete. No reference to out of stock, back order, multiple shipment, nothing.
I sent them a complete email with the order number, the tracking number, date of order and list of which items were missing.
After 5 additional emails and the third rep, I was still being asked "what did you order/receive?". Complete failure. 32 Degrees Official Site might be fraudulent based on these inept practices. Maybe it's intentional and malicious.
Never got it figure out. Spent way to much time doing THEIR homework. I reported the change to my credit card company as "goods purchases not received".
I will never order from them again. Too bad, their clothes are made well for the price.

Purchased this item for around $15 at Costco a couple years ago and liked the item. Lately, I decided to order 2 more directly from 32 Degrees. Price was now $25 apiece which was tolerable since I liked the item. Lo and behold when 32 Degrees Official Site arrived, the items were significantly lighter weight and nowhere near as warm. Decided to return them and learned, "final sale item... non returnable." There are now multiple points to my dissatisfaction: 1) item is inferior to that previously purchased, 2) price was higher than previous, 3) return wasn't possible, 4) shipping, although free, took 13 days, 5) THERE IS NO PROVISION TO WRITE A REVIEW ON THE 32 DEGREES WEBSITE, this should be a red flag!

I placed an order through the website. I get it that it's the holidays and things can get pretty hectic. But this site does not provide feedback whatsoever on the status of my order. Further, I emailed them and a week passed and still there was no reply. This is too unfortunate. I saw them on the list of Oprah's favorite things for 2020 and what a referral it was! I hope Oraph's team reads this. Two thumbs down for 32degrees.com. And I haven't even seen the order yet! Finally, what bothers me is that 32 Degrees Official Site have not yet replied to my personal email and yet they have already sent me several marketing emails that sell their products. What a disappointment! Beware of this company.

I ordered 3/4 length jacket from 32DEGREES. I really like the jacket but from the beginning the zipper was a problem. I asked if I could be sent another jacket and I'd return the original.
32 Degrees Official Site wanted the original order number. I didn't have it but I ordered it online from 32DEGREES website so they should have a copy of it. I sent them a photo of original bag it came in with all the mailing info stickers. They said it was blurry.(see the attached).
Then they wanted a video of the stuck zipper.
I felt that they thought I was lying about the zipper problem. I'm angry about this.

I received a 32 Degrees pullover as a gift. The first time I wore the shirt the collar, cuffs ad ribbing at the bottom all frayed a lot. I wore the shirt to a casual social gathering for about 4 hours. 32 degrees would not send a refund or a replacement because I wore the shirt and did not have the original receipt. The fraying happened because I wore the shirt. I don't have a receipt because it was a gift. VERY VERY poor quality and the customer service isn't much better.

The shirts quality it's fine but the only problem I have is the shipping I made couple orders with the free shipping and it took them around nine days to deliver, That was a long time for me so I decide to make two more orders with their expected shipping service and those actually took more than nine days so don't pay for the shipping because you will still receive your order around 9 days. 32 Degrees Official Site use FedEx which it's terrible carrier.

Several years ago I purchased 32 Degree Heat women's long underwear from Costco. It is a great product, warm, and washes will. Last year I purchased 32 Degree Cool summer t shirts and hoodies. Both cool products, after one wearing had the nubbies(multiple amounts of material defects) and Cool products were thrown away after one washing. I would give Heat products a 5 star and Cool products a 1 star.

I have placed several orders from 32 degrees online store and I am very happy with all my purchases. No mistakes with the billing or delivery. I received emails letting me know when my product would be shipped and delivered. Orders were always delivered on time and in great shape. Thank you 32 degrees for good quality clothing and good customer service.

I received the item and asked for a free shipping code because I just wanted to exchange it for a smaller size and it did not meet the required amount eligible for free shipping. (Odd an e-commerce business does not provide any exchanges...) I receive this horrible, foul language from a customer service agent. Like...?

I stumbled on this brand a year ago and have ordered several times from their site. I've experienced nothing but great quality and customer service. I wear their shirts all the time for hiking and camping. 32 Degrees Official Site are perfect for layering, dry fast when wet, and keep me cool, dry and comfortable on the trail.

I am not please with the customer service and ordering department, 32 Degrees Official Site sent the wrong sizes, wrote them a email, no response, terrible, should have looked at the reviews through. I will never order again. Are recommend this company to any my family or friends.

Best buy of 2020. Very happy with the basic shirts. Soft material not bulky for under layer. Good prices. Good materials. I like my vest too not bulky either as a lady I dont want to add extra weight but I still want to keep myself warm.

I got 8 pairs of men's athletic underwear for $32 and 32 Degrees Official Site are awesome. To be determined how they hold up, but this quality is on par with a $25 pair of Nike undergarments. Back to running!

I placed an order sunday to realize he already had it. I tried to call no answer left an email and the product still shows unfilled today Monday at 10am. Yet 32 Degrees Official Site are refusing to refund me.

The product I purchased in an adult medium fit my 12 year old and due to being a dame 32 Degrees Official Site refused to even exchange it for a size that fit. Don't bother with this terribly overhyped product

Ordered 2 items 13 days ago, still not receive them, looks like Fedex took many stops each way. I literally received shipment from half way across the globe faster than this.

Ordered one time. All was just ok. Was prepared to order about $400 more but read the reviews. No way! I'm done with them.

Very satisfied with their product, order experience, and shipping. Not sure why all the negative reviews.
