A Gift Personalized

I've been trying to do a return or get a refund for the product I bought. I was asked to take pictures of the merchandise, which I did and I've not received a response. It's been almost a week. So at this point, I have nothing good to say about your company.

I was charged for express delivery, but I did not receive. Also I did not receive the decanter I ordered. It was substituted, and nothing was done for the inconvenience!

I love my personalized lanterns! They are exactly as pictured/described. I was a little concerned about them getting damaged in shipping, but everything was packaged very well with all the glass pieces individually wrapped and secured. Very happy with my purchases and I would definitely order from them again!

The compass arrived and it was perfect, however, the wooden display box it came in was defective. There are large gaps showing when the box is closed and it is difficult to open as the hinges are the damaged part. I tried to contact the company multiple times in different ways and never heard anything back from customer service.

The mugs were just like shown and expected. Great job. Fast delivery as well.

I was impressed with the time it took, I read the reviews and started getting worried that they weren't coming on time or there would be some missing. but they came early and none missing and everyone loved them.
