Happy with every part of the ordering process with Acoustimac! The person I spoke to was very helpful making sure I was ordering the correct color and it arrived when expected. I have used it to refurbish a pair of vintage stereo speakers and the price was the most economical found since I still have enough fabric leftover to recover a second pair of speakers.

We've ordered 7 photo panels from Acousitmac and they've all turned out beautifully. They really help deaden the echo in our "high ceilinged" office. The photo quality translated very well to a large size and we're very pleased!

Sales Rep. Eric Harris was very pleasant to work with. He seemed very knowledgeable about the products and professional in his customer service skills. He was also very quick to address our concerns regarding product damages with some of our shipment. Overall excellent service!

I have no issues with customer service, my complaints are two fold: I'm local and I feel spending the money to ship is a waste when I could just pick up an order at the factory. If I'm already spending near $1000 dollars that extra 125 for shipping locally hurts.
My second complaint is the build quality of the DIY panels. They are thin and flimsy, using some of the worst plywood I have ever seen. And they are assembled in a shoddy manner. I made them work by adding 1x3 to the back at the top and bottom. The fabric they come with are cut straight on one side and are off on the other by a lot. I ordered 15 panels and every piece of fabric was like this. I was able to make them work but at added time and expense. I'm happy with the results after I did the extra work but I think the DIY Panel kits could be made better without a lot of added expense

I give your company a 5 star rating so far. I am very pleased. Our panels have to be covered with material yet and consequently aren't hung on the walls but we are hoping they will work. Our Inverness Woman's Club meeting house is extremely noisy and with so many hard of hearing we are praying that this will work.

I give a 5 star for the picture it self. However, our kitchen is still under construction so I am not able to give a review until it is hanging on the wall.

I purchased one of the Acoustimac Home Theater Room Package II and am really happy with it. All the panels are made very nice.
Two suggestions: 1. I made a template for installation using one of the boxes, it would be great if they came with a paper template, or even instructions on how to create a template using the box they came in. 2. I upgraded to the z bar and it works great, but it would've been nice to still include the other, default brackets so I would have more options.
Overall, I'm very happy and would recommend them.

Easy install. 36x12x1 DMD Panels (QTY: 8) Room size 17.5’ (L) x 10.5’ (W) x 8’ (H). These make my theater room sound good. Greatly reduced reflection. I would highly recommend.
