I have quite a few sets that I have really enjoyed
I have quite a few sets that I have really enjoyed. However, I had two very bad experiences.

1 - I brought 6 sets at Christmas during the Buy one get one sale. One set came in CLEARLY not the correct size. The rest fit fine but one set was so small I could get the bra on. I contacted customer service and was told since there was none left of that design there was nothing Adore Me can do. So I was stuck paying for a bra that was clearly mis-labeled. Not my fault.

2 - The last time I purchased through them the sizing was off again. This time there was still some in stock so I decided to just go up to a bigger size. There was an issuing with shipping and I never received the product even though it said delivered. I spoke to numerous people and was told different stories. Two people said they would send out a replacement and a confirmation email. When that did not happen both times I called back again. Then I was told there was nothing they could do for me since it said delivered. The post office says there is nothing they can do because it was not an insured package. So basically because this company is cheap and does not get the insurance I am again stuck paying for a set I don't even have. (This issue has happened once before with GAP and a replacement was sent out within a week because they put the customer first).

Needless to say, I spent well over $200 in my first two months since signing up for VIP so you would think they would want to keep their customers happy. I have not cancelled my membership yet because I had to wait on hold for a long time the first time I tried. There are many things I have seen that I want to buy but I have to keep reminding myself this is not a company I wish to deal with.

I signed up for AdoreMe’s subscription service back...
I signed up for AdoreMe's subscription service back in April of 2014 based on the promise that I could discontinue the service at any time. After receiving 2 packages (in April and May) I decided that the quality of the product in no way matched up to the rather high price ($39.95 for most sets). I called in June to cancel the subscription altogether. Afterwards I checked my credit card bill to see if June was refunded; it was.

Based on this, I assumed Adore Me heard me loud and clear. They didn't and continued to charge me my monthly subscription fee of $39.95. I still had a credit on my account and intended to use it at a later date, so when I got the reminder "You have a credit email" I assumed that was what it was referring to. In October I realize that I am still being charged, I email again asking what's going on and demanding for them to cancel my account. They claim they could only cancel over the phone so I call and ask for it to be canceled AND for the money to be refunded. They refused.

I did the same song and dance in November and December over both the phone and via email and still it has not been canceled. I've contacted my credit card company, but unfortunately they are siding with AdoreMe because of how the user agreements are written.

To be clear I am fine with the charges up until June of 2014 when I canceled my service, but the charges which occurred afterwards I do not feel responsible for.

Do not do business with this company! They are desperate to hold onto ever customer and will trap you into a monthly charge of $39.95 which quite obviously adds up. So far they've gotten me for $279.65 and as a student this really hurts. Please don't make the same mistake I have.

Do you like to be conned for your hard earned money? Then this is THE COMPANY for you.
Do you like to be fraudulently charged over and over again despite cancelling a subscription after being knowingly misled to subscribe by a con artist company, then this is the lingerie company for you! Just read their response (aka lack of adequate response) to these complaints now. Adore Me also refused to accept a return unless I printed a return label despite Covid barriers. They will give you some bs lines. I unsubscribed multiple times and they keep CHARGING me for the "VIP" service. I have requested refunds multiple times to be told to go to certain links that DO NOT EXIST. Their terms of service indicate you can request a refund via customer service as well and also by emailing claims (at) adoreme.com and those requests will be ignored and/or redirected again to LINKS THAT DO NOT EXIST. Do not buy into their response to a person here about "please email us so we can look into your situation"... they will NOT! PLEASE PLEASE do not waste your hard earned money here. THEY are scam artists. They have already lost a lawsuit in 2018. Just google AdoreMe lawsuits. They could not give two f's about it either. You SHOULD CONTACT a lawyer for a joint civil lawsuit. You SHOULD CONTACT the CEO, Morgan Hermand-Waiche and Samy Waiche on Facebook until they refund your money or resolve your issue. You should also file a complaint with the FTC. Just GOOGLE FTC Complaints. Look at the Better Business Bureau... they have SO MANY complaints that all complaints cannot be published. It takes an act of God to get them to comply with any small standard of ethical business practices. What they are doing is ILLEGAL but apparently they are already so wealthy they just DO NOT GIVE A F about the consumer as long as they can deceive you and take your money. These Harvard POS's are not wealthy because they are selling quality. They are wealthy because of their shady business practices. If I can keep one person from buying here... it will be a success. Now I am off to file a complaint with the FTC and talk with a lawyer.

Will not reimburse me for double charging my account.
A few months ago I purchased a good amount of bras from the Bridgewater NJ location. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The issue was when I was rung up for my items. I used 2 new visa gift cards, balance on the first card was $100 and the balance on the other was $50. I paid the remaining balance with my debit card and had the receipt emailed to me. About 2-3 days later I noticed my debit card was charged twice with 2 different amounts. One amount was the balance from my purchase and the second was an addition charge by ADORE ME for $40. I called the Bridgewater store to let them know the issue. Adore Me apparently had no record of this charge in their system. Long story short a customer service rep emailed me asking for me to provide the bank statement showing the double charge and they already saw from my order # on file the form of payments. Once that was reviewed they emailed me back and asked me to call my bank to confirm that it was ADORE ME that charged my account and not someone that potential hacked my card. I did as the asked and my bank confirmed that ADORE ME charged my card... twice. It is now almost 6 months later, after being ghosted by their rep. And finally I sent nasty email requesting a call back, only because I am beyond frustrated with lack of communication and resolution and you can never speak to someone directly. I finally got a email from another rep basically stating that they cannot refund me the $40 they somehow charged to my account because they have no trace of this charge... even though I provided a bank statement and confirmed with my bank that ADORE ME charged my account twice in addition to ADORE ME having access to my order seeing the break down of my purchase. I have nothing against the staff that assisted me or the the product, but after this awful unresolved experience with customer service I feel robbed and disgusted with this company. ADORE ME stole my money and I will not shop with again after this experience.

BUYER BEWARE OF UNCLEAR FEE SCHEDULE!
This place is a total scam, and their customer service is a joke. When I placed my order for the "Elite Box", it said TWICE plainly in black and white when I went to check out "Pay $0 today!". It did mention that there would be a stylist fee of $20, but was very misleading and unclear about WHEN that would be charged. So I was left totally confused and frankly very p***ed off when I checked my bank account and saw that Adore Me had charged me the stylist fee immediately. Seeing as how I had just spent my entire paycheck on Christmas, it caused me to incur an overdraft fee with my bank. I called customer service (after having to do a Google search for their phone number; apparently they don't want people to be able to easily get ahold of them for obvious reasons) and spoke with a woman named "Tiny". I told Tiny about my confusion with the charge seeing as how it said that there was $0 due at the time of the order and that I needed them to cancel me immediately and issue a refund because they were going to cause my bank account to overdraft and explained that there are fees associated with this. Rather than apologizing and offering to fix it immediately, this woman just went in circles with me trying to "explain" the styling fee. I had to tell her at least twice that I didn't need her to explain, I just needed her to fix it. I even at one point told her that if she needed to escalate me to a manager that would be fine and she just flat out ignored me and kept trying to "explain" why there was a fee even though it tells you that you don't have to pay anything up front! Eventually I just had to stop her and tell her I would file a claim with my bank and write a review on every website I could find to warn people about the bait and switch and hang up. If you're going to charge a $20 fee, you need to tell people WHEN so that they can expect it! Not, "Pay $0 today!" and then charge them the next day! Worst subscription box experience ever. BUYERS BEWARE!

A Very annoyed good customer
Let me start by saying that I have been an VIP member since this site started. I have never had any issues with returns, my subscription or my order being delayed, until this last order that I placed.
On January 17 I ordered 8 items mostly with the credit I had built up from the monthly membership fee. On the 23rd I sent an email to customer service asking about my order that I had not received yet, my response from customer service was basically that my order was processing and would be shipped in a few days.
I called on January 26 and spoke to customer service and after a lengthy conversation the rep promised it to be sent out in the next day or so and she was to refund some of my money as a credit fro my trouble. She sent me a confirmation email that stated "I was able to look into your account and I am very sorry to see that your order has yet to ship from our warehouse. Orders usually ship within 2 business days of being processed.
I have requested a refund of 50% of your order balance for the inconvenience. We do apologize for the extended processing, but we want to be sure that your order is perfect when you receive it. Your order should be shipped out, within the next day or so.
You will receive a separate email confirmation with the refund transaction confirmation details."
Update: Jan 31 I have heard zero, my products have not shipped AND I have not received a refund yet of an sort.
This is my problem with the whole thing: I placed an order with a company that I trusted and I have been a member since conception. I feel like I have been lied to over and over again about this order. I do not feel like Adore Me were overwhelmed with orders and that is real issue. There are temporary staff workers available EVERYWHERE. Had extra help been called in and working hours been extended to cover their promises, this would not have become the monster issue that it is today.
I have COMPLETELY lost faith in AdoreMe.com and if I ever get my order, I don't know that I would ever be able to trust what they say again.
2/1 Thank you. I signed onto your site for the second time this morning, after your response, and I see that you have given me the credit that was promised last week after the calls and emails that I initiated to customer service.
I look forward to seeing that status of my order being "shipped" and receiving my order so that I can change my reviews to good ones

They have very low quality standards
I ordered a Bra and two pairs of underwear from Adoreme. I hate their cheesy commercials about how men love their women in Adoreme lingerie, and I have heard terrible things about them, but since Adore Me have my bra size I decided to give them a try.

They sent me a defective pair of underwear. A couple of weeks later they asked me to review the product. I gave an honest review about how the bra fit great as long as you stood up straight, but did not stay put as other reviewers have also said, and I said they sent me a pair of defective underwear. They literally had the nerve to email me this insulting email about their exchange policy, they told me not to worry about me not liking their defective product, because they appreciate all feedback (seriously, what idiot was given this job) and they went on to say the are sorry that the underwear "was not a good fit"... Really?! There was no apology for their poor quality control, no apology for actually sending me a defective product, instead they patronized me and told me not to worry that I gave them bad feedback on a defective product. Who thinks any defective underwear is a "good fit." I am sorry their quality standards are so poor. They would have preferred that I wasted about an hour of my time calling them and going to the post office to return it. I just signed up for their VIP program, but will likely cancel since their standards are so low.

Buyer beware. They only put glowing reviews on their site. Despite my review being either three or more stars, they did not publish it since I mentioned the defect... I can only imagine how many other people are asked to review their products, but their reviews are not published because they mention a defect.

Totally disenchanted.
This is my first experience with AdoreMe, and while I was initially so excited to have found this new lingerie service, I can now say that I'm anything but and am incredibly disappointed by how my case has been handled.

I ordered my first three sets on September 7th, and while I understand that it was during the Labor Day Weekend (the actual Monday holiday), what isn't understandable is that it is now September 15th, and I have yet to receive my purchases. When placing my order, I was told that my sets would arrive on the 16th at the latest, and now, upon attempting to track the very unhelpful provided tracking information, it says that my sets will arrive on the 19th, almost two weeks after having placed my order.

I find it unprofessional that AdoreMe would have claimed to have my products ready by a certain date, only to later find out how wildly unreliable and untrue that was. While I understand that the processing may take time, it seems outrageous that it has been over a week, and my purchases only just shipped. I placed my orders well in advance -- or so I thought -- of a rare visit from my long-distance boyfriend, and was hoping to be able to have my sets in time for this visit. It's apparent that my sets will not be in on time, and I'm incredibly disappointed and upset about it. I feel as though I have wasted my money, and I don't even have my purchases yet. I understand that processing and shipping take time, but given the fact that AdoreMe so frequently highlighted the alleged 3-5 days of shipping speed, it feels as though the company is merely lying about this in order to generate more traffic to their site, and revenue for their company.

I'm incredibly frustrated by my first experience, as I was genuinely excited to have found a new lingerie company outside of the scope of Victoria's Secret, and was considering ordering another set in the next few weeks. Now, however, I think I will take my business back to Victoria's Secret -- and advise others to do so as well.

Had an= different issue with all 3 orders I tried to place
I was excited to try Adore Me to get some bridal lingerie for my wedding. I ordered a set from their website. When it came I realized I accidentally order two of the same set somehow. No problem - I just tried going through the return process to return one. Then for the second set, the panties were way too big for some reason, so I wanted to just exchange those for a smaller size.
That was 3 months ago, and I have not gotten an exchange or the return. Adore Me said they cannot exchange just the panties - I'd have to return the whole set and order it again. Except they were sold out of what I got so that was not an option. Oh well, I can at least get my return. I sent it back immediately (well within the 30 day deadline). And I recently got an email saying they never got the package. Even though the tracking numbers mark it as successfully delivered. I tried replying to the email, but got an automated reply saying I needed to call. I called to resolve the issue and they said it could not be resolved over the phone, but they would email me in a few days to see what they can do. Terrible return process.

I also tried placing two other orders for Adore Me. One was cancelled a few days after I placed the order because they said they are out of stock (even though it showed as in stock when I bought it). And the other order simply wouldn't go through on their website. And when I tried to re-add the items to my cart in a new session, the prices were higher.

Now my wedding is one week away and I have half a lingerie set. I will not be trying to place any more orders with Adore Me. And I will continue to try to get my refund.

Shipping Nightmare -Revised
My previous review touched on shipping and it delays. I still stand by the poor delivery service I was provided and strong advise that alternative methods are used. My packaged arrived looking as though it fought a losing battle as if little care was taken in it's transport and I'm grateful it was merely clothing. Adding insult to injury versus knocking on my door and allowing me ask why my package was so mangled it was forcibly crammed into standard size mail box.

As for the products only one item seemed to fit and even that item is debatable. I ordered according to the chart having my size in mind knowing every company has there own unit of measurements a 12 for one is a 10 for another, The strapless bra for the Julie contour should have the silicone lining at the end of the band of the bra as well to keep it from moving or rolling and settling under the bust for bustier women such as myself or else it's not very comfortable the bottoms despite saying the were my size are also quite big but bearable. As Mikelle Plus the pants were falling off me and the top actually seemed small in the bust area despite it's size Adore Me don't allow you to order the 2 piece according to top and bottom like with their bra and pantie sets so keep that in mind when you order this set. The color was nice and everything did indeed look like the photos some minor changes but if ever I decided to reorder I'm staying away from their default shipping.

P.S. Adore me did end up returning the funds to my charge and I appreciate the promptness in regards to my review, however it shouldn't take a customer this much hassle to receive assistance with an order. I feel this matter could have been resolved with proper communication the when the problem occurred and we spoke. Also ensuring the customer as the proper tracking information as what they gave me when I order versus what they gave me when I complained and asked for my refund were 2 different things.

Awful experience!
I had a pretty bad experience with 'Adoreme' ordering products. It seems that the brand doesn't care updating that a product is 'out of stock' and how many are still available. It should be a computerized system where the management should have details on each item and how much of each item is available. And as each item is ordered, the system counts how many are left and only allow the number of customers who ordered first, making the product unavailable on website for future customers. It is not a difficult thing to do. It seems the brand uses this gimmicky trick to keep customer's money while trying to keep them interested by giving a coupon code and $5 USD off as store credit. I dealt with this issue multiple times. I didn't find any information about money return policy if the products are unavailable. AdoreMe should be ashamed of their poor management and return the money if the product is not available instead of keeping the money and giving coupons.

When it comes to product quality I am very disappointed. I ordered multiple products and none of them are good quality but cheaply made that it seems Adore Me are imported from somewhere else in the world. Even the sizing if off. A cup-size C fits like a D and even a cup-size B fits like something between cup size C and D. If band size changes the cup-size shouldn't change, i. E. a bandwidth size 40" (cup size B) bra should have same cup size as a bra with bandwidth 32" (cup-size B). The brand lacks the knowledge about this.

The lingerie is cheaply made and the material is very thin; the sizing is also wrong. The net material is so flimsy that one accidental pull can get it ripped off from the seems. Also, the product/s didn't fit me well. One product was loose from the chest area while it was tight at the tummy area even though I ordered it in my true size.

Also, the return policy is a scam. I returned a set from which I only tried on the bra and didn't even touch the panty. After a few days I got an email blaming me that the product was dirty/damaged. I mean were they not sure if the product was dirty or damaged they used '/'; they didn't even explain in the e-mail if it was dirty or damaged. They didn't return my money claiming money for themselves.

I think I am better off ordering from well-known brands rather some gimmicky brand with lower quality items which are not even true to size.

Worst experience, never got my order but they got my money
PLEASE DO READ: I just recently made a purchase to AdoreMe on the 8th of January, 2017; my payment went thru on the 9th--- over $100.00 in merchandise which I was very excited to make my purchase because I did not read any reviews yet until after the fact.
On the website, it says orders are received and processed within two to three days... now mine had been processing for about six days before I sent the the first e-mail to customer support... to which I only got an automated response. For the last three days I've sent e-mails and had not heard back even an automated reply this time so I called customer support to see what was going on.
After calling twice I finally got through to which the woman said she didn't know why my order was still just processing or why no one had responded to my e-mails and she would look into the matter and e-mail me back. Now I had gotten a prompt e-mail back from her explaining that she still did not know why my order was only still processing but that she would let me know when it did go through to be shipped... now I sent her an e-mail back as quickly as she responded asking that Adore Me just cancel my order and refund my money because I was not happy with the process and didn't even want the product anymore... no e-mail back... I e-mail again... nothing...
So I call up again and get through right away to another woman who told me that "unfortunately at this time, there is no way to refund my purchase even though my order has not yet shipped and there is nothing that I or she can do about it." So they took my money right away and even though my order has not yet been processed or shipped, I cannot cancel my order even though it has been over a week and nothing has happened aside from them taking my money. I'm even afraid to cancel my account because god forbid I need to return the merchandise and they will probably give me just as hard a time anyways. She gave me a $10 voucher towards my next purchase which I would love to have told her to stick it you know where but I know there really isn't anything they can do about it and I'm sure, based on the reviews I've now read, that they get this all day, every day.
So now I am stuck $100.00 out, with no way to get my money back and no merchandise or any idea on when I will or if I will ever see said merchandise... also-- the reviews they share on their website are fake-- there is no where to write your own review and I thumbs downed them all and when I came back to the page they were all back to the same numbers...
NEVER AGAIN-- THIS COMPANY IS NOT GOOD AND HAD I READ THE REVIEWS FIRST I WOULD HAVE NEVER EVEN TRIED... BETTER OFF STICKING WITH VICTORIA'S SECRET i AM SO PISSED OFF AT THE WAY I'VE BEEN TREATED HERE.

TOTAL SCAM
This is the worst company I have ever ordered from. Their lingerie is cheap, ugly, and poorly fitting. Adore Me do not listen to feedback at all. Don't bother filling out their stylist feedback forms - no one will read them. Their colors are all ugly and boring. They are overpriced - all for nothing. If you need to get a refund you will have to argue for hours just to get your money back. I sent an entire box back before I cancelled my subscription, it was apparently lost/stolen in transit back to their warehouse, and they tried to charge me for it. I had to call them and demand that they refund my money. I cancelled my subscription in December 2019 and asked them to delete my account and card information.
They refused to do so and in February 2020 they charged my bank account $40 (a membership fee? Not sure) which I am now fighting to have refunded. I called immediately upon noticing the charge and sat on hold for ten minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone. Called again, no answer. This was During business hours. Called the next day and sat on hold for over ten minutes until I was Finally connected to a service representative who could do Nothing to help me except to "escalate" the issue to the Escalation Team who I will supposedly hear from in who knows how many days.
This time I will make sure they delete every part of my account. THANKFULLY my card has expired so they have no way to charge me again.
This company is a total scam and they have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Do not order from them. Please save your money and save yourself the trouble.

I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. If you've had a similar experience, I suggest you do the same.

Horrible customer service
I ordered 4 sets, bras and matching underwear, shipping was ok, had an issue with my e mail and once that was fixed it was easier to track my order. The problem started when I received my order, cute bras and matching panties but for me the quality sucked. I could not imagine wearing these things all day and the bras providing any kind of support. Now I'm a 38 DD and these bras offered no support not even enough to wear for a date night let alone for my very demanding job at a nursery (plants) so I package them back up and tried to process the return only to find I'll be charged $5.95 per item for the return. Ok fine my fault for not checking their return policy but then I had other issues with the return, it changed to an exchange and since I didn't see the point in looking for anything else as I was not impressed with the quality. I called customer service and got them to fix that. The problems really began when I dropped the return off at the post office, Nov 6th, today is Nov 30th and I finally got my money back minus the almost 24 dollar restocking fee. In that time line I ordered jeans from another company 3 times and returned them three times because of the fit and wasn't charged a dime and I already have my money back from the last return, all in the same time frame. I called twice trying to find out the status of my return and both times I was told the post office had not delivered my return to them yet. It wasn't until I contacted them again and gave them proof, I had a receipt from the post office with a tracking number showing my order had been returned on Nov 15th at 8 am. That Adore Me said oh yeah I see here where it's is at out wearhouse and being processed. Uh huh of course it's there. I finally had the return hit my credit card today Nov 30th and I canceled everything from them. Again cute bras and if you are a member of the Itty bitty tittie committee these bras are for you but if you actually have books and need extra support I would look else where.

Tried to steal my money
Would like to preface this by stating them stealing money did not pertain to the subscription portion of the company's "business model". Although that will be included:)

I ordered two bathing suits from AdoreMe back at the end of March. Adore Me took about a week and a half to arrive and came with no order slip in the box. Neither of them fit so then began the return process. After finally finding the return slip online, I mailed the box back the beginning of May.

I never received my refund after three months of waiting. I had to actually call the company and ask for my money back. When I called they told me they got my returns back in May. Apparently no one felt that giving a customer their money back was an important part of running a business. When I called to tell them, they also told me that they would give me my refund, but that there was a $5.95 restocking fee PER set. When I ordered I recalled seeing a statement that there was a restocking fee for returns, but it certainly did not specify that it was per set returned. It was not until I called again to ask why I was being charged a restocking fee, for items that had clearly already been restocked, that they told me that since it was my first return there actually isn't a fee and they would process a request for me to receive those charges back "as a favor".

I also was extremely frustrated when I saw a separate charge to my account. It was at this point I discovered that I was signed up for a monthly subscription without my knowledge. I don't doubt that somewhere along the ordering process there is some small box that you have to uncheck in order to opt out, but the company makes no effort to make you aware of that.

When I unsubscribed from the VIP membership I then discovered that I could not get my money back. It took some scathing emails to a customer service rep. To finally get them to give it back to me "as a one time favor".

Additionally when unsubscribing I followed the steps and was taken to a page that told me that I was good to go! I happened to scroll down however and at the very bottom of the page, separated by a large white empty space, there was a button that said something about completing the unsubscription. I assume that unless you hit that button you are still signed up.

This company is so deceitful and makes no effort to follow basic standards of business. No one should EVER have to call a company, especially one this large, to receive their money back for products the company already received, restocked, and probably resold. Save yourself the pain of dealing with this company and go spend your money elsewhere.

SUPERVISORS WILL NOT HELP YOU IN ANYWAY. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
I ordered 4 items from adore me, when I received them I realized Adore Me were too big and called in to ask how their exchange process works. I then went online and submitted a request for an exchange on 3 of the items. I needed this order for my honeymoon/ wedding that was in the next week. After submitting the exchange request I quickly received the vouchers for my 3 items (3 separate vouchers). I then went to go place the exchange order, when i realized that you can only use 1 voucher PER ORDER-- meaning I would have to pay for expedited shipping NOT once, but THREE TIMES. I then get on the phone with their customer service, because their live chat feature is a joke. They explained to me that you can only use one code at a time in their system (that's fine- makes sense). I figured they would have some options to provide me to ensure i receive all 3 of my items in a timely manner, boy was i wrong. They only offered to have me pay for shipping 3 times for 3 separate orders which would cost me $30 to ship just 3 items in 3 business days. OR I could return the items for a refund, wait 3 weeks to receive said refund and repurchase on my own-- so i would essentially be out of pocket $150+ for some cheap lingerie for 3 weeks. Like stated before, I am going on my honeymoon in the next week, I do not have the money to be out of pocket like this for such trivial things. I am absolutely appalled with how awful I was treated also, When I told them these options wouldn't work for me they pretty much said "Tough Luck" and didn't even try to help remedy the situation. I work in a customer service call center as well, and I know that typically they can offer "Courtesies" for customers that need certain things-- but NO. I was speaking to a regular agent at first, requested a supervisor then was put on the phone with ROBERT. He is probably the worst supervisor that I have ever dealt with. He interrupted me in the middle of what I was trying to explain NOT ONCE, NOT TWICE, BUT 7 TIMES. I had asked him to stop interrupting me multiple times then kept BLAMING me for interrupting him? I am absolutely disgusted with how poorly they treat a first time customer who WAS going to shop here forever. I had even tried to offer a few different options for him to fix this for me, and none of them was an option and they were completely reasonable ideas. I am at the point where I am going to leave reviews on every single review website because I hope this deters customers from shopping with them. BE WARNED- THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS- THEY WILL INTERRUPT YOU MULTIPLE TIMES- BLAME YOU FOR THEIR WRONG DOINGS.

Loved the products, hated the customer service
I clicked VIP membership when I checked out, but was charged full price by the time I got the confirmation email. Tried calling, but it was after business hours. Tried the next morning, but since it was more than 30 minutes after the order was placed Adore Me wouldn't change it. I could write an email. I got one back saying that I had misunderstood, it was after you placed your first order as a VIP member that you got the discount, and another saying that there was an email glitch, to call an 800 number. I replied to the one email and made the phone call. Numerous phone calls later, excuses from them as to why I haven't heard back in the time in which they promised I would (I gave them extra DAYS), I called again this morning. They didn't even want to speak with me about it, and the rep refused to let me speak with a supervisor. I told her that I LOVE the products and would like to be a faithful customer for years to come, but if I couldn't speak with a supervisor I would be forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company and never order from them again. She said that was fine. So they are willing to lose someone who would have been a loyal customer over $40, and were SO rude to me to boot. A very sad ending to what could have been a very long merchant-customer relationship.

About three hours after I posted this, I got a message from the site that Adore Me had sent me a message:
Hi Diane,

Thank you for your message.

We apologize for the inconvenience you encountered with our customer service and we intend to investigate this case rigorously. Please tell us the order number or the email so we can further investigate.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best,
Raluca

I sent them the order number and hoped to hear back. Fast forward over 2 business weeks and still no response. Just what I had expected. Actually kind of glad that it didn't sign me up now that I know what kind of company I would have been dealing with.

Products are great, shipping is sketchy as hell
Adore me uses a courier service as opposed to a traditional shipping or postal service to deliver packages. This cdl courier company employs some really weird, almost violating practices in terms of delivery. First of all, each delivery driver is given my personal phone number and calls it when Adore Me deliver the package. This feels unnecessary given that I've never had a mail carrier need to do that and they get me my items just fine. I've complained about this via the customer service portals and it doesn't seem to have been acknowledged. Most recently, when a package was delivered, I wasn't home and my boyfriend answered the door. The delivery person was FILMING MY BOYFRIEND ON HIS CELL PHONE when he answered the door. Idk if this is some sort of "delivery confirmation" thing but I'm not ok with each delivery driver being given my phone number and I'm sure as hell not ok with them $#*!ing filming me. This is a massive violation of privacy, ESPECIALLY given the nature of the items adore me sells. I'm going to be cancelling my VIP membership, solely due to the choice that adore me has made to handle shipping in this way.

Update: I contacted them via email again a week ago, I was informed someone would contact me via email to address this and no one has. Really not appreciating the lipservice I'm being given. Let me just say I highly doubt that I'm the only customer who would appreciate being filmed by a delivery person WITHOUT MY CONSENT. While I don't know if this has happened to other customers, the fact that this even happened once is unconscionable. For a company that caters to women, Adore me sure is good at disregarding valid concerns about our safety and privacy.

Second update: I'm changing my review to 1 star. After three weeks I've still yet to have the aforementioned concerns addressed. Adore me doesn't value their consumers privacy. Don't order from them.

40 Emails later, I still have no resolution and no refund
I purchased one item from them in October 2018. Adore Me managed to get $160 out of my bank account in "membership fees" that I never signed up for, before I caught the charges (I have a filter on my account that was set to alert me to $50 charges and higher). I immediately cancelled my account, they billed my account again the following month. I called and cancelled the account again and filed a fraudulent charge with my bank. They billed my account the following month, which I also caught, called and complained and contacted my bank, who put a "DO NOT PAY" on the charges and blocked further fees. I attempted to get my money back, and was told I could not get a refund for anything. So I had to eat $240 in losses. This is 2019. August of this year, I see an email stating that my account had been billed and I could order whenever I wanted. I check the website, there is a $40 credit waiting, but my bank shows no charges. I emailed, asked for the $40 to be refunded, because hey, $40 is better than nothing at this point. I'm told I can't get a refund, but I can have a store credit, and they will email it to me. Nothing. I email again, and the $40 credit is suddenly gone off the account, and now I'm back to $240 in their pocket and nothing in mine. We are now at 40 emails back and forth over 2 months, plus phone calls, asking for my supposed store credit, demanding a cash refund, communication with customer service, a manager, an escalation team member. Nothing. At most, I get an email back which is mostly cut and paste, telling me someone will contact me in 1-2 days, or 3-4 days, and that they have "emailed my the store credit number". I have checked both email addresses I have. I have updated my email addresses with them. I have sent them my phone number with every email. My home address. I have received ZERO communication and ZERO financial return of any variety from this company. I have offered to speak to an attorney, nothing. Finally, I've contacted the BBB to see if they can help, but this company will take your money, give you nothing in return except more headaches, and the clothing isn't even that great anyways! The bra set I ordered ripped and gave me the dreaded "double boob" as soon as I put it on. Will NEVER buy from them again, and I tell literally everyone I have a long conversation about what a giant headache and cheat this company is.

Do not buy unless you're sure you want to keep!
I recently purchased 3 bathing suits from this company, knowing I wanted to return one or 2. I was prepared to pay the return shipping but was told via email not to send it to the return address, but instead, send it to China. Which is expensive! I explained through email that none of this was stated on the website and that it stated returns were permitted and easy. Yeah right! Each time, I have talked to a different person who refuses to give me a refund. One employee offered a partial refund and asked that I donate the bathing suits to charity (but never received follow up on how much or to confirm) and the other employee offered a $5 refund of my $90 purchase where one bathing suit was damaged! I didn't expect a full refund but I did think it was fair to have half of the cost paid for. Had I known I would have had to return them to China, I never would have purchased in the first place, knowing it's expensive.

After not receiving any return emails... yet again, I finally told them if I did not receive a reply with confirmation of refund (especially for the damaged bathing suit) I was going to file a complaint with the BBB. I have emailed them twice and no one has cared to respond to me.

I only wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I thought the bathing suits were beautiful but their website states returns and refunds are available where this is NOT the case. Had I read these reviews, I would have saved myself the trouble of all this AND saved $90. I also wouldn't have to waste my time filing a complaint to the BBB.

So extremely frustrating. Do NOT order unless you are sure you want them and know Adore Me fit BEFORE you buy!
