Chain felt a lot tighter than 16 inches so I had to purchase a chain extender for it. The quality is good - no tarnishes or anything!

Overall pretty good, there's some good options on how you want what you're looking for, I just didn't know when I was ordering that it was gonna be that price for each side of what I got I thought it was for the whole thing, but I still wanted what I ordered it will be the best gift for someone special in my life.

It's been 3 weeks or so and I haven't even recieved a confirmation email yet. I ordered a personalized necklace for my mom for mother's day on April 27th. It's now May 17th and still nothing. I'll be calling my bank in the morning.

Nearly 3 weeks later I am still waiting for the necklace. It was for a friend who just lost her mother. I contacted the company and Adorlla said they weren't able to send an email when it shipped due to the dusters being down. They gave me a tracking number. That tracking number says that USPS is still waiting for the package nearly 2 weeks later. There has been no update to the status since 7Dec. The picture is proof I ordered a product and that I'm not just being a Karen.

The quality of the necklace is great. Seems like it will hold its shape and not bend. The rose gold is beautiful, subtle and rosy.
