Have been using this site for about 2 years now, a great selection of toys and other fun stuff. I wish they had more plus-size lingerie or even cross-dressing lingerie and outfits (for men) but other than everything is always perfect.
Packaging is always discrete and everything is packed in a way that I have never once received a damaged item.
Customer service is a 10/10 they even send out courtesy emails if there backed up with shipping orders.
All in all great service and a good selection I cant see myself using any other online store for this sort of thing.

This company takes pride in its presentations, as evidenced by but one example among others: packaging - from the buffering packaging material to the matching-colored sticky tape!
I accept that just this one aspect is indicative of the company's services as a whole, and I feel comfortable in dealing with them.

Love the discrete packaging. Love the ease of ordering. Love the website. Love the clear email communications.
Don't like how quickly the loyalty points expire, especially as we only buy a few times a year.
Really dislike how you have non body safe toys made out of toxic materials on your website. It took us researching to realize many of our toys we trustingly bought from you were dangerous and harmful.

Absolutely fantastic service from ATMS
Had a product that broke after 2 uses, contacted them and it had happened to couple of people, they were so quick to sort the issue, launch an investrigatoon with manufacturer and replace for another similar item.
Highly recommend these guys for their prompt replies and amazing customer service.

Husband hadn’t used anything like this before so wasn’t sure what to expect. He was pleasantly surprised with it. He finds it alright to use alone but much prefers me using it on him.
The outside is a little tacky but feels very soft and squishy. Fun playing with the suction using the end hole and it’s easy to change the feeling by squeezing at different strengths. His only main critique was that he’d prefer if it had a hard outside to make it sturdier in his hand.
Overall we’re both happy with the purchase.

Usually have a great experience. This time however, the courier let us down. The website said their were no delays for our area. We ordered on the 28th. Ordering a few things before moving down South in a van we bought. We were certain they'd arrive in time. We have always had very fast deliveries. On the 1st we still hadn't received it. When I emailed, they replied on the 2nd (Saturday) they were down staff due to sickness and there would be delays. It wouldn't arrive until Monday. We were leaving on that day, I asked if there was somewhere we could pick it up for and got no reply. We left after mid day and then had a message from our now ex flatmate telling us it had been delivered (an hour after we left)! :( if we had a response, we would have stuck around and waited, but they had said Monday, so we didn't wait. I now have to organize how to get it sent down south at our own expense. Super devastated

I looked everywhere, including buying from the actual company, for the model of toy I knew I wanted. Everywhere I looked only had the new version of the toy but I much prefer the old. Luckily ATMS had it in stock and for a decent price. Ordered it Saturday, it shipped Monday and I was having the time of my life by Tuesday. Easy as. I’ll definitely be ordering more from ATMS in future.

I have now ordered multiple items off asulttoymegastore , deliveries are always speedy and discret which I love cause ya know i don't want ppl all up in my business , unless it's that type of business haha . In my last order they even inclksed an Edyta free item along with the green item I added to my delivery. Nothing has ever arrived broken in any way and items are always securely packaged , would 10/10 recommend

Excellent selection of products. My first purchase qualified for free delivery but at checkout was charged $10! Few days later purchased more products and again qualified for free delivery but at checkout was going to be charged another $10!! So decided to cancel order and not proceed. Not at all happy.

I love ATMS, however this time I am not satisfied at all and regret my purchase. I bought a couple of things, including the One Night Stand Satisfyer. As a loyal customer of ATMS and a big supporter of the brand, I completely overlooked the fact that this product is DISPOSABLE. It comes with batteries that can't be replaced or recharged, so you have to dispose of it once the batteries ran out. This is awful, as businesses should be thinking about the environmental impact of the products they sell. I love the environmentally friendly packaging... yet you sell plastic toys you throw away once the batteries ran out? :'( I'll feel guilty while using the product.

I was/am furious and very very disappointed that ATMs is aligned with this cultural insanity.
This delivery took much longer than usual. But not the end of the world. Other deliveries were much faster.

Was extremely impressed about how quickly I received the package, although this most recent purchase however, I purchased a mystery bag and unfortunately I wasn't able to specify that I was a gay male, and so recieving one of the items was a clitoral massager.....not really useful for me at all.

I’m very happy with my purchases from ATMS! They always package and deliver their items really quickly and discretely so no one knows what I really brought lol which I love if you live with others, they also offer a great range for curvy girls and their outfits and stockings are always of great quality. I recently purchased the banana flavoured lube as well and my partner and I absolutely love it!

I was lucky enough to have received a free vibrator from watching a webinar, but I would have been bitterly disappointed if I’d bought it. Noisy, one speed and kept shutting off whenever I touched it to my clit. I was planning to buy a couple of toys but now I’m really unsure as to the quality of the product.

Delivery on two separate packages was surprising swift.. and the fun package has been beyond expectations every time..

The only thing I’d change would be the discretion of particular packaging, like using a little box for the item instead of just wrapping the original packet in its…obvious form 😅 perhaps a ‘discreet packaging’ option would do well, if added as an option within the order process.

Marketing materials are quality, great range of products and prices, and deliver is sooooo quick, and very discrete.
Also, it took a moment or two for the wife and I to figure out how to use the product, but once we did she loved it! She reports that it’s definitely for couple play, not so much solo (Satisfyer)
