My overall experience with Innovate HR has been amazing. I was not just able to learn at my own time and pace but also implement my learning as I was going through my course. The short video tutorials were also great as I am not someone who likes to read a lot :).
I could also relate to the content of my certification with how we in our organization are operating and where can improve to become a strategic business partner.
Loved Every Bit of the Certification
Very enlightening and thought-provoking experience.
I'm based in Latin America and at the beginning, I doubted to what extent this course will be useful outside Europe/the US.
I'm very happy to say it has provided me with the necessary knowledge to start my journey as a DEI professional in a managerial role combining the right measure of theory and frameworks, anchored in practical, hands-on tactics to implement anywhere in the world, quite literally.
It also opens the mind to different expressions of what DEI means all over the world.
I'm very happy I was able to take this course. Thank you!
This course has been instrumental in my professional life. Although I've worked as an HR Business Partner before, I learned that I was nowhere close to living up to my job title. HR Business Partner is a crucial strategic partner in every organization and it is my fervent belief that successful organizations have put HR at the center of their processes to ensure that success is definite.
HR has evolved from just being about operations to being part of the strategy developers and drivers, this has enabled HR to directly contribute towards the achievement of the organizations' strategic objectives.
In the Fourth Industrial Revolution where everything is digitized, value-adding decisions are the basis for success and HR is not an exception.
An acute HR professional must be familiar with HR Analytics to provide sound advice to the leadership of an organization. The downfall of business operations lies within analytics and when some metrics are ignored, not only is HR redundant but it is working towards the demise of an organization.
I, therefore, believe that right now, I am in a better position to bring about the desired change incrementally.
First of all, thank everyone, I loved the academy, its very ad-oc topics in the HR area, in my country Chile there are no specializations like these. This certification helped me to deepen and learn about Talent acquisition, employer Branding was an unknown topic for me, I think my learning does not end here, I also liked other topics such as Design Thinking and everything that is Recruiting Analytics through Power B. so I encourage you to continue educating yourself. Highlight Lari Meiglin's concern. . Thank you all
Great course!
Being in the game for quite some time, I think you have captured the challenges I have faced over the years,
Sometimes your bias for certain theories is clear and it would be prudent to try to capture the Pros and cons of different theories and practices, given that there is seldom just one correct answer.
One thing I missed is the evolving discussion of emerging Artificial Intelligence - how should HR prepare for having bots in the workforce, Man/ machine complexity
The final test was a challenge, which is usually a challenge i e-courses - they become too easy.
Great job - really interesting learning!
Thank you!
The AIHR team's response time is rapid and the support I have received so far has been excellent.
The case studies, videos, and activities help bring the theory alive. The learning tools and templates are very helpful in the learning journey, and I will be able to use these resources in my current role and in future roles.
I thoroughly enjoyed the content. It is relevant and has helped me understand and appreciate the business value that HR drives in the business when it is positioned as a value driver.
This is an extraordinary Key Certification to place HR at another level within the organization. By understanding the bottom line of the business and getting more data-driven and strategic professionals we definitively add more value and become key actors in the organization.
Main takeaway:
The incorporation of the Key performance drivers to the Value Chain, the use of tools to manage and read data, and the guide to building a strategic dashboard with a friendly visualization.
I always claim that knowledge is power, but in a HR academy I would expect to achieve personal growth and that is why I came here. I have a personal coach, her name is Larissa Meiglin who represents the value of AIHR, and who has been able to provide customer satisfaction. I also appreciate the learning bites, the weekly lives and discussions between professionals. As a beginner, I could see that AIHR is not even underestimating those who are already professionals in the HR field for decades and able to upgrade their knowledge domain.
It was a very insightful class. I have to say I wish it was in person, I believe that would have given me more lessons learned that I will keep rather than reading the material along in the online part. Ideally the person giving the class is switching it up a bit, the last part of my class was with a very knowledgeable person, lots of examples that made it easy to understand. The first view instructors were a bit monotone and not so easy to follow a long for longer. I really enjoyed the additional part about a training at facebook about bias, it was hands on and from a real company, I took a lot from this video that I am sure I will keep for a long time. The speakers were very interesting and I loved listening to their parts. The extra reading material is very lenghty, yes additional material, but too much to read on top. Overall I am happy I got the opportunity to partake in this program and learn lots of material I hopefully soon can apply in my company.
I have taken a lot of online education courses for my company on everything from Frank Covey courses, to accounting through universities, to management classes taken over a week onsite. I have to say this is probably one of the most challenging online courses I have ever taken. There is so much information included to learn and learning is both auditory and visual. The exam makes sure you know the information before you get your certification which is not always the case. It was a hard course but at least my company is getting what they paid for which is real knowledge.
Three members of my team are completing the HR Metrics and Dashboarding certificate in response to a clear demand for better data and evidence based decision making at my organisation. We are all progressing at different paces - and the ability to complete the course in our own time over a year is fantastic. The material is relevant, highly engaging and digestible. In addition, the learning resources - guides, videos and webinars - are highly accessible and easy to apply. the tips and insight contained has been invaluable in helping redesign our organisation's benefits package and in helping the HR Team position itself for the future of work.
The course consists of a wide variety of content about how modern HR can make use of their skills to contribute to their business and initiate changes within the organization. This course brought me quite a new insight for me into the interrelationship among management, HR and staff and how HR can take a proactive approach to contribute to the business. Capstone project is not as difficult as I think but it helps kind of consolidate what I have learnt throughout the course and it is quite interesting due to its gamification nature.
However, I suggest that the way of structuring the course content and course videos could be more consistent. I would give a thumbs-up to the course structure and presentation of Dave Millner, Future of Work course instructor.
Most programs I enrolled in so far got me fitter on the topics I wanted to elaborate. The offered content has very high quality and is state of the art, as far as I can judge - not necessarily less than an academic lecture! But it depends on how work with AIHRs provided lessons, materials, exercises, etc. - just browsing through it to gather certificated won't get you far applying it on your job. If you study and work the courses properly, you'll surely benefit!
I enrolled at AIHR on May 26, 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown worldwide. Although I have been busy at work, I always made it a point to spend some time attending the self-paced online class on weekends when I'm free. Since then, I have earned three Certificates: HR Business Partner 2.0; Learning & Development; and most recently, the Organization Development Certificate.
The knowledge I gained and the HR tools I learned have helped me to become a better HR professional at work. Thanks to AIHR for making these courses available to all. The courses are informative and well-curated. The materials are relevant and are updated to current HR practices. It was an enjoyable learning journey for someone who never stops learning.
Kudos and more power to AIHR!
Amazing experience! The course is a shiny example of design thinking. AIHR has done marvelous spadework to knit the concepts into very easy-to-understand modules that present a mix of basic concepts, workable HR methodologies, practical tips, expert opinions and the cherry on the cake; the reference material and bonus videos. The course is very effective, uniquely presented, 'light on the brain', and a potpourri of knowledge. Very well done AIHR team. I will make sure to come back and do another course with you.
Overall the content is consistent and its message is as expected, with objectives and results.
On a D&I overview, I find it great to have presenters (trainers) from very diverse backgrounds, I would like to improve the presentations on some of the videos as some parts are not easy to understand.
I have since the beginning annotated most of what was said and not included in the slides, this is a good technique to understand and revise afterward and later on to answer the test.
Some of the questions on the test (exam) are not found, or I could not find the answers although I found the exact point where it was presented but the answers were too subjective.
thanks in general, I liked this training. I would recommend if presented the occasion.

The information was great; however it started at 2.0 and I wish there was a level before that because I am not currently practicing as an HRBP but wanted to gain insight on the knowledge that an HRBP has to have to be a decision-maker and stakeholder. Also, the downloads connected to the videos were not easy tools to use for the quiz or the final test/capstone. I rarely referred back to them and just went off memory from what I heard in the video. Don't get me wrong I do like how interactive this final capstone was, a great idea and engaging especially if you obtain a heart.
Overall, I appreciate the speakers and especially the bonus videos with real-life industry leaders sharing their thought on the future of HR.
I love AIHR. This is my first experince with AIHR and I thoroughly enjoyed the journey. The content is easy to follow and reading materials provided are enlightening. The assignments make me think how better I can use my learning in the role that I am in. I am looking forward to utilizing the opportunity to learn more though AIHR platform. I haven't rated 5 beacuse I want you to think out of the box and make the learning a more pleasurable experince. Good Luck!!!
Overall, the cert course touched on multiple, related areas of L&D, some areas (i.e. coaching, learning analytics) could use a bit more content, but I realize the overall course time is a consideration. One possible module to add would be to give some basic project management skills to use in rolling out new learning interventions, processes and communication methods. SInce this course is aimed at HR and L&D professionals, project management is an important piece, and while medium to large sized companies often have a PM resource to spare, smaller companies often do not.
This is my first time completing a full certificate online, and I must say it was a good learning experience for me. The e-lectures were informative, and also current in addressing today's issues. There is a good mix of theory, case studies and personal reflection that adapts to our different learning styles. One thing that was challenging for me was making time for the programme, but am grateful for the regular email reminders, and check-ins from the coaches to make sure that I am on it. Overall, a good learning experience!!
