I purchased a sauna back in Feb. When I reached out to confirm that shipping was on time as it was back ordered I was told that I would not be receiving what I purchased. When I called to get answers I was met with nothing but confusion from their sales associates. When I asked to speak with a sales manager I was told I would have to receive a call back. A call that I never received. I tried to reach out again, and after raising a fit was able to get their shipping specialist on the phone. She told me they no longer manufacture the model I purchased, and would look into other models that were similar. While they did find one, she was unable to get me an ETA on arrival time, and I was told there would be no compensation for their mistake. I purchased a very expensive sauna that wasn't even being manufactured anymore. After four months was strung along on the phone multiple times. Never once in four different instances was I able to speak to a sales manager nor receive a call back after being told I would on multiple instances. The original purchasing of the sauna went fine, but everything to follow was a complete embarrassment from a customer service stand point. I finally had to ask for my money back as I could never get an ETA, any compensation for their mistake, or talk to a sales manager about the issues I was having. One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had for such an expensive piece of equipment.

I purchased a 20ft awning for my back yard deck.
Had a little technical issue with the motor, but the customer service has been great to deal with. Rudoph S., was very helpful and understanding about the issue. Had parts to me, to resolve the issue, within days. The customer service has been great to deal with.
Oh....the awning is gorgeous and looks amazing. High quality for your $$

The advertising says HIGH QUALITY but in my opinion they are any thing but. The installation instructions are not very complete and tell you to install parts after you have it completely together so you have to take it back apart to install the support roller the model I purchased is 20 foot long and one support roller is not sufficient and was told that by one of the sales reps the ends of the support arms started cracking and splitting apart and the one support roller broke on the first attempt at extending the awning out I contacted aleko and they would not warranty the part because they couldn't verify if it was factory defective or improper install well if you read the manual it only goes on one way and it was installed correctly so I had to buy a replacement roller support and I purchased a second roller support because one isn't enough to support the 20 foot tube. The materials used are cheap and weak and will break if you try to adjust any part of the awning. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AWNING TO ANYONE.

The only thing good about our experience was the delivery was on time.
Poor product, company cannot even provide answers to specific questions about the product should something go wrong. Customer service is only helpful in the pass the hot potato game. I gave the company 1 star because I could not give 0 stars.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BETTER OFF WITH ANYONE BUT ALEKO!!!!!!

They have by far the worst customer support team and the technical support has no idea what gate operators there company sells or how to troubleshoot them, how can you be a technical support person but no idea what your doing.

Rudy the customer rep was very pleasant and super helpful in answering my questions and addressing my issues. He processed a replacement part that is critical to enjoying my awning. Thanks Rudy!

Resolved my issues right away

Awning arrived on time but unfortunately one piece was damaged. I sent a quick email with a picture of the damage and a replacement part was quickly shipped to me. Thank you Margarita. You were great!
Between the written instructions and the available videos, it was not hard to assemble.
The awning is up and we are looking forward to using it for many years.

Bought Gate Opener Aleko AC 1400. Ordered photo-cells. We've hired two certified electricians to install and wire it to the KZB13 mother-board. Neither has been able to get it to work. The instructions are terrible. They both called Aleko support without help from them. We had them send us a second photo-cell, it didn't work, had them send us a 3rd photo cell..Called Aleko support: "we have no no technician available. Can't find any complete instructions on YouTube that fully explains how to wire it. They wired it per the instructions available in the package and it didn't work. Sent them an email explaining what has happened, that is has cost me more than what I paid for it in the first place. That I was disgusted with their product, asking what they are going to do about it......WITH NO REPLY. To say the least: I will never buy another product from ALEKO.
