Jolis bijoux. Mais il faut voir si ça tient dans le temps. Service client déplorable : il manquait un article dans la commande et on me demande de prendre en photo ce que j ai reçu 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ Heureusement que c’était pas pour un cadeau. On me demande aussi le numéro de commande écrit en toutes lettres dans le mail précédent. Tout ça pour me dire qu’ils vont voir ce qu’ils peuvent faire 😳😳 ça va être vite vu. Soit ils envoient le bijou soit ils remboursent

Ya he comprado varios pendientes de Aleyole, y puedo decir que me encantan. Me he duchado con ellos y siguen igual de brillantes y bonitos. Además sus sistemas de cierre son de lo más cómodo por su facilidad. Me encantan y siempre los recomiendo a mis amigas.

el servicio de atención al cliente es lento y de poca calidad. No entiendo como una empresa ubicada en Barcelona responde a los correos escritos en español en inglés. El número de teléfono que viene en internet tampoco lo cogen. Una experiencia decepcionante.

Aleyole jewellery is absolutely perfect. I have many items from them, they are durable, easy to wear and they shine forever. Will not order again sadly, as previous purchase never came and current one still missing after almost 20 days with no tracking. Must change their shipping and tracking operators..

Its my second purchase from Aleyole, until now I bought only gold jewelery and I have to say i'm very satisfied with the quality (the gold doesn't fade away after wearing it for a while). So thumbs up for this.
However, what I don't like is the customer service, I had an issue with the clasps from the charms and nobody replied via email, they replied only after I insisted on sending the same email several times. Not nice !
Also what I didn't like is that they changes the clasps for the charms and this change is not reflected on the website so I kinda feel cheated on. The charms look really nice, but the new clasp doesn't fit on the necklace that I bought- LAFORET GOLD CHAIN (clasp is too small), hence I can only wear the charms only on earings. Again not nice !

Dans l’ensemble je suis très satisfaite de vos produits même très satisfaite!
Mais pour cette dernière commande effectuée,il y a eu une erreur sur un des produits:je souhaitais un collier et non un bracelet!
J’espère que je pourrais recevoir mon collier assez rapidement ou alors que je serais remboursé du collier

Vorsicht, wenn ihr Artikel zurücksenden wollt! (Was ja durchaus mal sein kann)
Aleyole macht es einem sehr schwer, Artikel zurückzusenden und der Prozess hat sich über 2 Wochen (!!) gezogen und ich musste etliche Mails schreiben. Nun hab ich endlich meine Rückerstattung erhalten, aber es fehlen 10€!! Ich hatte bisher nie solche Probleme mit einem Online Shop und werde dort nie wieder bestellen.

I have ordered 4 earrings, 1 earring was poor quality. I let them know and their reaction is I should bend the earring to try to make it close. It does not work, each time I bent it I have the feeling it will break. Now they ask me a video but the earring is too small to film, the video is cloudy you can't see. So I need special video equipment that zoomes professionaly to prove them this one earring is faulthy! So only 2 start for their after service. Too bad...

Je suis plutôt satisfaite : les bijoux sont aussi beaux en vrai que sur photo, les petites boîtes sont très jolies et très pratiques, la livraison soignée et super rapide ! Par contre, pour avoir déjà acheter une première fois ses bijoux via un site de ventes privées, je trouve que le plaqué or ternit un peu vite car seulement 1 mois sépare mon premier achat du second et on remarque déjà une différence au niveau de l’éclat du bijou entre les deux livraisons, donc le rapport qualité/prix est peut-être à revoir ?

No es en absoluto ninguna queja. La calidad del producto es similar a la imagen ofrecida en la web. Lo único que me gustaría destacar qled que ofrecieran diferentes tallas en ciertos productos. No todos tenemos el mismo tamaño de oreja.
Y, por otra parte, facilitar la devolución de un producto por tienda. El sistema de atención al cliente en general es bastante denso. Si hay una cuestión de urgencia debes esperarte a un email...

Tengo bastante piezas de esta marca y ninguna se ha puesto negra o tiene manchas o a perdido algún engarce. Muy buena calidad, los diseños son para todos los gustos y los precios para todos los bolsillos.
Me gusta que hagan promociones cada cierto tiempo. Lo recomiendo.

This was my second order for earrings from Aleyolé. I’m very happy with my two new pieces but am a little disappointed regarding the material quality. Since these two are studs, the rod bends very easily. I’m afraid that when I use them a lot, it will break soon.

Muy mal, he recibido el pendiente con el cierre defectuso, no cierra. Envié un vídeo y la incidencia. Me han respondido para hacer un cambio en el que yo tengo que hacerme cargo de los gastos de envío. Un pendiente que no ha sido comprobado, que yo quiero cambiar por uno igual pero que funcione he de asumir nuevamente los gastos de envío? Sinceramente nunca me ha pasado. Y la atención post venta fatal, aún estoy esperando respuesta cuándo dije que no veía normal este procedimiento, y que quería hacer una reclamación. Si envían un material defectuoso no es mi culpa, no hay telefono para poder hablar con nadie y los mails hace dos días que no responden. En fin, mala experiencia para mi primera compra.

Excellent service, nice quality, beautiful design. A bit expensive considering it’s silver and very small size jewelry (at least the items I bought). Website has detailed presentation and sufficient despription of the items making purchasing and size decision easier.

Really love all my purchased items.
Only have to say that it wasnt really clear to me that the hoops would be single items. Automatically assumed that it would be sets. Therefore my only recommendation would be to state this more clearly.
Keep up these amazing products! Very much a fan :)

An awesome support service! My necklace has broken and I got have asked for an result for it because it was not long ago I have purchased it. Within an hour I got an response and that I will get a new necklace. They have proceed the order and I got my new necklace within a week! I really appreciate the awesome service of aleyolé! It even better than at Tiffany & Co.

J'adore les bijoux ! Les prix sont corrects compte tenu de la qualité des bijoux. C'est très beau et raffiné. Quelques remarques: certains bijoux sont vendus à l'unité et je me suis faite avoir car cela est mentionné mais peu visible. De plus, la livraison est assez chère.

La verdad es que no estoy del todo satisfecha con el resultado de los productos que he comprado. Ya van 2 veces que se me ha roto un pendiente y me lo he tenido que volver a comprar. El diseño sin embargo, me encanta, de ahí a que repita!

It came really fast and the package was really cute. The ring super cute too, really happy with it but took one week before the gold start to come out and start becoming silver even tho i took really care of it.. And i need to pay like 30$ of custom duties + like 20$ of shipping so became expensive...

I love ALEYOLE JEWELRY products. They are very beautiful and strong enough to wear 24hrs 365days. They’ve never got rusted even though I wear them in the shower everyday.
Every time I purchase from the website, products come very fast via DHL. I am very satisfied with their grovel shipping.
