Great service
Zoe from AllFilters was knowledgeable and very helpful getting my filters order straightened out. Refrigerator water filters, it seems, have a manufacturers number and a more generic number. The two don't always translate correctly it seems. Zoe walked me through the process of returning the filters I had ordered, which were not correct, and getting the filters I needed. If only customer service were always this responsive!

Sent a used filter and would not send a replacement
Recently sent a filter that was tampered with. The filter box was taped with scotch tape, clearly open prior to being shipped. The filter had water in it and weird powder like substance on it. Contacted them multiple times, provided pictures, and requested a replacement to be sent. Customer service replies took nearly 6 days and was only offered a 10% discount on next purchase, no replacement. Highly disappointed by the entire service and recommended others look elsewhere.

Great return policy
I bought a water filter online from allfilter.com but it doesn't fit my refrigerator at home. So I filled up the return request and got email from Maecee who asked me for the reasons. After I explained the reason she said she will refund the money to my account and I don't need to return the filter. It's not expensive. But that's the best return policy I have ever seen.

It is very easy to order from All Filters!
It is very easy to order from All Filters! I have been ordering from them for 4 years and the price is very reasonable, i usually buy 3 at a time. Never had a problem with a purchase or a delivery. I have recommend All Filters to friends. Thank you!

Very satisfied with ease of website and having the reviews especially learning about the update on Samsung filters being hard to lock in. Prices are great compared to Lowe's and home depot which by the way All Filters didn't have in stock and didn't know when they would receive any. I'll will also be ordering home air filters from this site also.

I ordered the filters and they came within the timeframe...
I ordered the filters and All Filters came within the timeframe stated. I found the filters to be as I expected. Thank you. Will order again when needed. It was easy to locate a GE refrigerator water filter compatible with my refrigerator. They accept Amazon pay which made things more secure and easier for me..

Include size of fridge air filters
Include size of fridge air filters. Couldn't find it on the less expensive brand to make sure it would fit the slot my fridge has, so I didn't go with it. If your prices continue to increase so much (same exact order was $30 less in 1/2019), and I can't tell what size All Filters are, I will shop elsewhere.

Refrigerator replacement filter that was no longer...
Refrigerator replacement filter that was no longer available from Sears was located on this website, but at a significantly lower cost than had been charged by Sears. I ordered just one to make sure it worked - which it did, better than the OEM version. Thank you AllFilters!

Great Person to Work With
We ordered 2 pool filters, and All Filters were delivered damaged. I sent an email to explain about it, and was told to send photos, which I did. I was told that I would receive a refund for the product. Maecee, got right on it answered each time I sent an email, she promised to refund the money for the product. And, she was really speedy about it. I was so amazed that I think I talked to everyone I ran into about it. She is a jewel, and All Filters is so blessed to have her working for them.

Tried unsuccessfully for hours from various places...
Tried unsuccessfully for hours from various places to order some refrigerator filters and when I got to this website All Filters had me taken care of in a few minutes. The shipping remains to be seen.

Called Customer Service to verify new model number on my present filter. CSR was very helpful and answered my questions. I then placed my order thru the website and it was easy to use. I have ordered with All Filters for a few years and am always satisfied with the product.

Quick and easy to locate filter, with detailed information...
Quick and easy to locate filter, with detailed information provided that I required to purchase an outdated locking mechanism for the filter. Samsung had updated the mechanism, and I could not find information on other sites that detailed this filter working with the older mechanism. Also paid $38.95 for 3 filters vs. $49.00 for ONE at Best Buy!
