American Button Machines

American Button Machines is the go to company for button making machines and button making supplies. There just isn't a better company. It IS the best. The machines and their accessories are built to last a life time and will last a life time if you take care of them. The online button making software is easy to use and customer service is always, always ready to help with any problems and or questions you may have. I have heard people say there are cheaper alternatives to American Button Machines. But I think American made quality is worth every penny and I love this company enough to know I am not going anywhere else. I love my button making machine and I love the buttons and magnets I make with it. So do my customers.

I have been ordering items from this company for a few years. I have to admit that I had some confusion on the downloads I purchased. But I must say the ream at American Buttons has been very helpful, patient and responsive in quick time.
The website at times is a bit overwhelming and I hope that it would be made a bit simpler. But if you give yourself some time you will learn the platform.
Suggestion: American Buttons
It would be helpful if a purchaser was prompted of extra things they may need when purchasing bundles or kits.
For example I But a 500 bundle to make coasters and didn't realize I needed an additional part. Lol I suppose I should have watched th how to video and I may have realized that. I did go back on site to find the part but wasn't able to find that. Not saying that is your fault but a prompt to items available and needed based on Button makers size would be a bit more helpful.
You however are great at follow up and checking to see if customers are satisfied in that within a couple of minutes my issue was resolved! So American Buttons is a legitimate company and one worth purchasing from. The products are sturdy and they are so very helpful and understanding!

Due to a malfunctioning button maker purchased from another vendor, I ended up having to make a last-minute order for a new one from American Button Machines (recommended by a colleague). They were very helpful and made every effort to get us our new button maker in time - and it arrived right on time! The button maker works great and we recommend American Button Machines to anyone who needs a button maker.

I like this company and the customer service has been great in getting back to me. I have bought the 1.5 button maker and the products needed to make special zipper pulls and of course buttons. Now I have branched out and am making key rings and gifts. Never knew button making could be so much fun.

I love American button for the software because it is such a great asset to me. I think the next time that I renew my subscription I think I will just buy the software. I admit it has been quite some time since I bought parts for my button machine but I haven’t been able to do very many craft shows lately because of my recent move. But eventually I will get back into it and American button will be the first company that I buy anything from. Related to buttons that is.

The customer service I receive from American Button Machines on a daily basis. Is incomparable to everyone else. American Button Machines has taken the bar for industry standards on customer service. And raised it to a point nobody can come close to their customer service. From simple questions to business decisions. I can always count on professional service from American Button Machines.

If you have any events on your horizon, and you're looking to make a unique statement, whether it be personal (weddings, etc) or professional (conventions, meetings) you can't do better than providing your own buttons. I have continually used my American Button Machine for at least the last ten years and look forward to many more events where attendees leave with one of my buttons. My recommendation? Get one. You won't regret it.

Great experience, except that when I ordered the software (for 1 week use) I did not find nor receive any info on how to access it until I called Customer Service the next morning - she was very helpful!
But I lost time the night I ordered it bc of not being able to access it.
Otherwise - great customer service and great product!

Im very satisfied with ABM products! I take my 1.25” press to conventions so I can press buttons on the fly and also do custom button commissions right there during the con, and my machine is great. So many customers ask me about the press and I always recommend ABM. I pressed over 600 buttons for my last convention, and out of those 600, maybe 4 had errors, and it was only because I was rushing or not paying attention. I’ve been using my press and cutter for about 4 years now and they’re still just as good as if I’d only just bought them. I’m hoping to save up and get another ABM machine soon! Thanks ABM for making such great products!

I've been buying button blanks for 20 years. A constant annoyance has been that there are always many damaged buttons, especially in the 3.5" size. I've learned to fix some of them with a nut pick or needle-nose pliers, but there are still some that can't be fixed, but never enough to bother to return for replacements. I doubt the damage is in the shipment since they are always in thick cardboard boxes. So I would ask that you explore alternate ways of packing instead of just throwing them in a large bag.

Everything I've purchased from ABM is wonderful, didn't at all regret going into button making, and I'm very glad that when I did, I found this company, since their button machines don't give me anywhere near as trouble (and when they do it's my fault for accidentally putting two of the same part) as others I've seen.

Marvelous - It's nice when I have a question to be able to call and get an answer. You learn that there are real people on the other end. Now if I have my buttons right, the person that I spoke to; told me that they have been in business for 20 years. I took a chance and placed a very large order. Also, the product is well built, with no plastic buttons or plastic machines. I'm Happy!

This button machine is very well made and heavy-duty. So far it had stood up to use every day. we have had it for 8 months now. I like the tips and instructional videos on the website. I would say my only complaint is how expensive the software fees are. I feel it should be part of the purchase package, not an additional fee.

A friend of mine suggested I get one of your Button Machines. She knew I am very politically active with candidates and groups who would love buttons! I bought a package and it’s been awesome. After a couple of years, I just decided to spend the $299 and get the LIFETIME access! BEST decision ever!!!!

I got the 2.25 inch button machine. It's really sturdy, well-made. I bought it for an event at work and it was so easy to use and everyone had a lot of fun with it. And the instructional video with that lady? Oh my gosh. Absolutely the best tutorial I've ever seen. 10 outta 10, would definitely recommend.

From the software to the actual equipment, everything was great! The only issue I had was when placing the pin back in the press. The directions and videos weren't clear on which direction to place it. I made two pins where the pin was either sideways or completely upside down before I got it right! Otherwise, it would be 5 stars!

I have been using American Button Machines for years and I've never been let down. I have attempted to use other products to save money here and there but they NEVER suffice when compared to the quality and value of products at American Button Machines. I look forward to building my business and buying more products from them in the future.

well, I at first ordered a 1.50 button package and was told that it would be shipped out that next couple of days, but later was told that the shipment was there but could not be unloaded because no one was unable to load it at the yard. I get it, the world is behind because of covid, parts, and just plain lazy people not wanting to work. not your guys fault. I settled on the 1.25 due to the time frame of a convention I was attending. the 1.50 would have worked much better, than the 1.25, it is a bit too small for the graphics I am using. so 500 plus dollars later it will collect dust.

I have been using a foreign made button machine for years buy wanted to invest in a machine from ABM. I finally bit the bullet and got a 3" photo button package. It's wonderful! The excellent quality makes a great addition to my product lines. I wish I had started with the best company for pin back products -ABM - years ago.

Yes, it was me. The idiot that spent good money on a cheap China-made button maker. It was a learning lesson that I will never repeat.
I then went on to buy the American Button Machines brand and I can honestly tell you, not one button has failed. I am making perfect 1" buttons 100% of the time. The button maker works effortlessly. Buy American Button Machines for your next project.
