I am very happy with my 1st order as it fulfill all my expectations. The results were wonderful. I will definitely reorder after the medication finishes.
The plain packaging arrived quickly as stated in the mail. A great relief as the delivery was packed with no logo or sign of its source. The good conditions of the packing show high standard of quick delivery services.

Great blue pill product! Helped me during my down time! Quick selection on their website, a call from one of their doctors, and delivery on the way. Would definitely return to make more purchase in future.
I came over from another company that provide similar services and I can safely say that andSons did it better.
The whole user experience was seamless and the delivery is lightning fast. Prices were also very very competitive.

Loved the whole experience. Initially chose a plan and got a call from the doctor not long after who went through all my concerns with me. He then concluded that the initial plan chosen wasn't right for me and prescribed a new one for me that worked great. Delivery was quick and the packaging was inconspicuous. All in all a great experience.
Tried the blue pill and it works. As per advised I tried half of the pill first but then I realised that it didn’t really have an effect so the full pill it is. Now I am left with 2 out of the 4 that I bought. Looking forward to exploring your other products as well! Cheers!
extremely slow response from customer service, inept in answering and providing proper explanations to basic enquires. TO TOP IT ALL OFF, I TOLD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO INFORM THEIR TEAM AND DELIVERY PERSON TO LEAVE THE PRODUCT*** IN THE RISER INSTEAD OF DELIVERING AT THE DOOR. THEY ACKNOWLEDGED MY REQUEST BUT FAILED TO DO SO AND MY FAMILY OPENED THE DOOR.
Doctor consultation was done in a rush manner,i still had some questions but the doctor was like rushing to end the call so that the medicine can be dispatch out and also he did not really listen to what i said to him during our conversation
I like purchasing items from andSons as they are very effective in dealing with enquiries from customers. Doctors are professional and fast. Product is nicely and securely packed. I get my item on the day itself. Thumbs up to the team!
I think I can see the product having strong potential in effectiveness and customer loyalty. However, from my experience, after purchasing the DHT blocker pills, i was told that there was an additional $15 for consultation. Which was ok to me but the consultation was to me, not what i was expecting. The so-called doctor did not introduced himself or where he practiced as a doctor, he asked me like two or three questions which were basically the same questions i was asked on the website before I made the purchase. The whole online consultation session took barely 5 mins . The doctor was rushing and basically did not provided with a satisfactory to my questions. His tone was unfriendly and felt like he just wanted to end the call asap. Overall, a strange and uncomfortable experience, dont think I needed to pay $15 for that so-called what felt like 2 mins online "consultation".
Item received in good condition and delivery is fast on the same day itself.. Product and the Gp is very helpful and guide u on the usage of the product will strongly suggest that u talk talk ur problem wth the Gp on the video session. I enjoy the product and will certainly will coem fr another session..
· when I call the hotline, nobody will answer or at least set an answering machine for calling back the customer!
· please change the delivery infos to the customer, which is inside the official website, so that you will get enough time to deliver when you are facing a problem in high volume orders!
Its really good, I make purchases for hair shampoo and conditioner set, it really help my hair more smooth and healthier, and my hair drop less.
I also purchase with collagen powder with chocolate flavour, taste nice.
Well I applaud the initiative to start this service. Rather welcoming I must say. From the website, easy to navigate. Follow up call took few more days than mentioned. Delivery too longer than mentioned but that's probably due to Raya holidays. Still willing to support it as its still new and more importantly convenient.

After using the hair loss package for 3 months, it's obvious that my hair didn't fall off easily and retractable at the shower floor trap. Also my family says that my hair are more dense compared last time
Very discreet, doctors assistance and advices are very helpful following customer's needs. The delivery also is quite fast and the packaging looks expensive, neat and proper with the guidance of the products are included in the packaging.
I purchased the medication for ED. The purchase was user friendly and the delivery was fast. There is a consultation with the doctor which was supportive. The product was effective and helped with my issue. I have been using it for a while.
My order was somewhat delayed and I have to contact them to ensure my order processed. My order was created only on the day I contacted them. I made my order on Saturday (2/4/22) and I expected them to process it on Monday. But I received no update, had to contact them and only received it on 8/4/22 even though I’m in klang valley. The next monthly medications I should receive was not prepared in time to ensure the continuous intake of medications, I have already missed 2 days of medications.
