This company is a scam! The clothing quality is terrible. The clothing photos you see are stolen from other sites that sell much better quality clothing. When shopping with Annie Cloth you receive cheap reproductions that sometimes don't even resemble the items ordered at all. The material is not as advertised. My items were cheap polyester, some with the feel of plastic. Lately I see more donated Annie's Cloth brand ‘Miss Look' clothing in Thrift shops and see it wasn't just me that received cheap plastic/polyester clothing with terrible shaping and odd looking prints. I volunteer at a Thrift Shop and we refuse to display this Mutant Clothing because we feel it would insult our customers. The high shipping is because Anniecloth freight ship from Guangzhou, China. They ARE NOT from California as they make it seem on the site. Expect a huge run around to get the return shipping address. Also of the very short amount of time you still have left to return things once you drag the address out of their clenched hands. In order to avoid a return they offer a 15% refund and threaten that other related charges (including possible custom fees) will have to be born by the buyer. Expect to pay $50 and up to send unwanted merchandise back to Guangzhou, China! I was quoted $60 USPS and $120 UPS to ship 7 cheap, plastic feeling t shirts back to China. Annie cloth should clearly reveal terms of returns including oversees shipping and customs fees before moving to final sale and payment. Then plan to have Annie Cloth tell you they never received your returned items so no refund will be provided. I had to send them endless emails for a month to be told they never received my returns even though I had verification from Chinese customs. I will never shop with them again. I got a new credit card so they can't further scam me with bogus charges. When you see the Annie Cloth response below saying they care and are here to help it is a lie. I din't respond because I have been through hell with them and know they are not sincere. Dealing with them for 1 more minute is not worth my time. Warning others is.

The online store was quite easy to use. I love how searching for a keyword in the search bar suggests elements similar to those being searched instead of telling you "could not be found." Unfortunately, 4 out of the 8 items on my first purchase did not fit :( Some XS items fit me very well, but others were too tight, depending on the specific item. To be sure, I would recommend a larger size. It is my third purchase and I have become used to what to expect with the size. I am not discouraged because the clothes are of great quality and it looks like it looks in the photos (if not better!).

There must be a lot of fake reviews here. "Anniecloth" is a scam company in China that has ripped off thousands of people. I learned this too late and lost over $150 by assuming Anniecloth would send what I ordered. Their photos are ripped off another site. Their materials are crap and the wrong size. It took a month to get these shoddy cheap clothes and if you want a refund, forget about it. You have to pay all kinds of money to return things to China. Do not believe them. They lie. PS: they will also post replies pretending to be so very sorry for the inconvenience. That's another big lie. Don't believe them!

I had the best internet shopping experience. I'm usually hesitant when it comes to buying things online from abroad, but after reading a ton of reviews, I finally decided to take a chance and ended up buying two dresses from this company. Shipping may take a while, but Anniecloth clearly state that it may take some time to complete the process of shipping your mail order, although surprisingly my order arrived much earlier than expected. And when I received my package, all the clothes were exactly as advertised, they fit perfectly and are made with high quality materials. I am so glad I decided to use this online store!

So far so good! Great prices, options and discounts. Still waiting for the arrival of an order so I can only comment on the shopping experience.
The dress arrived and it's very pretty! It's a good fit with the exception of the length. It is at least 6" too long so I will need to have it hemmed. I don't really mind spending extra for the tailoring as the price of the dress was very reasonable.

I could not see the order on my order history when I logged into the Annie Cloth website, however, the transaction was shown on my bank statement. Customer Service ensured me that the order had been received and processed when I enquired.

Items ordered took 2 months to arrive. Anniecloth were very difficult to track on line as to when they would actually arrive. The pictures on line looked wonderful. The items that arrived were cheap in materials and construction. One is going directly to Goodwill. It will probably become a rag because the material is rough polyester with an iron on that looks like plastic wrap. I thought of returning everything but after waiting 2 months for things to arrive and then 3 days to get a reply about returns it seems best to eat the loss.

My only complaint is when I would click on an item to view it larger and see the other color options and then hit the back arrow to go back to the page I was on, it would go to the page but at the very top and not where I was located prior to choosing an item to view. This takes a lot of time to have to keep going back down to where I left off. Your computer wizards can make it that when a viewing customer wants to go back it takes the shopper right back to the page Anniecloth were on. Wastes too much of our time having to scroll all the way down again.

Pretty good site, but the product photos have problems. For instance, usually only one view of the article is offered, which means we have no way of knowing what the back looks like. Shirts are shown tucked or folded up, making it impossible to determine how long the shirt is. Sometimes the model is seated and/or scrunched up, making it difficult to figure out how the garment fits at the waist (is the waistband elastic? If so, how wide is the elastic? Does the dress have a waist seam at all? Etc.). I understand why the models are posed the way Anniecloth are (it makes the product seem more dynamic and such photos promote the exciting feeling of owning the garment), I just wish you'd show what the article LOOKS like from all angles, and not sell us the ambience instead. Thank you.

Checkout is not logical. I pressed Express PayPal and completed payment at PayPal and then I was sent right back to payment method. The "Express PayPal" checkout link doesn't function as the payment method even though it sends me to PayPal and I make my payment. I had to go to "continue" to shipping and then there Anniecloth ask again for payment and I again clicked o PayPal and then it seemed to go through. However, now I'm worried that there will be multiple charges on my PayPal account. I will go see. This was a huge waste of my time. Your webmaster needs to fix that.

I knew the prices were great and hoped for the best. While the products were acceptable, I did donate three clothing items quickly. Shop with discrimination with this brand because photos often present a better product then received. The men's t-shirts were sized a bit small, so order 2 sizes larger for sure. More so, if you want quick-wear clothing that accents you're wardrobe as accessory, then the value is there. I would not recommend items that have a lot of graphic design because the pieces I ordered are less-than-Kmart. I do shop second-hand stores and buy all the time from Walmart and other value stores, so buy wisely and don't invest big cash.

The colors and pictures on some of the shirts are so pretty and unusual that I'm happy to snip the loose threads and make small repairs that may be needed. But sizing is another matter. Because I have a 43 inch bust, fit is important. Depending on the sizing chart for each item I like, I may need to order anything from a 2XX to a Small. Small? I've given away clothes ordered that didn't fit and am now very careful about your size guides. But I still love to look at your online catalog and will probably continue to order.

Their products are cheaply made and do not match the website description. In addition to that, one of my items arrived torn and I was told that I would have to pay for return shipping in order to receive a refund for the item and that is only AFTER Anniecloth have received it back. I guess if my damaged item (their fault) gets lost in shipping, then I just have to eat that cost.

They also sent me the wrong color of shoes and then told me I would have to return them to get my money back.

Buyer Beware. It's not worth it!

So I started my serch for a jumpsute and this site was the one that had what I wanted. But being an avoid online shopper I put some more items in the basket to get free shipping. Time went by and I finally received my package, with OUT the original jumpsuit. That somehow came a few days later in it's own package. What made me leave 2 stars was the jumpsuit was NOTHING like the picture, no the same material, and the colour was way darker. I had been putting off sewing but this has catapulted me in to making it myself.

I ordered several items after checking what appeared to be mostly decent reviews. The dress I ordered turned out to be very thin material but it was pretty and for summer, it would work. Hopefully, it won't disintegrate when washed. The map shirt was cute and almost fit but the sleeves were very tight. Again, flimsy material so I figured I would try and exchange it. While my items were mailed from CA, only exchanges could be done through China. Considering shipping and customs fees, it would be more than the blouse. I accepted the 15% refund and will probably just donate it. I can only wonder about the integrity of the reviews. I have learned my lesson. You get what you pay for!

I have commissioned a lot from this website during the year and am very satisfied. If you pay attention to size and customer reviews, it is easier to buy and get what fits. The quality is excellent for the price. The Style Gallery is also a fun way to shop because you can see how it looks on different people. Returns are easy, especially through PayPal! Customer service is also helpful if you need it, you usually get a response within a few hours. At first I was hesitant, but after the first couple of orders, now I do.

. It's fun! Order a cute dress from Annie Cloth and be prepared to be surprised at what you get. The general shape of the garment is correct (I. E. it is a dress) but the fabric and color are totally different. Look what I got! Customer service is so helpful - Anniecloth will offer you 15% back if you want to return, then threaten you with expensive shipping and customs fees to mail it back to China! I'm joining 14,000 others (only 200 are verified purchasers) to rate AnnieCloth with 5. Stars so maybe one of you will read this before you order and be spared all of the fun and games.

Despite all of the negative recent reviews I've read here, my recent experience with OzSale was great. I bought a higher ticket item (men's jacket), which arrived quickly and, is in excellent condition and a perfect fit. That said, I should stipulate that I definitely benefited from researching the sizing chart from the original company's website (which differed from OzSale's sizing chart), and followed their guide instead to find the right size. Other than that, all in all, it was a really easy experience, I was updated frequently, and it was an amazing deal. Much appreciated

I love this website. I had previously bought them for my brother's wedding before the pandemic and the dress was beautiful and perfect for the wedding. This time I bought a plus size shirt for another family wedding and was really impressed with how quickly it came. It is also beautiful and it fits me well. A little warning though, it's more of a purple pattern than dark blue, still it looks good and I'm happy. Some tips when shopping online to avoid disappointment: always add a size to your usual size, then the clothes will fit you well.

I received the parcel effortlessly, even though it took a while. The customer service staff were very helpful. However, I was disappointed with the product. The shirt /blouse that I ordered was an imitation of the actual product shown on the site. It did not have the Anniecloth name tag on it and the tag mentioned some different name. The material, fit of the blouse and color were also not as shown on the site! I am wondering how/why this happened?

The staff were very prompt and helpful, emails are promptly answered.

I bought 6 items from them. Delivery took about 3 weeks. Clothes were not high quality but also inexpensive so I guess that's to be expected. I wanted to keep 2 items and return 4 others. I sent an email to customer service for return authorization as instructed on packing list. This was their reply.
"Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center receive and inspect the return package. Since International returns might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth. "
A 15% refund or I have to pay to ship items back to China and also customs fees? What a scam. Do not order from them. Worst return policy I have ever encountered.

If you want to return something Anniecloth will offer you a 25% refund and they don't want the item back. If you insist on returning the item for a full refund eventually they will give you a shipping label, but, conveniently for them, they will tell you the package never arrived. Sizes are inconsistent so it's easy to end up with items that don't fit. Don't waste your money. There are plenty of other "cheap" stores that actually do have good return policies. UPDATE: After more back and forth emails it has been determined that the package has been found and they have promised a refund in two weeks. Not sure why it will take another 2 weeks but that's what they said. Will update again if the refund doesn't happen.

I have ordered from Annie cloth multiple times and love the products. However, on my last order, the sandals did not fit right and tried following the return instructions. Thinking I must be doing something wrong, my husband tried. No luck getting return confirmation. There is no phone number to call. I even sent an E mail and still no luck. I don't mind paying the shipping to send them back, but I think I may be stuck with them. I may not order anything in the future, if it's going to be a hassle.

Yes. Actually I think your clothing are adorable. I'm placing a second order before I even receive my first order. My concern is your notice of: spend $119 and get free shipping. I had to add more items to get free shipping. Thank you for using Klarna, whom I love, but when I have to spend so much more for free shipping, my monthly payments are higher than expected. Of course, I know I can get less and pay the shipping but, my gosh lol, your shipping cost are outrageous. Based on this reason, I give fewer stars. I increased to three because I really love your style. You know what, I'll increase your rating till five stars but please don't disregard this comment.

I have been using this website for over a year. Anniecloth are timely with their offers and go out of their way to provide examples of how to best take advantage of offers, including my favorite: subscribing and saving posts. Unlike other bargain sites, they actually respond to comments and if I write that I'm looking for deals on something specific, they stay on their toes. I am constantly impressed with the number of things and the number of offers that this online boutique draws my attention. I'm a fan! Looking for savings? Look no further, great deals, great service.
