Solid purchase despite the amount of negative reviews found online
Preordered a ~$700 PS5 bundle in September despite all the negative reviews found online; order arrived as advertised and earlier than expected. 4 stars due to the fact that ANTOnline could stand to have a bit more communication during the process (particularly given the price/extreme nature of this preorder) & I wasn't thrilled with the lack of protective material in the box (PS5 itself was fine but the extra controller and two games were free to fly around inside during the shipping process). Overall, would recommend and 100% order from again... as mentioned, I can't speak to everyone else's negative experiences, however.

Surprised! Pleasantly.
Never heard of ANTonline before and was nervous about getting my PS5 bundle on or near launch. I received it the day after launch as suspected and everything was there. Only complaint about it was that the payment for the preorder didn't come out of my bank account until like 2-3 weeks after I preordered it but Amazon does the same thing with anything I buy that doesn't ship right away. Pleasantly surprised everything went smoothly. I was nervous because of reviews of the company but most seemed like their problems only occurred when cancelling an order and trying to get their money back. I recommend ANTonline. ANTOnline came through on the ridiculous PS5 preorder struggle bus everyone was on.

Christmas Wish Complete
I will say that I quickly ordered the XBOX Series X on pre-order before reading numerous ratings on several sites after the fact. I won't lie, I was worried that what I ordered wasn't going to be delivered. However, I couldn't be happier to wrap a Christmas gift for my 15-year-old son who said this was the only thing he was hoping for this year. He is actually having spine surgery before Christmas, and I wanted to find something to make the holiday seem a little brighter while he's recovering. I received notice that the shipment was on its way, still apprehensive that I was actually going to receive it. The day it arrived, I waited until everyone was already in bed before opening the box. I honestly wanted to jump up and down because I was so excited! I can't wait to see his face on Christmas morning. ANTOnline receives 5+ stars from me. Thank you for making a wish come true in a year that nothing has seemed to go quite right.

I had ordered a Playstation 5 Bundle on Friday at 11:30...
I had ordered a Playstation 5 Bundle on Friday at 11:30 am(other people that ordered the exact same time as me got a tracking order that night), I received the confirmation email on Saturday. I called Monday morning to find out the status of said order, to which the customer support tech told me nothing that I couldn't already see on the website, I also asked if I can just come pick the order up (since the support person said it was in stock) and was told I couldn't. Overall, for the amount of money spent, it would just be nice to call the support line and get an answer as opposed to getting information I can already see. I just need to know if I am actually getting the items I paid for. A simple "hold on while I check" would be sufficient. My worry is that you oversold what actual inventory you had. Please calm my concerns. Thanks

Good Service
The service is quick and easy, and I got a PS5 out of it. The only mishap from the service was when (I suspect) the UPS driver showed up at my door, he didn't knock on my door right away, but started trying to open my package to check the contents. Hearing him, I quickly opened the door, and he seemed really nervous that I just caught him in the act of doing something. He stated that he wanted me to open the box and "made sure I got everything." I looked at him incredulously, knowing that wasn't normal, and then just took my box inside.

The AntOnline part of the service was great. UPS, not so much.

This is my second time ordering this console (and this specific bundle) as my transaction was canceled the first time hours after already receiving my confirmation email due to "change in status with my credit card" according to Antonline. It's frustrating because I was told I had to wait up to a week to get my money back, but the product I want has time-sensitive availability as it is near impossible to find an Xbox Series for a reasonable price. I am still unaware of why my transaction was originally canceled as I provided accurate information at checkout and watched the money leave my account. I also heard good things about Antonline from friends and research however my own experience with them has been disappointing unfortunately. Though I appreciate the fast response times for online support, I strongly believe this is way too much trouble to purchase anything. It should be as simple as me adding an item to my cart and filling out the appropriate information to pay for that item. Please streamline product purchasing in the future, either by providing more detail/information about why a transaction was canceled and how long until a refund will be issued. If this purchase does not go through (for a non legitimate reason), I will not be shopping at Antonline in the future and will do my best to prevent others from making the mistakes as me. Listing items they don't have
I tried to order an Xbox One S that their website showed as in stock for $299. The first order ANTOnline claimed my bank rejected the charge (it's an amex, that did not happen) and so they canceled the order. When I created a new order with a different payment, they accepted the payment, then a few hours later canceled the order and refunded the money, claiming I had ordered the same thing twice in violation of their policy (it is a legitimately limited edition item). When I called the second time the woman on the phone just straight up lied to me about the reason for the cancellation, claiming three different issues, none of which were true. Can't get a response from them now, consistent with other reviews above. I suspect they are driving traffic by selling items they don't really have, otherwise they are simply a disaster of a company that can't get out of their own way to make a sale. Either way, not worth the trouble of buying from them, you're not going to get what you want anyway.

First time buyer, NO ISSUES!
ANTonline gets a bad rep for what seems to be customer service issues regarding returns, but when I was eagerly trying to find a PS5 to pre-order I gave them a shot. I was willing to give them a chance as a first time customer and ANTOnline have not let me down!

I pre-ordered my bundle back in September and they didn't charge me an extra beyond the $10 for shipping. Once the day came to ship it they did that no problem and two days later I had my PS5 bundle. I think people should cut ANTonline some slack and give them a chance. People who had bad experiences with places are the most likely to write a review. So keep in mind that while a company might have a lot of bad reviews that doesn't necessarily reflect how that company is. ANTonline gets two big thumbs up from me so far!

Item shows In Stock on website, charged my card and item is NOT IN STOCK, reported fraud to my CC.
Ordered a specific laptop from ANTOnline through the Walmart portal link, and two days later ANTOnline email me saying it's no longer in stock. The item STILL shows in stock on their website and Walmart's website. I called Customer Service and they don't know why it still shows in stock or why I received the email. They claim they refused fulfillment of the order to Walmart but the charge is still on my CC. I had it reported as a fraud charge, ordered but not fulfilled. The CS person said she'd "put a rush on the response". It's now past the time she said they'd respond. Found the exact same item at ABT Electronics and they matched the price, confirmed the order and stock status and got me a shipping confirmation within 10 minutes. THAT IS HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE ANTOnline... not this monkey business "out of stock" blaming Walmart for your error.

PS5 pre-order
I was lucky enough to place an order for the PS5 bundle back in September. Like most I was hesitant since I was unfamiliar with antonline, especially since all of the more well known sellers were sold out. Contrary to other reviews I had read, ANTOnline communicated extremely well about plans for shipping and status of the order. The order shipped on launch day and I received everything as described and in good working order. In fact being that they did not charge sales tax and just a $10 shipping fee, I ended up eating a good $50 over purchasing from any of the other sellers out there. Overall the experience was very smooth and there is no reason why I would not order through them again in the future.

This has been over of the most stressful, irritating online experience I've had. The company cannot make any changes to your order, you cannot talk with anyone for clarification, you cannot get a helpdesk ticket followed up on properly and ANTOnline generally don't care about helping you. It took them over a week to complete my order and even then it was to finally cancel it even though all of the information I provided them was correct and the payment method was good and had sufficient funds. My only guess it's that they a) are just a bad company with no customer care priorities or b) did not actually have the items to fulfill my order and therefore finally cancelled it.

A happy surprise
I was bound and determined to get my hands on a PS5 and am so freakin thankful I stumbled upon ANTOnline! I purchased the bundle pack without a thought to the site... and after purchasing did some research on the company... Not gonna lie, the many past negative reviews really worried me... did I just waste nearly a thousand dollars on something that may never arrive?! Will it be damaged or missing pieces?!

But alas after all the anticipation it arrived without any issues and just a few days after the release! 2020 has been $#*!ty but being able to give a hardcore gamer a PS5 in the first release was pretty epic! Thanks ANTOnline! Will definitely use the site again!

Terrible, Unprofessional, Unresponsive, Unreliable, Worst Company I've Ever Dealt With
One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. I purchased a PlayStation 5 disc version bundle on 6/14/21 and ANTOnline gave me a confirmation email, then turned around and started they are going to process my cancellation at my request. I've tried for 8 hours on 6/14/21 & 2 hours on 6/15/21 & every time I get to the point I'm supposed to take to a customer service represent active, they disconnected my call. I also since more than 10 emails requesting my order be processed as I never sent an email to have my order cancelled at all. I asked a question to verify that I order the right stuff & that my order was right but that was it. I never request a refund or a cancel of my order, but the fact they would lie & say I requested was unacceptable, unprofessional, not legal & a lie that needed to be fix. No one reached out to me to fix the matter, I sent them all my emails, all my phone numbers & still continued to reach out to them to fix this. They are ignoring me & I reached out to them on Facebook, Twitter and IG. I do not know what else to do but they are a terrible company for this screw up and then they didn't even try to fix it or take ownership. I already filed a complaint on the Better Business Bureau. And every place I can place this review and complaint I will do so. I have all the evidence in the world that I never requested a refund or a cancellation of my order. I been trying to get a Playstation 5 disc version since it was released in November & we are at month 7. For 7 months I've been trying to get this system, so why the hell would I cancel my own order & I've been trying so hard to get it. Been following IG and Twitter retailer restock tweets to try to get the opportunity to get this system & for them to lie about me cancelling my own order when I did not do that & then being nonchalant like they don't care they messed up & are not talking ownership for the issue nor are trying to fix it is pathetic. I hope no one has to go through this disappointing ordeal, this disrespectful situation & this overall lack of professionalism with this company. I had hope for them & gave them several chances to fix & correct the issue but they refused to do so because they refused to acknowledge they did anything wrong.

Received items safe and sound, but could have been worse
I received my items safely, but I had a couple minor issues:
1) Most importantly, when I received the box with my items, there was no padding inside to keep the smaller items from bouncing around and getting damaged. Luckily ANTOnline all appear to be fine.
2) ANTOnline said my items were shipped on a Tuesday and would be delivered that Thursday, however based on the tracking it seems as though UPS didn't start shipping the items until that Thursday, and they eventually showed up late Saturday night. I don't know if this is ANTOnline's fault or UPS's fault, and the shipping time could have been worse, but it irks me when combined with the fact that I had to pay for the shipping to begin with, compared to other online retailers who don't charge for shipping.

Ordered PS5 and got it quickly and in great condition!
I order a PS5 bundle with an extra controller, Demon Souls, and Spider Man Miles Morales. I was told originally not to expected it until about 3-5 business days after launch, but it manage to show up the day after launch. Everything was in good condition except for my Demon Souls case. It seems as though the extra controller was packed in right next to the game and somewhat crushed the case a bit. It was still fine and presentable, but the front was just sunken in somewhat. I was somewhat worried to use ANT Online cause I'd seen some bad reviews, but the experience was pretty great. No different than ordering from any other major retailer. I'm just happy I managed to get one!

PS5 on Launch
Purchased PS5 Bundle. This was my first time visiting to this site. I was skeptical about the site and the credit card check which was kind weird since I've never had that done for purchasing an item before on other sites. When I purchased it I got the confirmation email at a reasonable timeframe. The credit card check email was like a 6 hour wait before it came in. The delivery came super fast. Ordered iron that Monday and came on launch day even though ANTOnline advised it would take a week. Those of ya that don't trust this site because the way this setup... it's legit. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Pleasantly Suprised
I'd never heard of this company before and I was "concerned" to say the least about ordering from them. But the fact that ANTOnline took and accepted my Amazon Store Card pushed me forward towards dealing with them. I am pleased to say that my item showed up, on time, and was what I ordered. I would give them a 4.5 if they had that option. Why? The items that they shipped they literally just threw in a box without any padding, peanuts... hell even give me newspaper. Finally, when the box DID show up it was as if someone had opened it up to take a peak. If it would have been shipped a little cleaner, I would undoubtedly give them a 5. Seeing as my item showed up "early"... I'll give them a 5. Today! I'll order from the again with less hesitance.

Stay Away
Stay Away! Antonline ripped me off big time. This might be illegal and I know for sure it is unethical!

I ordered a laptop from them through Newegg and was not given a shipping option. When I got a tracking number I saw that it was going to require a signature but I am at work during the day so I wouldn't be there to sign for it. I contacted UPS and Newegg and ANTOnline both told me that I would have to work with Antonline to get the package.

I contacted Antonline and asked them to either change the address to my work address or leave it at a UPS location so I could pick it up. The rep told me that they couldn't (or wouldn't) change it even though UPS told me that only the sending party had the authority to change a shipment. I went back and forth with all parties several times and eventually the Antonline rep told me to just let it get returned and then order it again to a new address. Because I wasn't home to sign for the package, it automatically got returned they charged me $110 as a restock fee even though their restock policy is that you would get charged if you "refused" a package. Which I didn't! I wanted the package but the Antonline rep purposefully told me they wouldn't change the shipping address so it would get returned.

I've contacted them numerous times and no one ever back to me. Newegg never helped either. This is unethical at the very least and possibly illegal! They basically shipped a package so no one could receive it and then refused to help so they could collect $110 from me for nothing. Please spare yourself the pain!

I'm so glad I gave these guys a chance—there were some mixed reviews online, but I had a great experience with them. ANTOnline regularly checked in letting me know the status of my order, they were easy to contact when I had questions, my PlayStation got here in good time and in perfect condition, and they even sent me PlayStation credit to replace a pre-ordered game that had its release date postponed. These guys really seemed like they cared about the customer experience which I very much appreciated and they made getting hold of my new system a breeze. I wouldn't have gotten my PS5 without them!

Excellent service
I ordered an Xbox series S from Antonline and my experience was great. The order went through smoothly other than having a little trouble getting it to take my debit card but I just used PayPal and it was just a minor inconvenience. ANTOnline sent me a confirmation email within minutes of completing the transaction. I recieved emails when it was shipped and updates on when it would be here. They sent the added Xbox gamer pass code in an email the day before the console arrived. I was able to track the package throughout the process. It arrived within the estimated delivery window. I will absolutely be buying from them again. Dont listen to the haters submitting bad reviews.
