Happy with Appliance Central, product as advertised and wrapped against the rain. Unfortunately their choice of courier Fastway, has a lazy driver and does not leave parcel in a safe place (as specified in documentation). He left it in the rain, beside the letterbox in the garden next to the road and visible to anybody walking or driving past, instead of walking up the driveway and leaving it in the undercover porch by the door - a maximum 2 minute diversion.

Not very happy with the services provided.
I ordered a LG microwave and was sent a tracking no. Immediately.. for 3 days there was no update and I called them and was told this was out of stock and the last item in the warehouse was damaged and then they have re order it and will take 2 weeks. Or I get a new model, I paid the difference and was told it will be delivered by Monday or Tuesday. Nothing till now Thursday 7th July.
When I bought my fridge last year, I had the same response, last item was damaged was re ordered.. but somehow they got it from a different store and sent it.
I am not very happy with this as I needed a microwave urgently..I could have gone into binglee and asked them to price match and picked it up myself, but chose to get it delivery because of my busy schedule. I will have 2nd thoughts of going back to them again.

Washing machine unit is great but customer service and delivery guys horrible.
Delivery guys left my unit in the garage and drove off. When I contacted them to come back and install it they said “ I told them I asked them not to install”
In regards to customer service I told them the situation and never ever got back to me.
Overall front loader is great it’s what I was looking for. Customer service and delivery experience is poor.

I have used Appliance Central before and I can attest that the prices they have is one of the cheapest. Recently we bought another TV but the delivery did not go as smooth as it did before. Delivery was for Saturday and we waited. Got a call that it was going to be delivered between 3:30 - 4:00 pm. We waited but they did not come. I tried to call but no answer. Then we got a message that delivery was next day. It was delivered the next day but should have been handled better. No big deal.

They use an incompetent freight company in Allied Express - the worst period. DO NOT USE.
I am in SA the product ended up in WA from NSW!!! Supposedly Human Error! And supposedly redirected to me but still waiting!! What a joke.
Have asked for a full refund but they dont reply just dont care.
I would NOT recommend using this mob ever, go elsewhere. I learnt the hard way.
Terrible after sales service. Just take your money and dont care.

Prompt and efficient service, with 4-star communication from start to finish; sometimes the emails were hard to follow as they came from various sources (appliance central/aramex) and the connection to the purchased goods was not always apparent. Also, I do not believe I was asked whether to give authority to leave goods. Fortunately I was home and got the parcel shortly after it was delivered; it could easily have gone missing at my house since there is no-where to leave out-of-sight. But otherwise, this was a good experience.

I ordered a WW7500D Sunbeam Professional Wok 10 days ago.

The money has come out of my account but no wok has been dispatched. Then today I received a voice message on my phone saying that the wok I have ordered is superseded by a new model and I would have to pay $20.00 extra to get it. I have not called back as yet as I am VERY UPSET and disapointed
As far as I am concerned, Appliance Central should send me the new model at no extra cost as Iong as it is at least equal to the one I ordered. Don't advertise what you can't supply OR let me know BEFORE you take the money out of my bank account.

I ordered my new washer/dryer on Friday just before a long weekend. By staurday I was informed to expect delivery on Tuesday. This was an amazing results and the experience was professional at every step along the way. This dealer is too drawer and zi will become a regular customer - good price and professional customer service and delivery. Just what we all look for. Thank you very much to the entire service and delivery team

I placed an order for a new TV on Friday and by the following Wednesday, it had been delivered. Not only was the price the best I could find for my TV choice, it included free shipping which saved around $55 (compared to other online retailers) in this case Appliance Central used Allied Express. Allied received the goods ordered on Tuesday in Sydney and the TV was delivered Wednesday afternoon. Great service from both Appliance Central and Allied, highly recommended.

Price fantastic. Delivery was super fast too. Only problem was that the TV remote was faulty and needed to be replaced. I emailed AC and logged the issue on the AC contact page but received no response. Eventually phoned and was told that yes, they had received my email and were requesting a replacement remote to be sent to me by Samsung. It would have been nice to have received this information without having to follow up, so my only issue so far is lack of communication. Otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating.

Bought a new refrigerator from Appliance Central. Ordered online and received emails straight away with the Tax Invoice and the next day we got a call asking us to confirm our day for delivery.
We got the delivery on time and the delivery driver called me in the morning & I requested him to give me a call half an hour prior to delivery. The delivery driver called me just on time and helped me to move the old refrigerator to the garage.
Quite happy with the product & service. Highly recommended. Thank you Appliance Central.

I cancelled my order because I found the lower price for the same product. I thought that your price was very good with free delivery in a short period. However, I had to save money even though their delivery was 20 days longer than yours.

All perfect with the purchase and delivery, I ordered the vacuum on a Saturday and received in Melbourne on a Thursday. The only thing to note is that in the website it says the delivery company will call to make sure there will be someone at home or coordinate a day, this didn't happen, so I got the message with the ETA on the same day it was delivered. Other than that, better price than other on line stores including interstate delivery

I doubt you will publish this review…. I contacted Appliances central to cancel the order via email before the item shipped. No response to email. I contacted them the next day via phone and they told me that they couldn’t cancel as it had shipped (despite not receiving any form of shipping notification). Asked whether I could return item at my own expense (after it arrived and in an unused condition). Was advised that it would incur a 20% restock fee, even if it was brought back to the store unopened…. Don’t waste your time with a company like this when most others allow you to return or cancel an order without incurring a charge.

Price was good , product was good, communication was good , unfortunately the delivery was not so good. Delivery was arranged for Saturday but the truck broke down,then delivery was arranged for Sunday with a time window of 10:30am to 1:30 pm ,the delivery arrived about 3:45 pm , so we spent the weekend waiting for a delivery. I would recommend this company for price and quality of products but they need to improve their delivery service.

Super efficient. Offered to deliver (on a Saturday) the very next day after ordering. Really kind guys made the delivery to a retirement home but unfortunately, they didn't have the extra washers required to fit the pipes to our taps, they thought we needed new taps but that wasn't the case. My only suggestion is that Appliance Central give their removalists a bit more installation training to go along with their terrific attitude. When I called back the company to say that the machine wasn't actually installed to working order they immediately offered to send a technician to help us the very next day. Despite the hiccup the communication and overall service was very good.

Happy with everything except the delivery time. was to have been Saturday but after waiting for a few hours was given a call to say that due to an isolation problem the delivery would be Sunday morning early. This was understandable and acceptable due to the current health situation. I was told that the delivery would be early. Your app gave me a time between 11.00am - 2.00pm on Sunday morning. After waiting and no delivery had arrived I rang the driver to see what was happening. I got no response and waited for a return call 15 minutes later I rang the office to be told that they would ring me back. 30 minutes later I followed up as I had not heard from the office. I was told it would be here in 20 minutes and this was followed by a text message to the same effect but 22 minutes. After this, the driver rang me and said he had 3 deliveries before getting to mine. The driver was at Liverpool with deliveries at Bonnyrigg and Fairfield before me. Estimated being at my place around 5.30pm. The delivery was here around the 4.30pm mark. Driver was nice and apologetic, saying his run started out Campbelltown way. I was never going to be getting an early delivery nor probably a delivery by 2.00pm. You need to be more honest with customers as to the actual times for deliveries, not some rubbish times.

I recently purchased a dishwasher from Appliance Central and found after a few uses for it to be very underwhelming in its performance. I was not offered any post sale assistance but simply told to get in contact with the manufacturer to sort it out myself. I will never deal with Appliance Central again not recommend anyone else to do so, customer service and customer retention is clearly not of any importance.

The product I got - LG TV has no issues. The reason for the bad review is using aramex as a courier company. Please consider changing to a more reputable company. First the delivery was very late (which i understand due to Covid and the flu and staff shortages) so was understanding. I did however put in my delivery notes to you guys that I needed delivery to my door (building has a lift) and read on the delivery section of your website that this would be fine. Aramex delivery guy was extremely rude and refused to, leaving my to carry a heavy tv by myself. I live alone and specifically called out I needed it at least delivered to the door. Disappointed

I purchased a Miele TriFlex vacuum. Good deal, however I haven't been able to get it to work. It seems like the battery won't charge properly.
Spent 30 minutes on hold to the Miele customer service line, then when I finally got through they said I need to talk to a different department. After 15 minutes waiting I hung up. I understand it is out of Appliance Essential's hands, but they are selling a faulty product. When I mentioned vacuum to the Miele woman knew exactly what model vacuum I was calling about, without me having to tell her.
I am going to ask for a refund.
