Future buyers, beware. If you decide to return a part you purchased for whatever reason, you will NOT be refunded the full amount you paid up front. I guess I overlooked that part in their return policy. I was refunded the purchase amount minus shipping and handling. I am not sure what kind of policy this company adheres to when I had to pay to ship the part back to the company, about $30 out of pocket, (I believe I handled the part as well), and AppliancePartsPros still take out shipping and handling costs.

I am not sure what to call this practice: ripping-off the customer or scamming the customer.

I purchased a water inlet valve from them, and their assistance with the installation and their knowledge is second to none! AppliancePartsPros were outstanding in resolving some confusion with my washer model number, and the correct part number! I called them on a Saturday, and my hold time was about a minute, no exaggeration! Their site had an Outstanding How To Do video. Truly exceptional service!
They are definitely my Go To vendor for appliance parts and how to guidance!

I live about 3 hours from the part source. AppliancePartsPros "shipped" last friday. Monday was a holiday. It is now wednesday, and one part still says "shipping label prepared". The other part went from louisville to indy overnite. (I live in tennessee.). That part went from indy to georgia. (I still live in Tennessee) now, I really don't know when if ever, i will receive these two parts, but I surely will order from a giant distributor that starts with an AM... next time. Free shipping and about a third the price. If you order from appliance pro, you had better pay for expedited delivery or suffer the consequences. Or..

I had purchased an ice maker from AppliancePartsPros. I received the icemaker in its original packaging and installed it the very next day. Within 24 hours I had ice cubes falling out of the tray and it would not stop. It seems the shut off bar was malfunctioning. Although the thought of endless ice was tempting, I couldn't see how this would be a winning combination: endless ice but cleaning the cubes that would fall all over the floor when I opened the freezer.

Needless to say, I called the help line for AppliancePartsPros and spoke to a young lady. She asked several pointed questions about the issue. I explained my dilemma and she put me on a brief hold while she discussed the issue with her supervisor. She came back on the line and stated that AppliancePartsPros would be sending out a replacement unit. This new unit arrived in a couple of days and has been working like a champ ever since.

I am completely satisfied and pleasantly thrilled about the level of customer service that AppliancePartsPros provided throughout this situation. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone that needs replacement parts for appliances.

Ordered 2 parts by Chat. AppliancePartsPros didnt help much on getting the right prt. I needed 1 part. They suggested I needed 2. 24. 00 each plus 14.00 shipping. $14.00 shipping should have been no more than $5.00. Then found out I only needed the one prt as I suspected. They would not pay return shipping. So total postage cost me about $20.00. They did repay me $24.00 for the returned part. I wont do this again with any company.

We broke both vegetable drawers in our refrigerator which was several years old. I really had no hope of replacing them but tried AppliancePartsPros since we needed them to get our house ready for sale. I found EXACTLY what I needed. The site was easy to use. The replacement drawers came in a timely manner, were packed well, and fit perfectly. I would highly recommend this company.

I ordered a Door Open switch, to include paying an $11.45 shipping and handling charge, after seeing one in stock (seemed a lot for a small switch). On 15 April I received a notification the order was backordered. Luckily the switch broke in the working position (did not shut the dryer off when door was open verse not working with the door closed). If my dryer was not working I would have cancelled the order and ordered elsewhere. My past experience with AppliancePartsPros.com was great, this one not so much. I'm filling out this survey on 3 May in anticipation of the switch arriving 5 May. Needless to say I believe this experience could have been better.

I found the web site by chance, when a friend's fridge went kaput. It said 24 HOUR TECH SUPPORT AND ORDER LINE. That was what was absolutely necessary, considering it was July and there was a full fridge and freezer. Extremely competent and helped me diagnose the issue OVER THE PHONE, then said if the part didn't fix the issue AppliancePartsPros WOULD REFUND MY MONEY! Word traveled fast and I have used them at least ten times. They will email schematics, help diagnose the problem and BEAT THE LOCAL APPLIANCE STORE PRICES by up to 50% on some items! And I get parts in max 2days from Fresno to So. Cal. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending them. Merry Christmas!

This is the second time I have order a part to repair my stove (1st - control board, 2nd - switch for burner). Love the videos showing the installation process. When ordering, each time, the rep recommended the wrong part. When I called back to confirm the part I was going to order, it was discovered that the first rep was wrong. The reps seems knowlegable but I would recommend people double check with another rep to confirm what AppliancePartsPros are ordering is the correct item. I would definitely order again from this company. Parts arrived quickly and in good condition. Big savings over having a repairman do the work.

Appliance parts pros is an excellent source for appliance repair parts. Lots of diagrams, how to's and videos. I have rental homes and have been using them for years. AppliancePartsPros are quick to ship and the parts fit.
Now, the door gasket for the Frigidaire 18 cu. Ft. (new model) - I have had to replace the door gaskets on 3 of the last 5 frig's I bought. This is my 3rd gasket on one of the refrig's. It appears that the gasket material within a year begins to 'glue' itself to the frig. And peals apart. Even the gasket that AppliancePartsPro sent me decomposed in about a year and I just had to order another. Since this is happening on 3 different refrig's ( different tenants and locations), it appears there is a factory defect is the gasket material. Unfortunately, AppliancePartsPros is getting theirs from the same sources. Because 2 of the refrig's haven't had this problem, it would seem that it could be bad batch runs or the materials from one manufact. Source. Please look into this!

We bought a gas washing machine but we use propane gas, so we needed a converter. We looked at all the large box stores and the appliance repair shops locally with no luck. A friend told us about you so we ordered the part. Ordering the part was so easy as we had help with every step. Even the instructions were easy to follow, as we are not appliance repair people at heart. The chat was instant with somebody to help. I can't rate the 800 number as we never had to use it because the chat was so easy and quick. My husband said replacing the part was easy enough he thinks he is now to be called an appliance repair man...

AppliancePartsPros not only had the part I needed in stock, but it was reasonably priced and was shipped within 24 hours. I received the dishwasher handle within a few days. They also offered a how-to install video and help if needed.

This is an excellent company with quality parts that I would order from again and recommend to everyone.

Website is misleading. Lists parts not compatable. Makes you pay to return because of their error. Horrible customer service, rude snarky. Except for M. Bondi. Only saving grace. I have done business for years without problem until NOW. Will not subject myself to this abuse again. AppliancePartsPros are entering into a rippoff business. Should advertize on facebook. Chinese ripoffs are better than appliancepartspros. You have been warned.

Talked to about three different folks at Appliance Parts Pro and AppliancePartsPros were all very knowledgeable, very helpful and very friendly. I had guessed at the part I needed(which was wrong), and they went out of their way to get me the correct item, while very quickly giving me credit for the part I had that was wrong. Highly recommend using them for your replacement appliance parts!

This place sucks. I ordered gaskets for my freezer and refrigerator because in December you had to get on a waiting list to buy a refrigerator. I talked to somebody there who told me the exact gaskets I needed for my model refrigerator AppliancePartsPros mailed them to me. When I got them they were so mangled up in the box and creased and crooked and twisted. The directions said to lay them flat in a warm room on the floor. I did that and four and a half months later they were finally straight enough for my plumber to put them on my refrigerator. Well, he put them on the refrigerator doors. They did not close with the new gaskets on them. So we immediately took the gaskets off put the new old gaskets back on and I called appliance parts pros.com. They told me if I installed them, which I did for about two whole minutes, they would not honor the one year warranty. I asked them how I was supposed to know they didn't work if I didn't put them on and the young lady told me she didn't know. Anyway after three or four phone calls never getting to speak to a supervisor I decided to start writing reviews. DONT BUY FROM THEM!

Whether it's an online order, or calling customer service with questions, it's ALWAYS been a pleasure dealing with you folks. Your website is so well done, and your phone help is always so helpful and professional. I'm also very glad that you provide the how-to videos! I don't consider myself to be a repairman except out of necessity, but you make it almost easy.

I ordered a couple of produce bin covers because the plastic rollers broke on my Frigidaire refrigerator. Unfortunately the plastic parts were had excess material from the injection molding process that prevented the metal rails from fitting into the new parts. I ended up having to use sandpaper to remove enough material to get the rails to fit. It added about an hour to what should have been a 15 minute repair.

The Samsung refrigerator's freezer door cams had cracked to pieces! Appliance Parts Pros gave me great guidance on what parts to get, ordered them up for me, and provided additional guidance through their U-Tube videos. Delivery was fast and the cam replacement went just as described, was quick and fairly easy. We saved a fortune by DIY-ing it!

I received my part pronto. I wasn't sure if this would work on MY blender because the model wasn't listed, so I contacted support. AppliancePartsPros responded extremely fast and said that it would work. I received my product pretty fast as well.
The only complaint is that the instructions for removing the old part were kind of difficult for me, but I have never fixed anything before in my life and I have ZERO patience, so keep that in mind. I did YouTube it and found a better way to remove the old part. I got it off very quickly after that, replaced the new part, and, voila, my blender is now fully functioning. I was going to throw it away because I thought that, A, I wouldn't be able to find the part and, B, that I wouldn't be able to fix it on my own. I was so proud of myself. I will definitely look into doing more projects on my own, and if I need any appliance parts, AppliancePartsPros will be my go-to source!

I have had to replace a diode in control module for years and now I have a new module with a complete new design that was a remove unit and install new unit. Stove so far works great! Been without oven for better then a year, new unit arrived 1 week after order to Alaska and took around 30 minutes to replace. Sent old unit back and got a core refund! I don't think anyone could get better service! Thank you Appliance Pros!
