The tumble dryer they supplied was faulty and there is no way of speaking to someone, only an online form and then told to call out to get it fixed under warranty after first use!
The online order process was simple and quick to complete. My fridge freezer was delivered promptly by a polite and professional delivery team who kept me up to date during the process. I can thoroughly recommend appliances direct.
It was quick and easy to order online. Delivery was quick and delivery drivers where helpful and friendly. I’m very pleased with my oven and hob which is their own make. I would use this company again. And recommend to friends and family.
Great service all-round was here on time my new bbq and the two guys was very helpful as we'll rung me 18mins before delivering really great service

First delivery missing parts on cooker and damaged my lino flooring , second cooker with the same issue finally accept return after contacting head head of customer services. Refused claim on flooring saying they did not do it even when the drivers photo showed the cooker in the exact place of the damage. Shocking customer service avoid at all costs shocking delivery be warded the positive reviews they are a rarity getting things right.
They are just liars don't believe anything they say. They won't care if they damage anything and just close your claim with no truthful reason a total disgrace of a company avoid all the buy it direct group of companies
The air con unit works great and cools the room lovely, however the delivery company they use dpd is appalling delivery between 2 and 3.30 (est) , at 6.40 I had a text said I wasn’t I. Despite being sat at my home office desk which is facing the street! Photo was of the drivers finger over the camera and conveniently the customer service shut at 6.30
So I wasted whole afternoon and no one to contact - purpose of what’s app is to contact nope that is out after 6.30, even the bloody chat bot which they can configure closes at 6.30
Therefore despite the appliance being fine would I buy from here again - no not unless they changed delivery companies

But I asked for delivery on a set day as I was away on holiday. Unfortunately they decided to deliver the day before, I couldn't get through on the phone until the new day of delivery.
This meant I had to cut my holiday shorter than planned to be back in time.
Happy with the product, happy with the delivery men, not happy that the delivery date was moved.
The freezer was delivered earlier than first stated at no extra cost. The 2 men were helpful when collecting the old one. They were on time. The freezer is working well.
returned a electric scooter after after it keep stopping and showing fault E4. returned 10 days later with the same fault but with the brakes not working and adjuster all chewed up and sharp again returned. after many emails and phone calls passed from department to department promised delivery dates on five different dates over four weeks but still no scooter. it as taken nearly 10 weeks and not one call or email from this company as happend. i have just wasted a fifth day waiting for a delivery that as not been organised . PLEASE AVIOD THIS AND SAVE THE HEARTBREAK . THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had no complaint at all.
From order to delivery I had a positive experience.
After a payment difficulty I was contacted and it was explained what happened and why and they beared with me as the fault was with my bank.
On delivery, it was explained what to do, it was informative and clear as to what they will do and what they won't - as I didn't pay for installation.

the batteries suplied are 3000mAH and are coming up as 30% after being fully charged.
I have contacted ElectriQ who were not prepared to go and test this
2x 4800MAh bateries come up as 100% I have ordered higher power batteries.
Also the Tuya app works but is not totally free and has inapp purchases.
Overall the system works but you will need to buy extra batteries.
Everything with this firm was spot on I couldn't fault them at all. Return of d/washer without quibble, easy order of replacement, delivery at the stated time frankly I was very very pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended.
Box arrived when opened. I immediately thought everything looked thrown in as if someone else had this extractor fan before me. The chimney is damaged bent steelwork. Kitchen being fitted next week cannot get a replacement until the old one is sent back? Ordered a hob that looks okay. Was going to order a fridge freezer that now looks very doubtful.
My second power washer arrived wen stated Sorted everything actually the woman I spoke with was fantastic. My son will be putting all together for me on Sunday. Can’t wait to have a go with it. Many thanks
Great service, good communications and purchase arrived a day earlier than the company stated it would, package was in good order and product was as advertised - cant ask for anymore than that.
Where to start... this company has disgusting customer service. I spent near on £2000.00 with them for appliances for our 1st home too firstly be let down on the DAY off delivery via email stating the appliances would not be delivered to then get hung up on 4 times!. We have a new born baby and we couldn't move into our home for another 4 days because we couldn't get our appliances!!
Then we "tried" to put together the sham off a BBQ for it to be defective. The lid doesn't close, the door falls off, the wheels fall off. I wouldn't risk lighting the thing just incase!
I contact them to be told its fine it could be collect and a replacement or refund would issued. I got a confirmation email regarding this which was great and they just asked for photos which i obviously supplied. It stated on the email that someone would contact me within 24 hours to discuss collection, this didn't happen and i had to chase. I received an email back stating they would refund me £15 or a £25 voucher if i wished to keep the defective BBQ hahah! what good is that to me!. Long story cut short the service is shocking so are appliances. I now need to purchase a massive box to try and fit this heap into or waste another 2 hours breaking it down! Dont waste your time people.
Called in advance to give the ETA. Very friendly, helpful, experienced and efficient. Would recommend and will use again. Same experience as the first time I had used this company.
Good product, fairly priced - overall good experience.
Only comment would be that the delivery drivers didn't call ahead 30 minutes before their arrival (as I was informed they would do) so I nearly missed them, but luckily I was only 10 minutes from home at the time.
You say in product description it comes with 4x20m cables when in fact it is 4x15m cables more then disappointing as I needed 20m cables? As to rest of quality not sure yet as yet to connect it up.
Text received saying to arrrive Wednesday.. arrived Thursday in 2 separate parcels in 2 separate dhl delivery’s .
Bbq very poor quality for the money . Finish shocking !
