I was very happy with the in store service and advice in my purchase of a Vegepod. On assembly of the Vegepod, I discovered there was one component missing. The support staff were very helpful and arranged the missing component to be sent directly to me from the supplier.

It took me a little while to make up my mind. However, once my queries were answered I placed my order. To my surprise, the order was shipped the same day I placed my order. In all the time I ordered online no company ever despatched the same day. Congratulations.

great service, there is a web site that gives Aquagardening a bad review, it made me nervous but after speaking with Julian who is very good at making you feel at ease I trusted place order and the next day received the order, Good guys, Good Company to trust and do business with.

My first attempt with Hydroponics, some 40 years ago, started well, but then I ran into issues with the plant’s ongoing nutritional requirements, and my yield was a bit sad. ☹ However, I’m now giving it another go, but this time around, with all of the specialist advice, and custom gear that I can now get from Aqua Gardening, I’m confident that this time around, I’ll have it all sorted.

I needed 5 large bags of expanded clay balls. I rang up to order them. The gentleman I spoke to told me he was too busy to take my order and to just go online and buy them there, then virtually hung up on me. So after looking online for expanded clay balls I found a store that was selling them closer to me and also $5 a bag cheaper. So I suppose I should be giving them a higher score as it was a $25 saving for me. But I really don't like to be fobbed off by a store I am trying to make a purchase from.

Says they will send the items in stock separately but didn't and sent it all together days later. How is that express fast shipping from brisbane? Now my items have been sitting in an aus post warehouse for a week when I payed for express postage. Thanks for wasting my time.

The person who served us was super helpful. He listened to what we were trying to do, suggested cost-effective products and answered our rookie questions!
The store is a bit surprising in that you can't just browse the products, but the demo setups are really inspiring.

I've dealt with Aqua Garding for at least 8 years and I have always received excellent service. And I have found that all the staff to be both friendly and helpful.
Rest assured Aqua Gardening will always be my one-stop shop for all things aqusponic and hydroponic.

Great range, good prices, super fast delivery.
What's more important is that I twice had issues with my order - the first time was totally my fault (adding an extra item afterwards and confusing the payment & shipping arrangements); the second was with an item that was missing from my original order (two of the same ordered, only one shipped).
In both cases Aqua Gardening staff were so helpful, both on the phone and over email. Both issues were sorted quickly and at no extra cost to me.
Mistakes happen but the deciding factor is how those mistakes are resolved. Aqua Gardening dealt with these minor hiccups, quickly and professionally. I couldn't have asked for better services.
I would not hesitate in recommending Aqua Gardening to any potential customer.

I’ve been buying from aqua gardening for 4 years I find that if there is an issue with an order they will get it sorted out and always give you options and there fast delivery service is the best out of any gardening shop I have shopped at other stores and waited 1-2 weeks were aqua are within the week and that’s the service that keeps me going back good variety across the gardening world and are only to happy to take your call and talk about products cheers paul

I had a failure with a pond light that I purchased a bit over a year ago. Quick online chat, a couple of emails back and forth then u dried into the store to confirm the light was deceased. The staff there contacted the supplier and replaced my light quickly. Very happy with the after sales support, something that many companies lack these days. Very refreshing to find a business that cares. Always found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful.

Freely available information for all hydroponic and aquaponic enthusiasts from beginners to advanced, from sowing seed to harvest.
Products I ordered were dispatched the next day.

Fantastic team who do actually go that extra mile in providing truthful and accurate information and support, regardless of how much or little you have to spend. Everything they sell has been tried and tested in house and anything that failed the test or is returned due to malfunction of the manufacturer is promptly replaced. And that integrity has been the same since I walked into the shop 30 years ago. A good combination of ol school sales and service and new school information and technology.

Ive been using aquagardening.com.au for years. I have found them to be one of the quickest, most reliable and cost effective companies to buy all your aquaponics and hydroponic equipment through online. If your looking for an item and they have it within their product range you can rest 100% with peace of mind that they are looking after your order and you.

The people at the desk were friendly and helpful. However the shop is now not what it was, as the inventory is now off limits in a “ warehouse” unlike earlier when it was possible to see exactly what something looked like before buying. Online buying is never as good.
Please bring back the shop as it was, it’s disappointing it’s come to this.Also simple things like extra T 5 lights were not on site and had to be ordered in, so one trip was wasted.
On demand stock should be readily available on the floor at all times.

I am not a serial whinger but, you didn't answer your phjoner when I rang it many times.
Your website is confusing and I couldn't see a list of all your vege seeds. I imagine there are many and if so the site is well hidden.
It remains to be seen if my seeds arrive!!!

As i placed my order online, i never actually spoke to any humans(lol). I placed my order on Sunday afternoon and Monday mornings i was receiving confirmation that the order was shipped.
It arrived Tuesday morning, packed with perfectionism and the utmost highest standards that i have seen in a very long time.
