Customer service was excellent & above all, the website said the item was in stock & it was, shipped next day & arrived in 2 days. With so many online shops using the 'in stock' ploy to get your money, then sending you an email saying it's temporarily unavailable & the item doesn't arrive for weeks is very annoying, unprofessional & dishonest.

I purchased the Tatonka s/steel alcohol stove & flame adjuster to replace a cracked Trangia brass burner. This Tatonka alcohol stove should outlast me. It arrived in good time & well packed from Aussie Storm Shop. Very happy with my purchase.

Excellent customer service. I returned my first purchase as it did not meet my needs. Aussie Storm Shop refunded the purchase price (less postage) and recommended an alternative product. I ordered the alternative, and they despatched it promptly; however, I received the items too late to be of use because of postal delays. Again, Aussie Storm Shop refunded the purchase price, this time without a deduction for postage. I couldn’t ask for more.

Ordered a nice quantity of waterproof matches for the homestead and my "Branch from the Trolls movie" bunker - according to my kids.
Quick delivery via post.
Matches are nice and thick shafted (heh-heh) with a generous round red shiny head (okay I'll stop now!) and the boxes have dual striking surfaces and come paper wrapped - so the item itself is plastic-free.
Pricing was the most competitive for the intermediate quantity (more than a couple hundred but way less than 10,000 kinda area) 900 matches, 20 boxes of 45 in bulk lots of 10 wrapped in paper for $39.90.
I put about 45 minutes into researching available options in waterproof matches; comparing sellers on multiple worldwide platforms and arrived here for the best deal hands down.

I purchased a Vargo Hexagon Wood Stove (S/steel) & a Vargo Converter Stove along with a Vargo Folding windscreen. Great products & always great service from Aussie Storm Shop. I received my radio very quickly.However, I sent you an email with a query about it being powered by the sun(as well).I think I misunderstood when I bought it but a reply would have been appreciated.I am 87 years of age(at the GC) and was considering coming out to see your place but I think I saw it was at Beaudesert and I don't really know how to get there. I am interested in(maybe) getting some kind of solar assistance=to keep the frig and smallappliances going but I can only see where it will keep a 12v(caravan) frig going. I live in a unit which, I think, faces north.It is on the southern side of the lake opposite Bond Uni(if you are familiar) I have a balcony which would give me some room but so far I am too confused about what is needed. Wish you were closer
as I think we are going to see some very bad times in the near future.
