I purchased this app with the extra support final cost $129 and change. I was unable to even install this app so it was never activated. I asked for a refund and was told it would be there within four business days that was a month ago. The toll free customer service number is a robot directing you to a customer support email address. I did get a response saying that there was a delay in their processing and that my refund was on the way. After another week of that Auto Forward told me that my refund had been turned over to a refund supervisor to which I have had no refund and no response. It is impossible to actually talk to a real representative this is a scam they will take your money and not refund it as they promise stay far far away from this program

I never had to touch the phone to spy on it using auto forward. All I did was activate the software and I could see I messages text messages and calls and GPS. This program even let me see the snapshot history and other social media like Facebook and Twitter. It really did put my mind at ease and help me set my life in a new direction because now I was able to find out what I needed to know. The program itself worked very good. There were no problems and it was easy to get going. Before I bought I made sure I called the number to make sure that it was a real company and the people on the phone were very helpful and courteous. Auto Forward answered all my questions before I bought so I felt confident making my purchase. I'm glad I did it works well.

BUT I would not be complaining if it really was what they advertised! YOU ACTUALLY DO NEED THE OTHER PHONE TO INSTALL!

I rarely write review about company but I am taking my time this morning to help other potential consumers. I purchased the software from autoforward since 4/4/16, now it is 4/9/16 I still don't receive any data when I log in to my account. Auto Forward tell you witching 48hrs you should receive data from the target device but they are lying. When contact them they say I will start receive data soon which never happens. I requested for a refund before my 10days grace period, they told me I used the product key therefore o could not a refund. I had to disputed the charge with my credit card company which I don't know what will happen. This company is robbing people. I am asking you all you want to find out if your loved one is cheating, please stay away from auto-forward. Please look at other software instead. I had to write this review to help future cunsumers.If you read my review and stool decide to go with them, you will see what I am talking about.At least I do my job as victim to help future victim. I hope this review help you.

Auto forward made me feel like a professional PI only I didn't have to follow him around. I saw a website that had a video demo that showed a guy holding a cell phone and installing the software. He made it look really simple so I decided to buy it. I was very pleased that the app itself was just like the one in the video. I have bought products before that do not resemble the product depicted in reviews, but this one did. It took me literally less than 2 minutes to activate the app. I am guessing that within about 5 minutes or less I started getting results from the target phone. It seemed like texts and things were coming rather quickly, almost as quickly as Auto Forward were being exchanged on the phone itself. This is a very good app. Very happy here.

By promising what they do not deliver. I was charged $69.00 for the App, which includes a 1 on 1 helpline for $30. One year extended warranty that I did not ask nor was told had to be purchased another $30. Lots of hidden fees. A total of $130 for use whatsoever. There isn't a person to answer their phones You get transfer to voicemail always. Their return policy is 14 Days and it covers every legitimate reasonable consequence from the purchase. Nowhere in the description says you need the consent of the owner of the targeted Device. Autoforward also has to be downloaded on the targeted device. For Anyone that suspects their significant other is cheating and needs to be sure, DO Not spend a penny on this App. It is also

A big five-star rating to this company. Auto Forward have the best customer service of any software company I have dealt with. Super helpful. Super courteous. Super professional. From top to bottom these folks did a fantastic job for me.

I am definitely not the most tech savvy person in the world. In fact, I'm one of those people who has a hard time using a cell phone to just make a phone call. So when I bought this program I was a little nervous that I may not be able to figure out how to use it. With the help of their excellent support staff I was able to easily use the program and get the information that I needed from the phone I was monitoring.

There's no way the world that could of done it without these people. Thank you so much.

I usually read reviews before buying any product but I made a mistake of not doing so with them. I'll give this app a zero star if it was an option. Auto Forward double charged my account(photo included). The app itself was completely useless.
They state that you can get a full refund within 14 days. I asked for mine on the 4 th day which was early July. They've been "refunding" my money since then but I haven't received it. Last I heard from them was July 21 st saying the money will be refunded within 3 days and had a "tracking number" to make sure it got to me. No word or refund on August 10th so I wrote another follow up email to them. 6 days later and still no sign of my money, or a word from them.
They don't have a number where you can talk to a real person, and I had requested for this as going back and forth via email is tedious.
Purchase from them at your own risk.

I bought this product and was very excited to use it. Unfortunately, it never worked. I contacted support several times and never heard back. I tried to cancel my subscription from in product link, but it just presented me an error message. I requested a refund and was flatly denied and shown a link to the policy. The policy is a bit of a bait and switch. Auto Forward suggest "money back guarantee if not fully satisfied" however that is not the case. Bascially you have 30 days, but if you don't like it or it doesn't work that doesn't matter. I am actually not quite sure what would allow for a refund, because by definition, i would need to use the product to decide if i wanted it or not. They say if you use it at all, you do not qualify for a refund. It is a terrible product, which doesn't work and the usability is blow mediocre and they draw you in with a 30 day "trial" but really once you pay, they aren't going to give your money back. I strongly recommend using something like teensafe. This is an unfortunate and sketchy business.

I purchased a license a month ago and tried to understand how to install this service! I am not the most tech savvy person but i can follow directions pretty well! I initially installed it non-jail broken iPhone 5s remotely from my computer and that did not work! So tech support said that I must install it on the device that I am trying to survey. Plus Auto Forward have not updated their software to the current iSO 9.3 update that iPhone went through. So they gave me another shot with a new license. I installed it using the device i wanted to review... still nothing. Tech support says that it may take 24 to 48 hours. Well this is a week later and still nothing. I read and re-read the instructions... I monitor the site that they gave me to view the info. NOTHING ever came in and I saw nothing - NO CALLS, NO EMAILS, NO TEXTS not a single shred of info came in but I had only a few days before the 10 day period for a refund was up. So I emailed my problem and said I wish to request a refund. I get a response back 3 days later that I am not eligible for a refund because... MY LICENSE HAS BEEN USED! Of course it has been used! How else am I supposed to see if it will work! I think that this is a poorly setup service and it is a scam because now i am down $70 with nothing to show for it!

I am always on the road with my job so was important to me to find a program that can monitor phone without actually having it. Auto forward gave me that option and I'm very happy to say that it did a very good job. I consider myself to be a novice when it comes to cell phones so was very helpful to have their support staff available to me. I had several questions while setting up the program and Auto Forward were available to help me and made it very easy. I probably could've done without them but it was nice to know they were there anyway. Very helpful, very professional. If you're like me and have difficulty sometimes with tech gadgets you should really go this program. They will make the process easy for you to make sure that you don't waste money

I have check out several software for tracking you phone and text message for the Phone and we brought and tested this software and it's a total Rip Off! Auto Forward know that the software is not working like it should work and when you try and get your refund back in the 14 days they keep answering you but keep doing that till the 14 days are gone. Then they shoot you there refund policy. Please don't waste you money on this software
Also the software is suppose to be for $69.99 Dollars and they make it look like you are suppose to buy the Extended Download Warranty and a Live 1 on 1 Telephone support which total package was $129.97 dollars.
I never was able to do a live one on one with them.
Also if you check them out on the BBB they have a F Grade. Wish i would have gone down that road First and i would never have fell for their software.
As you can see the software will get the some photos but NO Text messages from any of the social Media Sites.

My daughter is the rebellious type. She always does exactly the opposite of what I ask from her. I heard from my friend who was one of their teachers that my daughter is getting involved with some "emo" group in school, and that this group was into drugs.

I have seen Auto Forward on Youtube once and the software made an impact to me. I knew it was something I could really use.

So I purchased the software, installed in secretly on my daughter's phone and then I started tracking her cell phone activities.

We had a huge argument a week ago wherein I took away her credit card (but not her phone, of course!)

In the middle of the night, she sneaked out and took the keys and drove away in my car. If it weren't for the dog, I wouldn't have woken up.

So I took my computer and tracked her location using Auto Forward's GPS locator feature. My husband and I drove to the location and found her with the "emo" group she loved to hang out so much with.

After another argument and force, we were finally able to take her back home.

Up until now, she's wondering how we were able to trace her location that night she ran away. Lol! :)

This app is awesome! Just like in the video I saw on the website. All I did was install it into the telephone number and within just a few minutes I had all the information I needed. When I saw the video I really didn't believe it so I did some searching, read some reviews and finally decided to give it a shot. I know a lot of the stuff we see on the Internet is just garbage, but this wasn't. It delivered on everything it was advertised to do. The best thing about it was the text messages and call recordings. Nice and easy to read, easy to listen to. Got me all the information I need to move on with my life. I suppose I already knew but some kind of sick curiosity just made me want to find out a little bit more. At the end of the day, I'm glad I did. I highly recommend this after anybody in a situation that requires you to get information from a cell phone.

This software has NOT WORKED since I purchased the software. I wanted this for my 16 year old's iphone and didn't want to jailbreak it. After installing the software and it not working I found out from the customer rep that the software didn't work on the current iPhone version. So even though their website said it worked with v9 it didn't work with v9.2 or v9.3. After a month of it still not working and the customer rep no longer responding to my emails I requested a refund from Auto Forward. After Auto Forward received my email the company did something that pulled texts from 2015 and used that to turn down my refund. It pulled some additional texts one other time but it still is not giving me all the information it says that it can & the GPS has NEVER worked. When my refund was turned down they told me to contact support but they haven't responded.

I used this program to monitor my son's iPhone. I am never able to get a hold of his phone so I bought this program because it said you only need to have the Apple ID and password. I'm happy to say that autoforward worked exactly as it was advertised to work. All I did was enter the Apple ID and password of my son's phone and within a short period of time I had in front of me everything that was on his phone. The GPS function worked very well because it gave me a history of where he had been. This was very valuable to me because I'm always concerned with where he is and who he is with. The next most important thing to me with text messages. These were also gathered very well and displayed very neatly in my account. I like the way it broke up the conversations and displayed the dates and times of each text message making it very easy to follow conversation. This is a good piece of software anybody who needs to monitor iPhone. I know everybody's situation differs but it seems Auto Forward will do quite well.

Since I've been burned so my times with online scams, I make it a point to notify as many people as I possibly can when I come across a piece of software or product or company that actually does what Auto Forward say they do. This is one of them. You do not have to worry about this product working because it does. I have use this to monitor several cell phones of both families and workers and it works perfectly each and every time. I had a few issues with some of the features but all I had to do was go on the phone with the customer support rep and they were eager to help me out and resolve my issue literally within minutes. No waiting on hold, no nasty tech people. Just place people to help you out. I definitely give this company five stars!
