AWARD RV SUPERSTORE

Purchased a product
It’s broken faulty after a month
Told me parts only warranty
Once I tried replacing a part sent it did not work
Asked to refund or swap the water heater with a new one
Said send it back at my cost and see what they will do
Weeks without hot water and waiting on fair trading to come back to me

Been shopping here for 20 years fitting out numerous vans but getting a bit over the customer service. One bloke is pretty smug and seems to consider customers as morons. We avoid him now. Award also gave me attitude when I asked about a $2000 order. So I canceled it and bought elsewhere

When I rang to see if I could get a new HWS fitted in our Caravan,I was a little concerned after only talking to a receptionist however once I was put in touch with Bruce everything fell into place and after delivering the Van on Monday afternoon the new unit was fitted by Rob and we picked the Van up on Wednesday.
Very impressed with the professional way in which my urgent request was handled.

The whole experience was exceptional,Dave Tatnell was excellent, he was polite ,knowledgeable and very helpful in catering for my needs.Delivery was as promised,spot on RV.
Yesterday when fitting a previous purchase of hot water service the gas solenoid was not functioning. A call to RV and the Tech guy , he couldn’t solve the problem over the phone,so sourced a replacement from a store they supply in a nearby town. Problem solved and upcoming weekend away saved.Couldn’t speak highly enough of RV Award and the staff,all friendly and willing to in any way

Great store with a good range of products at a reasonable price. Would love to visit their store and would probably spend hours browsing the shelves. Responsive online store with quick delivery. I will definitely be back.

Have a 2015 Mercedes Sprinter van. Converting into a camper. These guys have EVERYTHING I've needed to get the job done (including the kitchen sink😉). Generators, water tanks, toilets, fridges, stoves, batteries, inverters, chargers, wind out awnings, plumbing and electrical supplies..... The lot! Friendly, knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. A tick in every box. 👍😁

I Have been going back and forward to award RV for the last two years now, and everyone exceeded my expectations each time I walked into the store, even during a hectic time for the business.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Casey, Richard and David. Their experience, professionalism and customer service are exceptional, which is why I kept going back to the store to purchase everything I needed for my motor home conversion.
David was always approachable and willing to get out of his way to order what I needed at a better price :)
Casey is a man in demand, very knowledgable, generous, and constantly getting out of his way to help every customer.
He is "an asset to Award Rv."
Richard has a straightforward approach to his knowledge and is always assertive in problem-solving and customer needs.
Having this three-man under one roof is very rare to find.
Also, the girls were always friendly And constantly working hard to make sure customers got the best of their service.
There wasn't a moment I felt disregarded by any of the staff members at Award RV.
Recently I had Casey and Richard look at an electrical issue I was having with my motor home, and they went out and above to sort out the problem at no cost.
I understand why the company is so successful.

I contacted Award RV about these items several times thier help. I Waited 5 days at a time for a response and had to follow-up many times to get a response. In the end I ordered the parts I needed without knowing if it was going to be suitable. One of the items was correct the other was not.
I cannot be bothered dealing with Award RV to return this item

This is a great store for caravan and camping supplies, if there are any issues with the product or delivery ( which is very rarely ) their customer service is fantastic and they resolve issues instead of ignoring them. I will continue to buy from award rv.

Customer service was terrible I rang to find availability on part they said they would ring back they didn’t I visited store as I needed part they said they would ring me they haven’t quoted $200 got it for $60 elsewhere hopeless customer service

PURCHASED A DINING SET FOR THE CARAVAN AT THE CARAVAN SHOW, UPON OPENING THE PACKAGE TO WASH THE PLATES ETC NOTICED A SMALL PLATE MISSING, PHONED THE STORE AND INFORMED THEM OF MISSING PIECE, PURCHASED WEDNESDAY, PHONED THURSDAY RECEIVED REPLACEMENT MONDAY, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD, WELL DONE GUYS AND GIRLS, MY NEW FAVOURITE CAMPING STORE.

Ordered a Dometic Ibis 4 air conditioner for the caravan over the phone. The sales person was really knowledgeable and super helpful. Package was shipped interstate and delivered to caravan workshop. Only took a couple of days to arrive. Very impressed.

Good Morning i recently purchased two lids (hatches) for my caravan on speaking to the young man i told him that they were Ventline and he said that they had heaps which i was very happy with i also told him that i had the code so that i would get the right ones where he said that he didnt need it and passed me onto the lady who would do the paperwork for the lids, where i told her that i had the code for the lids which she replied i dont need it,my existing lids are 14" the lids that arrived yesterday were 13"so now i have two new lids that dont fit, can you help fix this problem and im happy to send them back.Cheers Chris

Excellent to deal with purchased online for the first time, normally just go to the shop to browse and buy, but this time to pick up an order.

Casey & Pim we’re fantastic helping and answering all my questions. I was then able to purchase the correct solar system gear, cabling, battery etc and a 12volt solar Bushman fridge/freezer for my on-site van.

WOW what a fantastic store this is. They have absolutely everything you can imagine for. And a big 10 out of 10 for their friendly and wise staff. I’ll always get my caravan needs here, even if I have to come from the other side of town as I do. Well worth the trip.

I just purchased a new fridge for my caravan.
Plus other accessories, with the accessories there was two issued.
Both were delt with in a professional and prompt maner.
I have no hesitation in recommending the store to anyone wishing to purchase
RV accessories.

Booked my campervan in for repair to damaged awning. Booking process went smoothly, and I transfered the required deposit into their bank account. When I arrived on the morning, I was delighted to learn that the repairs would cost several hundred dollars less than I'd been quoted. The work was completed in a timely manner, and again, I was very happy to learn that I would receive a refund from the money that I'd alread sent through. Later that evening the refund was deposited into my bank account. The work has a 12 month guarantee, which is reassuring. Overall, an honest company, and good to work with.

And the 10v outlet plug didn't fit, and you didn't have the plastic spacer,
I have returned them to Ferntree gully and David V knows about the problem, and arrangements made for a refund once you have the returned items.

You have large range of products and a captive market. You offer 10% discount with your Aware RV card however a large percentage of your products are on sale, reduced from over inflated prices, so the discount card is point less.
