I had ordered the same style mirror on Overstock for considerably more money. After waiting two weeks, Bailey Street Home finally informed me the mirror is out of stock. When I searched further, I came up Bailey Street. You had the mirror and you guarantee shipping. I'm looking forward to receiving the mirror and shopping again with Bailey Street.

They've had my money for more than a week and cannot yet tell me when the product might be delivered. I sincerely regret having made this purchase. From what I've been reading, this appears to be standard, including lack of access to real people for customer service. Had I just gone to Home Depot or such, my light would have been installed a week ago.
BTW, I would have given NO STARS if the site would have allowed it.

I ordered a lamp and then changed my mind. The order had not shipped but Bailey Street Home said they were not able to stop it from being shipped. I do not understand why it could not be stopped when it had not shipped. I need to return but don't feel I should have to pay to have it returned.

I was in search of a unique pair of bookends and found one that I really liked but it was higher than I wanted to pay for them at a couple of other retailers. After doing a deep dive, I found them on sale at BSH! The sales department was great to deal with and Bailey Street Home are guaranteed to ship the same day you order. I couldn't ask for anything more!

Well this is the second time that I ordered this same item from your company, the first order had some type of problem of which I never found out, because every time that I tried to contact you, you never returned my email or phone messages, I also attempted to hold on your phone line all that I heard were some really bad jokes and how you understand how holding on the phone is so bad, I waited so long that I gave up.So let's hope that this time and this order will go smoothly otherwise there won't be a third time. Thank you and let's hope this time is a smooth transaction.

I enjoyed looking through the Bailey Street Home inventory. I came looking for a specific easel and I think I found it! I do wish there could be a photo of it in use because although the dimensions are in the description it would be nice to see the scale of it in relation to a piece of furniture, art or person! Thanks!

I ordered 2 crystal lamps twice from this company. What I received were 2 very ugly cheap looking plates, BOTH times.

I called and emailed multiple times and never received a response.

Fortunately, I ordered them through Walmart and received my money back.

I'm convinced Bailey Street Home are a scam.

Took a very long time to receive first order.

Purchased a big, blue amphora-style vase. Looked great online, did not translate as well in my home:(
FedEx and UPS and USPS were charging as much as my item cost (!) for the return postage.
I thought I was sunk, would have to gift it, or sell it on Offer Up!
You may have to wait for it, and feel like you're stuck with the product you don't want

It would not take my email to give me 25% off. It would not take my email so I could be billed or have the products sent to me. I had to use my husbands email address. To me the prices kept changing so I felt like this might not be a legit site. I took a chance and ordered anyway. That doesn't make a person want to come back to reorder.

I ordered late night on 8/19/20, but my credit card information was off by one number. Bailey Street Home called me bright and early the next day for a correct number. My order was confirmed on 8/20/20.
I received an email that my order shipped on 8/24/20, and I was billed in full, but the "FedEx" tracking number they provided came back as invalid. On 8/26/20 when it still didn't work, I followed the directions on their site and emailed them about the issue. It's been six days, and I have still received no response.
Meanwhile... I received a text on 8/26/20 from R & L delivery saying I need to call for a freight delivery from Elk Lighting. Oddly enough, I had actually ordered something from Elk Lighting- but it was a six pound lamp, not a "127 pound pallet of merchandise" as the delivery company described it. They weren't sure what it was beyond that. We both assumed there had probably been some mix-up, and they attempted to call the company, but they were unable to speak to anyone. They left a message that went unreturned for sometime.
You might have guessed by now, that R & L was trying to deliver my dresser... but with a different merchant name, a different shipping company, an invalid tracking number, no response when they tried to contact the shipper, and no response when I tried to contact Bailey Street, it was not a smooth hand off.
I should mention that I've ordered quite a few home items lately, including multiple pieces of furniture and several light fixtures. If I'd only had one outstanding order from one company, the situation might have been easier to figure out.
Anyway... The dresser eventually arrived on 9/1/20 and it is BEAUTIFUL and in perfect condition. I got a VERY good deal on it, and I would probably order from this company again. I would be a little on edge, though. It seems like they are slow or absent when it comes to responding to questions or problems after payment has been made.

It was confusing with confirming the email address and trying to create an account. It asked to confirm an email first but it didn't ask to create a password so when I tried to login it doesn't recognize the password because there isn't one. When I tried to create an account using the confirmed email, it tells me that email already been used. I just want to make sure I received my 10% for being a 'member'.

This was my first and will be my last time shopping with Bailey Street Home! I received a damaged clock and requested a replacement. I received an email requesting pictures. I sent in pictures and a video of the clock with no response. I called customer service the rep said she would submit a ticket and someone would reach out to me via email within 24 hrs. I never received an email. Called back…same response. Buyers be ware… if you receive a damaged item, don't expect the replacement or refund process to go smoothly! I will NEVER shop with this company again!

On 5/1 I purchased a mirror that was advertised as being "in stock" and "Ships in within 24-48 hours". I kept checking for shipping confirmation and a week or so later got a message saying it was delayed until 6/10... then 6/10 came and I had a message that it was delayed until 7/10. Then 8/10... now the message says delayed until further notice. False advertisement saying it was in stock and guaranteeing delivery. No one ever answers phones and no response to any of the emails I have sent. This is a scam company. Bailey Street Home had no problem charging my debit card on 5/1. If I could give zero stars I would. No only has this been a disappointment because I do not have the promised/purchased product but I had now spent hours calling, emailing, and checking to see where it is. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Receive 3 of the four lights not broken. Since July, it's now October we have 3 new lights and one old one that is a 100% different. The glass was broken and Bailey Street Home told me a replacement order was out in, over a month goes by and I call and they tell me it will be in stock Sept 24. On September 25 I get an email saying it'll be mid November. This is unacceptable service. I requested a full return and they refused. I put a dispute in to PayPal and they finally tell me they will send a whole new light. I don't care I just want a complete set of four outdoor lights and waiting more than four months to resolve is unacceptable. If I don't have a full set I will dispute again and report to the better business bureau. I've had better service from Wayfair and Overstock!

I've called 3x and spent a total of 4.5 hours on hold and still haven't gotten to speak to a single live person at this company. Bailey Street Home had emailed me to inform me that the item I ordered is on backorder and that I should call them if I have questions. So that's what I've wasted 4.5 hours so far trying to do. I've left 2 voicemails as well and haven't received a call back. I've also emailed them and haven't received a response. Horrible experience.

My experience with this place was the worst customer service ever, I was trying to place an order for a desk and when it went into my cart it was taken out and the price changed. I called several times was on hold for a very long time and then finally got someone in customer service Bailey Street Home always said that is not my department I was transferred to a voice mail with no return calls emails were not answered as well, would not recommend as there are real companies that appreciate their customers.

I had originally purchased a sideboard that was shipped quickly. The item arrived damaged (shipper said it was damaged during transport). I refused the item and BaileyStreet issued a refund immediately. Just purchased another item through them because I know Bailey Street Home are easy to deal with.

I called about another headboard and was told 2 were in stock so I pushed the button to order (already had it filled out) and more were coming in that day. Now I find out Bailey Street Home aren't available until 9/15/20. So I've been on the phone for 1 1/2 hrs to see if 2 Queen 2499 BEL 3334077 are in stock. Please let me know so I don't have to purchase from another company. Thank you for feedback to let me know if they are available. Otherwise I will have to cancel my order.
