B&H carries a HUGE inventory of photography equipment! They are my first stop for all the things I can't buy locally in my own town. Website is easy to navigate; placing an order is easy and they handle the duty/shipping to Canada for me!

I was able to get the product quickly. I do like to talk with an employee, but that was not necessary since the company showed me the product and explain though statements what i wanted and needed. The photos of the product were excellent.

ITEMS AND STOCK IS ALWAYS GOOD BUT SHIPPING IS AWFUL ALWAYS 5 DAYS OR MORE UNLESS YOU PAY THROUGH THE NOSE FOR IT AND OVERNIGHT SHIPPING IS AT LEAST$15 AND IF YOU ORDER ON A FRIDAY MORNING YOUR DELIVERY DATE IS THAT FOLLOWING TUESDAY NOT OVERNIGHT THE WAY I SEE IT

Today I ordered a DJI Gimbal online today at 12:30 with comformation email saying it was being packed or shipment. Twenty minutes later I got an email saying my order was canceled. Then at 1315 their was a third order and then followed by a text from my bank saying they canceled my card due to fraud activity. I called and the nice lady said for me to use a different card and screenshot showing the funds were taken out and the screenshot clearly shows it was taken out. I called back later on in the evening and was told their was never a transaction for 770 and will not help me. Now I'm out of $770 until B&H refunds the funds so I can again try to get the Gimbal and I will never do business with B&H again

Helped me resolve an issue getting a microphone stand adapter when the vendors' spec sheet was wrong. They checked the item in the store and confirmed the error and found me the correct adapter. Awesome support!

Usually, receive my orders within two days of placing orders. And when orders were lost, I filled out a report and got a replacement shortly afterward.

AWEFUL experience. They sent me a defective laptop and told me their policy is no returns for opened computers regardless if it is defective upon receipt. Never again will I buy from someone with out checking return policy. Ill stick with tried and true companies.

everytime the site is seamless, no issues, fast, lots online but also easy to add to wish list or to be notifed if not in stock. easy shipping to canada - never an issue.
