I purchased a LED Creative Astronaut Galaxy Projector Lamp Gypsophila Projection Starry Night Light for Children Home Decor for my granddaughter & we were excitedly looking forward to setting it up in her bedroom.
Unfortunately, right out of the box, it did not work. I read the instructions carefully to make sure I had done everything correctly. I had.
I contacted Banggood with the promise of a response within 24 hours. Over a week later, I have had to contact them again about getting a replacement. Still no response so far. I still want the item and from the reviews it looks good when it works, but am a bit disappointed in Banggood's lack of response. Hopefully they will contact me soon and resolve the issue.

I am happy with it , it helps me to sit with almost no pain anymore in my left hip while sitting ,there is only one remark it is to short for me as adult , it should be just 5 cm longer on the back or on the front .
I try to share a photo of it,it is taken on a normal chair 🪑 i use when is sit in my kitchen .

Purchased 3 sets. Two of them do not work at all. Next time I will buy at a local seller. There it sure will be more expensive but if there are any problems, they are easier to solve. One working set out of three means I have payed for the working one three times the price. More expensive wouldn't be locally.

Quality is there so far, some minor imperfections on one product like a lack of perfect symmetry.
overall prices are mostly okay (still be careful as the website is not always the cheapest)

they refuse to refund me for the return shipping of returned product. They agreed to refund me and I actually return shipped it cheaper than they expected. Now they only want to give me the COG so I'm out over $60 cause the went back on their word.

Taken for a flight.
Very crude plane on a gusty day but the results were brilliant.

First ever order from banggood, product seems to be good, haven't used it yet just opened and inspected items and they seem true to the online description. Delivery was as scheduled and arrived on time. Had an unclear time with warranty activation and I still don't know if I registered the warranty info correctly or not but for the price of the tool I can gamble. I’ve ordered a number of different tools and workshop equipment from Banggood. In every occasion they have arrived reasonably quickly (the most recent arrived in 17 days from China to the UK), and I have been happy with the quality of the items.

We got our order today it doesn't take long to deliver and the product seems good and complete arrived . But the only problem is the delivery courier man left the package outside door and never called before delivery. So that was a bit scary gladly no one steal it. I hope next time they call us or the number provide on the address. But other than that the package arrived safe and we are satisfied with it.

Many times my experience has been that the items ordered are notified as shipped from the origin country and having reached the destination country viz. India. After that the items go missing and Bangood's India office/ seller does not solve the issue and finally I have lost amounts. Going by my experience, once can order keeping in mind that there is only 50% chance of getting the order delivered.
