DO NOT BUY
I ordered 3 banners for various events for my company. We order banners fairly often, so we were looking for other suppliers that could deliver quickly. I ordered an 8'x8' backdrop for already existing 8x8 frames. We receive the banners promptly, but the backdrops do not fit on our stand. We measure and the backdrops are actually 7.5'x7.5' and the material does not stretch so there isn't a way to get them on the stand. The answer from customer service was basically that we needed to buy their stands, then it will make it an 8'x8'. What? No. A unit of measurement is standard, and there was no indicator on the product description that it the actual size would be anything different. The actual size of the banner and frame are 7.5'x7.5'. Their product is being falsely advertised and BannerBuzz Canada will scam you out of your money and their customer satisfaction guarantee is a lie. I will post this review on every website I can find (except theirs, it conveniently leaves out anything negative) so people can know what they are getting into.

Your website is not user friendly for design
Your website is not user friendly for design. I do not want to pay for something before I have even seen the design and yet I was forced to pay for 1 flag even though I don't know if I will like it or not. Check out would not allow delivery to a Borden address so I had to change it to my work place.
Very frustrating.

GREAT PRODUCT AND CAN PAINT MYSELF. HOPING TO RECEIVE ON TIME THIS ORDER WITH NO ISSUES AS MY LAST ORDER HAD LOTS OF PROBLEMS.
UPDATE: RECEIVED ORDER ON TIME AND THE LETTERS(WOODEN) 10' UNPAINTED THAT I ORDERED ARE PERFECT! WE PAINTED THEM AND THE SIGN LOOKS AMAZING. GREAT QUALITY OF LETTERING. VERRY HAPPY WITH MY ORDER AND SERVICE THIS TIME!

Wasnt what I expected and came soaked
I wrote feedback recently but yet am being asked for more. I recieved my item timely and that was the only good thing about it. It was soaked when I recieved it right through to the decals themselves. Decal was purchased to put on my car however was like a sticker and didnt have a transparent backing behind it so it was pretty much just a square sticker. I cant use them and Im really not impressed because it wasnt clear in the ordering process for a transparent background behind the image

No response from company after product delivered
I waited 2 weeks longer than what I was told on the phone. I received broken parts which I need replaced but I can't get anyone to call me back after leaving several msgs with the online chat service. 3 broken parts and 1 set of legs missing and nobody to talk to.

Misleading! And apparently not their fault
I order a "reflective street sign". After exploring their site, I saw BannerBuzz Canada had lots of options. I was looking for personal street sign with my family's name on it. This one section that I made my order had numerous photos of what they would describe as the street sign they want to sell to you. Well, the sent me a proof. It was the right lettering but on the website it was the lettering in a white box. I thought okay... yeah that's what I want printed on my green street sign. Nope, showed up a white metal square with the print on it. I contacted them immediately... apparently it's my problem, and they won't do anything to help me out. The websites images that were under that category was "webart". Like alrighty then... guess I'll make sure to never spend money there again and make sure others know what they are dealing with.

Great service, and cost effective.
Very easy to use and create my own design. Always great service, and receive finished products in timely manner. I was disappointed in the quality of the frosted film as it was much thinner then previous signs I purchased from BannerBuzz. Because it was thinner, it made it much more challenging to adhere to the window without creases. I did end up with about 4 good size creases. At least BannerBuzz Canada are not overly noticeable from a distance, which is how most people will view this particular sign.

Tragically car demage with BannerBuzz magnets
I have purchased 5 magnets last year from BannerBuzz.

Before ordering I had some doubts about placing magnets on my car. My car is leased and I had to make sure that the magnets are not going to cause any damage (no structure paint changes, no color changes, no scratching etc.) I've discussed this issue with the representative and was assured that placing magnets are not going to make any damages to the color.
I removed all 5 magnets in one year of using them. Here are two pictures of my car now, you all can see there are very visible explicit color changes on every 5 spots where magnets were placed on my car. If I knew that placing magnets on my car would cause such damage, I would never purchase it! I asked the professional advice because I usually trust professionals. The representative should have explained me about the possible damage or at least to let me know company does not have such experience. Nobody told me anything like that to warn me.
I decided to fix the damages before my lease expires, so I went to the nearest body shop to get an estimate. I was shocked that it is impossible to recover the initial color and almost all car has to be repainted!
I think that Bannerbuzz has to compensate me all the expenses, I send them an email. But BannerBuzz Canada just send me back (I copy their answer):
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, but until now we've never encountered such an incident. Our magnetic signs don't leave any residue or damage the surface after usage. This is the first time we're hearing this. If it were known, then we would have mentioned it online on the website as well. Additionally, if there was any damage to the product we're here until the warranty ends and you've already experienced the same. For any other damage, there might be n number of reasons for which we can't be held liable.

Not an easy site to navigate once you get beyond the design tool as there are no instructions. The order page does not allow you to choose a recent design etc. One other comment while trying to design my banner it would only allow one text box which is a little crazy.

License plate
I happy with the looks of the plate, however I did ask twice if the plates were same as issued plates such as raised numbers and letters and told yes. Unfortunately this part wasn't true as the plate is flat.
Shipping was great as it came well b4 expected so zero issues there.

There was a miscommunication on what was include in original order. I asked multiple times for clarification and was ensured I was ordering tent top and hardware. Very disappointed. I do appreciate the attempt to give us a discount in getting the hardware but it was not much and we did not have the tent in time for our planned event.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Amazingly easy and an outstanding product!
My boat decals were super easy to make online - the website is simple and comprehensive at the same time. The product arrived quickly and it couldn't have been easier to apply to my boat. It looked better than I had hoped for.

Highly recommend this company!

Appaling service, failed to deliver and outright lies
I ordered 2 banners and 2 stands, paying priority service to receive in time for a 3 day event. All through checkout until the very last page the delivery date stated was on or before Mon 2nd Sept. On the very last page of checkout without any warning that changed to be on or before Weds 4th Sept. My event commenced at 12pm on Weds 4th Sept so I put a note in the booking that I needed these items before 10am on that day (to allow time for collection and set-up) and if that was not possible I wanted to cancel the order and find another supplier. Please let me know if this is not possible my order notes clearly stated. I also verified this with a rep in the online chat.
Fast forward to Weds 4th. Banners arrive but no stands. Great! What use are the banners without means to display them? I call customer service and after a 35 minute call, during which I was put on hold for long periods no less than 9 times, I find out that the stands are still in transit and will not arrive until the next day. (Funny my tracking details indicate the order has been delivered - no reference to a 2nd parcel so basically you just forgot to send them and rather than admit that want to fob me off with a story abut them being separated in transit and now being found). I am again assured BannerBuzz Canada will be with me before the event is due to start on Thurs and refunded the difference in cost between regular and priority shipping ($30) and given 10% off the cost of the stands. Ok not the best compensation for the inconvenience and problems caused but better than a slap in the face.
Thursday comes and goes, still no stands. Now I am really mad. That is now 2 days of my event where I haven; t been able to use the items I purchased at all. Nor did anyone bother to check up or monitor this situation.
It is now Friday. My event ends at 2pm today. Still no stands, and yet more fobbing off and lack of care from customer service when I call. I am absolutely furious.
Absolute worst service ever, and stupid really. I organize a lot of events for one of the biggest companies in the world, and this has 100% convinced me not only to never use this company again, but also ensure that no one I partner with on events does either.
I have been lied to and fibbed off repeatedly, the items purchased have not been delivered when needed despite every effort on my part to ensure that they would be, and customer service have basically fobbed me off, lied to me and washed their hands of the matter the minute the calls ended. How this company is still in business when this is the way they operate I do not know.

In this day and age, most people tend to be leary about promises made!
Overall satisfied with the experience. I did talk to one person on the phone who was less than enthusiastic. Perhaps a learning opportunity. Aside from that one person, my experience was great, product was as described and delivered on the day BannerBuzz Canada said, that is huge for me.

The first contact was not great I have to say, but the second and third contacts more than made up for the lack of enthusiasm of the first call.

Poor designers, awful customer service.
Poor designers, awful customer service. The telephone support team barely speaks English (I presume they're based in India), the chat support refers you to email support, support tickets are closed w/o resolution, and the email support refers you to design. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.

I submitted a simple vector logo for stickers, and the designers did a very sloppy job rendering. When I requested a revision, the designers took nearly a week to respond, trying to charge me $30+ more for white ink (which I did not request, and which is not in the logo).
