UPDATE: RECEIVED ORDER ON TIME AND THE LETTERS(WOODEN) 10' UNPAINTED THAT I ORDERED ARE PERFECT! WE PAINTED THEM AND THE SIGN LOOKS AMAZING. GREAT QUALITY OF LETTERING. VERRY HAPPY WITH MY ORDER AND SERVICE THIS TIME!

Before ordering I had some doubts about placing magnets on my car. My car is leased and I had to make sure that the magnets are not going to cause any damage (no structure paint changes, no color changes, no scratching etc.) I've discussed this issue with the representative and was assured that placing magnets are not going to make any damages to the color.
I removed all 5 magnets in one year of using them. Here are two pictures of my car now, you all can see there are very visible explicit color changes on every 5 spots where magnets were placed on my car. If I knew that placing magnets on my car would cause such damage, I would never purchase it! I asked the professional advice because I usually trust professionals. The representative should have explained me about the possible damage or at least to let me know company does not have such experience. Nobody told me anything like that to warn me.
I decided to fix the damages before my lease expires, so I went to the nearest body shop to get an estimate. I was shocked that it is impossible to recover the initial color and almost all car has to be repainted!
I think that Bannerbuzz has to compensate me all the expenses, I send them an email. But BannerBuzz Canada just send me back (I copy their answer):
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, but until now we've never encountered such an incident. Our magnetic signs don't leave any residue or damage the surface after usage. This is the first time we're hearing this. If it were known, then we would have mentioned it online on the website as well. Additionally, if there was any damage to the product we're here until the warranty ends and you've already experienced the same. For any other damage, there might be n number of reasons for which we can't be held liable.
I am going to claim to Court and want to warn everybody ordering BannerBuzz items
Shipping was great as it came well b4 expected so zero issues there.
I would give less than a ZERO out of 5

Fast forward to Weds 4th. Banners arrive but no stands. Great! What use are the banners without means to display them? I call customer service and after a 35 minute call, during which I was put on hold for long periods no less than 9 times, I find out that the stands are still in transit and will not arrive until the next day. (Funny my tracking details indicate the order has been delivered - no reference to a 2nd parcel so basically you just forgot to send them and rather than admit that want to fob me off with a story abut them being separated in transit and now being found). I am again assured BannerBuzz Canada will be with me before the event is due to start on Thurs and refunded the difference in cost between regular and priority shipping ($30) and given 10% off the cost of the stands. Ok not the best compensation for the inconvenience and problems caused but better than a slap in the face.
Thursday comes and goes, still no stands. Now I am really mad. That is now 2 days of my event where I haven; t been able to use the items I purchased at all. Nor did anyone bother to check up or monitor this situation.
It is now Friday. My event ends at 2pm today. Still no stands, and yet more fobbing off and lack of care from customer service when I call. I am absolutely furious.
Absolute worst service ever, and stupid really. I organize a lot of events for one of the biggest companies in the world, and this has 100% convinced me not only to never use this company again, but also ensure that no one I partner with on events does either.
I have been lied to and fibbed off repeatedly, the items purchased have not been delivered when needed despite every effort on my part to ensure that they would be, and customer service have basically fobbed me off, lied to me and washed their hands of the matter the minute the calls ended. How this company is still in business when this is the way they operate I do not know.
The first contact was not great I have to say, but the second and third contacts more than made up for the lack of enthusiasm of the first call.
I submitted a simple vector logo for stickers, and the designers did a very sloppy job rendering. When I requested a revision, the designers took nearly a week to respond, trying to charge me $30+ more for white ink (which I did not request, and which is not in the logo).
