It would be nice start a new project and pull from...
It would be nice start a new project and pull from past designs. I wanted a double sided flag, but since I started building a single, I couldn't easily upgrade. I just want both sides the same, but I had to start all over. It should be as easy as the option to DO have, where I can put a pre-made design on the back of a project... I wish I could pull onto the front too. Or just click a button to change to double sided. Otherwise you design platform was nice to work with, much easier to use than your competitors. Thanks.

I had a lot of trouble with your online-design system
I had a lot of trouble with your online-design system. First, I saved my design and could not transfer it to a 2-sided burgee flag. I had to go back and do this on Photoshop. Secondly, there was mention of design templates. I could not find these. Took me way longer than I wanted to spend. Also, the $20 for shipping is misleading. I thought I had found a good deal, but really you guys just slap on a huge shipping fee and advertise cheap prices for your flags.

Good web site
Good web site. Wish there was a text option for outlined block letters. And an option to make a solid line between text lines in a chosen color. Also, I struggled to locate the block of color backing letters on a line, i. E., white letters on a color block. I kept getting the entire banner with a background color instead of just that line of text. So I just left the whole banner white with changing colors of the main points of the banner. Maybe a more obvious instruction on the tools? Nevertheless, I think I'll be happy.

So far the process was fine I just want to look at the proof to make sure it's what I'm looking for also hopefully it arrives on time last time I ordered it it was a month late literally with no excuse or compensation from bannerbuzz

I'm in the health crisis it was a 2 ft by 4 ft banners I bought like five or six of them BannerBuzz were supposed to have my logo on one side which I sent on the picture of it and on the other side would be a picture of a dirt bike or pit bike which I also sent when they first sent it to me my logo wasn't there at all the company reopened Disneyland and I got a hold of them finally explained to him that I want my logo on one side and a dirt bike and the other side I sent them those pictures so they put it on there and they showed it to me online it looked okay to me when I got them the logo side was crooked angles French subsidiary Toshiba

Tried for a long time yesterday, went through all the online design process, then could not get page to "add to cart". Chatted for quit a while with representative, still couldn't. Signed back on tonight and started over and it finally worked. Looks like whatever the problem was is fixed, but it was very annoying. I really tried to get the products elsewhere, but everywhere else was way more expensive, only reasn I came back.

I'm only giving Banner Buzz a 2 star rating because of a few things. 1) BannerBuzz brag about offering a 20% discount for first time customers but the truth is it's limited to $50 off. That's extremely misleading when you create a shopping cart valued at several thousand dollars and then learn about the $50 off. 2) Their design tools are terrible. Very cumbersome and difficult to use (nothing like Canva).

I like my new personnalised garden flags
I really like my new garden banner. As a bonus, I was pleasantly surprised to receive support to hold my pretty little flags. I ordered 2 small personalized garden flags with photos. The rendering is really great and I'm really happy.
To save money, I chose printing on one side only and the photo is very well rendered. On the other hand, it is a little transparent, which makes the photo a little less visible. If it had to be done again, I would choose printing on both sides.
I would have liked, for the same price, to have the choice between a support or a printing 2 sides...

Poor Printing and very late shippingon the order
This is the 3rd time I have typed this comment in this order - I ordered this same hand-flag 3 weeks ago. That product arrived and was not engouhg quality to send to our customer. I have increased the DPI of the original image. The last version you sent was very poor and blurring. The material was so very thing I could hardly make out the design. If this version I ordered today is not any better then I will not order anything else from your company. This is an important order for us and our customer.

You need to go through the checkout process and see some of the issues. I wanted billing and shipping addresses to be different but it isn't clear which one you're supposed to put in first and then I put in both but then it doesn't let you choose from your saved addresses. It also defaulted to priority shipping in my cart showing $450 for shipping which almost made me abandon it but then I saw free shipping on a banner above and got confused but thought I would try to check out and see which is where I saw free shipping as an option.

End product is nice but getting there was hard.
Your website is difficult and the customer care team is very hard to communicate with. I want to use the same template for my labels as I used for my cards I've talked to multiple people about it we get to the same point where BannerBuzz think I want my business card turned into a sticker nooooo I want a product label with the same template but a different set up and that's where I loose them every single time it's like they can't think past their talking points. I would love for someone to call me and I've requested a call to no avail so even though I really love my cards my overall experience has been frustrating.

I had a very difficult time communicating with them I asked to have the same template for my label that I used for my card and long story short I still don’t have any labels.

Great experience overall
It was very easy to upload my own photos and design the cards exactly as I wanted them. The only issue I had with with the proofing process. The first proof sent to me the words had $#*!ted away from the edge, so I asked that it be corrected. On the second one BannerBuzz basically moved them back to where they had them the first time, but not to where I had originally placed them. At that point I just wanted the cards and it was good enough so I approved them. Overall I'm happy with them and it was definitely worth it for the price. They look great! So happy to have them!

AFrame sign confusion
I'll have to go back and look at the way I ordered my product, but I've ended up with 2 corflute signage boards to fix onto a blank metal AFrame sidewalk sign. I really just needed the metal printed with my graphic. I got confused when the order asked if I wanted a border. The metal boards arrived slightly bent on 2 corners - might need more protection when shipping. BannerBuzz may now rust in that spot. Still happy with the products though

I am very happy overall with bannerbuzz. I have ordered for many years with only a few problems. I can't seem to check out through the website anymore, but your phone customer support was very kind and attentive and got the order done quickly for me. He even made sure to find me the available discount! This is my first time ordering " priority overnight" I'm so glad I can always depend on you guys!

DO NOT EVEN TRY WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE A NON-PROFIT
The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. We are a federally funded non-profit that is not able to pay tax. Even after sending our tax exempt form dozens of times, and spending HOURS on the phone with them, BannerBuzz kept saying 24 hrs, 24 more hrs, 48 more hrs to update our account to reflect non-profit status so we can make our purchase sans tax. It has been endless e-mails and calls back in forth saying they don't have what they need, despite having a state issued certificate with our account number, expiration date, organization name, and address. I am pulling my hair out, I can't imagine they've never worked with non-profits before. Horrible, heartless, confusing customer service, I will NEVER recommend this company unless you want to waste your time, energy, and get on the verge of tears.

Fast, easy checkout
Fast, easy checkout - but I am not 100% sure the business cards are going to look the way I want them too. The online preview only showed one side of the card. It says Double Sided cards, but I am not sure if the second image is going to be on the back, or if BannerBuzz are going to print the same thing on front and back. BUT, that's why I requested an online proof before printing. We will see! :)

The payment portal has a bit issue
The payment portal has a bit issue. I kept entering the info so many times and it didn't take two different locations for shipping and billing addresses. Eventually I head to reach out the customer service and was told to refresh the site. Besides, the discount code for first time buyer didn't work after adding the product into the cart. Luckily I received an email days later with another code so I could apply the new one.

My sign order was misshipped and the magnetic wasn't strong enough, the signs blew off. I reached out for credit to my acount but was not offered one. The order came 3-4 wks late. I had to take pictures of the mistaken shipment I received and was put through a great deal to get reprints sent. BannerBuzz told me 2-3 days shipping, it was two more weeks. My previous card order went well.

Unexpected
Your design your own flag feature needs a lot of work. Your guy was able to walk me through it, and I appreciated his patience when his suggestions didn't work and I was getting so frustrated.
I didn't realize that BannerBuzz is an offshore company, or seems to be. The Indian accent of your tech guy doesn't mean he is in India, but the flag was mailed from India. The flag turned out better than I anticipated

The advice I was given to make the application work did not make it work, but by experimentation (I had already invested so much time I couldn't give up) and mistake I figured it out. The guy was very nice. I used to program, and I 'm sure you could fix the application so that it works as intended.

I have spent quite a bit of time trying to place my first order. I tried chat and the person disappeared. I tried calling today and it took 3 times to get through (after VERY long hold times. I still need help selecting a color for the rug I chose. I'm also scared that I had to pay for my order without a proof. If this works out, I could be placing many orders in the future. However, at this time I'm nervous about using your company.
