Banners On The Cheap

So easy to create a beautiful banner! There is a great selection of templates to work with (because sometimes starting from scratch is overwhelming, at least for me) and the editing tools are easy to use. And you really cannot beat the price for the quality...the first set of banners I ordered are still going strong, holding up to the wind, rain and sun for the multiple times we've used them. This is my second set of banners, and probably won't be my last!

Only one suggestion this trip. I couldn't go with how I was originally trying to design my banner. It would be great to have a horizontal flip, so that while using clip art or other images, they can be bookended on a text block when needed. I was wanting to have 2 doves facing each other, but could only have them facing the same way if I were to use them. Thank you BOTC for being an awesome company that I've been able to shop from for all my ministry and political needs!!!

It was good, but I would add a bit of a frustration, when I uploaded a JPG which your system said was okay, it didn't show me a proof of how it looked so I had to wait over the weekend for someone to respond to a chat, I am overseas trying to order this. So I had to upload a PDF. if there is a problem, it should state what the problem is so people can remedy it quicker instead of having to wait for someone to be there after the weekend.

I ordered a banner payed to get it shipping within 2 days
Got an email saying the quality was low to reply if I wanted to proceed.... I obviously wanted to proceed and need the banner at a timely fashion... I sent the email letting then know to please proceed I really needed the banner. Days passed never got an email. I had to call for them to tell me they never shipped it and they couldn't make my banner. I am highly disappointed and will never do business with this company ever again.!!!

The price keeps changing, I had the price at #21.00 and now its up to $30-ish. The 35% off didn't even change the upped price, so that in itself is clickbait. I still have to buy hundreds of postcard size info cards but I am hesitant.
I don't understand why your company continues to up the price. I bought banners for the farmers market and this was the same sitution.
I have two business locations to get signs for but I'm not sure it will be the same situation.
Just frustrated and disapointment.

we purchased a couple 2'x10" signs for our church to display "Merry Christmas" on our neighborhoods median at the entrance and the signs were super cheap under $75 for (2).
They came quickly, they were very professional looking. we can just roll them up and put them out next year.
we are purchasing 5 more tonight to build our own Street sign, with a vinyl sign stretched over a fitted piece of ply wood (both sides) and with a nice trim piece or so to wrap the edge over the stapled vinyl--we'll have our own professional looking sign for under $75 again. it will look every bit as professional as MUCH MORE expensive metal signs for hundreds
We're a small church we need to save... this is a GREAT option.

Although you I am giving you a poor review, it started off at $33 and all I did was add grommets to it which is another four dollars however the first time I went to go through the process it was three dollars and then shipping was originally $7.95 and then I went to go to the checkout page, and then it was $15.95 the price of shipping doubled and so the 50% off prime deal was not such a deal because it cost nearly the exact same price from Cosco. However you are three dollars cheaper. Nonetheless a completely shady experience with your company, I will definitely let people know to be aware that the advertised price is not the end price that you pay.

The online process for ordering is very good, but the process for Tax Exempt is very poor! I had to call 3 times to finally get accurate information. The first representative was extremely kind, but sent me the wrong form. I found this out when calling to get help to fill it out. The 2nd person sent me the correct form but was not as helpful, especially when I told her that I wasn't sure if I filled out the form correctly. The 3rd rep was the least friendly, but most knowledgeable about the process. He told me that there would be a delay of 3-5 days for the Tax Exempt team just to acknowledge and review the form they requested instead of the immediate response that both previous representatives shared. In this day and age, with so much technology and effective business procedures, this process is extremely outdated and definitely needs to be changed to meet today's standards.

The designer software needs a lot of love.
1) Clip art wasn't labeled properly (for example, "tank" appeared under "gun", and "vehicle", but only one appeared under "war" and none appeared under "tank". I also couldn't find the tanks under any category.
2) Not having an ability to mirror images or clip art was frustrating.
3) Being semi-forced to align objects on the designer tool means I had to zoom in a lot to try and force the alignment tool to not engage. Need an option to not use alignment so I can make composites of clip art.
4) Clip art is either extremely detailed (holy cow you have a lot of gun types), or extremely sparse. More variety is important.
5) Italisizing fonts doesn't seem to work.
I would also love to see a shipping estimate before check out. I was hesitant to use your company because I wasn't sure when it would arrive in time. Now that I got to checkout I know I can use it.

can't say that I ever did log in. I have no idea, and after several attempts, was locked out. I heard you changed platforms. I can't say it worked any better for me. I needed access to previous banners we used, and it took a phone call and several attempt to get it. Then I received back a pdf file, which I could not unlock. I finally gave up, redesigned. It took me a long time to get all this done. Should not have been this complicated at all. I know your are trying to streamline, but it didn't help me at all. I do not look forward trying to access previous banner we used and go through all this again. I'm not sure I will.

Great value! I've used Banners on the Cheap for the past four or five years to make the outdoor banners for our church's summer kids program. It's so, so easy to design an outdoor banner using the curriculums clipart and they look fabulous! We are very budget conscious as well, and I always get such a great deal. They hold us great in the elements too. I have even made "posters" out of the banners using my curriculums clip art, when their posters were out of stock. Super fast service, excellent quality, and great value!

OMG! they should be more known that accidentally finding them through a google search. This company is A M A Z I N G! Talk about fast and friendly service - they know ALL about it! The agent I spoke with had the patience of Job (in the Bible) when dealing with me and my husband. We were VERY please with the pricing! The banner is beauuuuutiful and arrived MUCH faster than expected. The packaging was efficient and we will be definitely be ordering again.

Since you asked for a review as soon as I placed my order, I am assuming you want a review on the process of placing an order? I find it interesting that when I left my design and didn't order it, I received a coupon via email to use it. Unfortunately, that link didn't work. I went back on and designed again and got a larger coupon discount. Wish it wasn't a game to get a discounted price but appreciate the discount and like how the proof looks. Thank you.

I would give this a negative rating if this was an option. We ordered 5 X banners and 2 customized vinyl banners. The 5 X banners arrived, and they were beautiful. The 2 vinyl banners are where things went off the rails. They never arrived. When contacting the company, I was told that they were lost in transit and that I could get a refund or request a reprint. Obviously, I requested a reprint because I actually NEEDED the banners. No prompt response to my reply to THEIR email. So, I called and spoke with a representative. She claimed the banners were going to be reprinted and sent to me and should arrive by the following Tuesday. I am now a week past this date and still no banners. Calling is useless, they do not answer the phone. I must have gotten lucky to get the one representative. Emailing is interesting. They offer to have your item reprinted or refunded and if you say reprinted you do not get an actual response just one that says your ticket has been closed and if this is incorrect you must reply again. I went down this rabbit hole twice and finally said I want a refund. I have NEVER experienced such incompetence in customer service. NEVER. It is unreal. It really is a shame because the items we did receive we were pleased with and would have loved to have given this company all of our future business based on that. But this fiasco completely destroyed any trust we would ever have in the professionalism of this company.

Website online designer does NOT show measurements in inches, only in mm... which is strange. Called the company for help, and no one could give me the correct design measurements for the retractable banner that's 33x78" (final size), yet we needed to add "Bleed" to ensure it is printed right... but the phone support just said, Add 1 or 2" and it should work... that's NOT very professional to hear form a design company... They should offer design templates we could use to follow, just like gotprint.com does..

I only just placed my order, so this review is for the order process. It was a great process with minimal hiccups. I think a template option would be great for InDesign or Illustrator. Especially when it comes to unique shapes for feather or teardrop flags. You also have to go thru the design process in order to tell what weight and double sided options where. I almost walked away without knowing that you could have those options, but it wasn't until after the design phase. It should be in the description. It would also be nice to see more images of the differences between premium quality materials vs the standard materials. Basically just need to be more proactive for commonly asked questions.

We got selected at the last minute for a startupalooza event. I had 5 days to get something going. I selected Banners on the cheap, uploaded by images and logo and placed the order. They called me the very next day as my images were pixalated. They fixed it for me and I got the stand in 4 days as promised. The quality looked great! I told a lot of people about them at the event and I hope they get more business. I will order from them again for sure. Service was 10 stars and the product also 10 stars! I hope they keep getting orders from all!

So far, so good. Haven't gotten the banners yet but the process was fairly easy and painless. And the banners we got from you in past years are still looking great! The only thing I would change is to add some friendly-looking lions to your school mascot choices. Our school mascot isn't a bloodthirsty, savage lion but more of a stands-on-hind-legs-and-wears-tennis-shoes type of lion. Oh yes, and some graduation items clipart (grad cap, diploma, a group of graduates, etc.) would be great!

He went above and beyond by educating me on the file types that work best for creating our banner and other print-related items.
