I too fell for the beauty of their bathing suits. Mid June I ordered two bathing suits and a cover up from this company with expedited shipping and an expected shipping date of end of June. I thought that was fair, but lo and behold, the date came and went and no package came. Unfortunately I had to leave for vacation with no bathing suits. While on vacation, I, very politely, contacted the company asking where my order was because I had expected it to arrive before leaving for vacation and here it was the middle of my vacation and still no package. The response that I received yesterday, 7/6, was a very short and curt, "Thanks for contacting. Your order has been shipped out. For the tracking number... Not an explanation as to what had delayed my package even though I had paid for expedited shipping, not an "we are sorry for the delay", nothing that a company who care about their customers would say to people. Needless to say, my next email was still polite, but not as nice. I still haven't received my package and after reading some of the horror reviews on here, I'm afraid of what I might actually get. If i could give negative stars, I would, but I guess one star will have to do. Ugh...

What a scam. Mailing a cheap bathing suit all the way back to China is their return policy. And Beachsissi take days to give up the return address. I will stick with Zappos.com as I have been a loyal customer of theirs for years. You will never get a good review from me Beachsissi.It took days for your people to answer so that time is ticking away on the amount of time I have to return this cheap suit. And if it came from a distribution center in the United States so it can surely go back to a distribution center in the United States where can be mailed to somebody else who purchases it. Total scam. Also the suit is not as pictured, especially the bottom part. The cups float around in the suit and the bottoms do not have a v shape gathering as pictured. It takes weeks to get to you also. Don't give them your money- not a penny. They don't even do their own pictures. These are Instagram pics from "infliencers" who get free suits.

On their site it says it could take up to 8 working days to process an order. I knew that up front so I was fine with that. I emailed them 9 working days after not getting any tracking information, Beachsissi said it had already been shipped. That afternoon I got notification that they printed the label so that was clearly a lie. 12 working days later (17 days total) and I FINALLY got notification that it is on its way. It's just ridiculous that they would lie to a customer about that when they can clearly see the tracking information. During this time I've realized a lot of the suits I ordered are on Amazon with 2 day shipping so I'm kicking myself for not checking there first. Avoid this site at all costs and just order from Amazon! The ones on Amazon aren't from Beachsissi so you don't have to worry about them taking forever to get to you. I will be sending them right back at this point and probably won't get my refund until next year (if at all!)

I ordered 2 swimsuits back in March. I wanted them for a beach vacation and Beachsissi arrived just before we had to leave. I tried on the swimsuits and they weren't the size that they specified on their website. I immediately contacted the company looking to exchange them. They "kindly" told me I could keep the swimsuits and they would send me 2 new ones all I had to do was pay for shipping. $30 in shipping! Are you kidding me! So I tried selling these swimsuits on my own. No bit. I just read there policy and it clearly states they can return them. I just contacted the company again telling them I had wanted to return them but was missed informed with information. Needless to say their cop out was you missed the window. UNBELIEVABLE what an easy way to make money from your customer. No phone number to call and complain. Terrible company to deal with. I wish I had read reviews before buying and I wouldn't be out $50! Plus, beware of FACEBOOK ads that is what suckered me in.

Women's swim rash guard.
As you can see in the photos. The rash guard came with the zipper folded over ( basically too long of a zipper put on the top). I contacted the company Bc this was unacceptable ( matters worse was a gift) by all means wasn't giving this. I will say I did get all my emails replied to but Beachsissi refused to refund me for a defective too. I told them this is a gift this is for swimming you don't have a zipper folded over against your skin. I've never seen a zipper like this. They said there is no problem with it.
I was given three options I could order something else at 50% off. That wasn't gonna happen I wasn't happy with the first order. Which cost $37. Second option was to take a refund of $3. Yes that's right $3!
Third option was ship it back all but be warned the shipping return is China!
So from my location Hawaii to China was $27 to send a swimsuit back. That's not happening. And I noticed it was shipped from Texas to me but they want you to ship it back to China so that's their catch.
So basically I don't recommend them at all. I totally would've had more understanding if I didn't like the suit or it was the wrong color that I like or the wrong size but it wasn't it was a defective item and they took in no regard to that! Would never buy from them again!

My order took 2 months to come in because Beachsissi forgot half my order when they originally sent it. When I tried to return it took 1.5 weeks to have someone answer me and another 1.5 weeks to work through the return process because they wanted to offer me the "here you keep those and we'll send you a different one for no refund"... My package came from California but the return address was China so I had to pay for shipping on my return and I sent it back on July 6th (it's now Sept 9). It shows delivered and they still won't issue my refund. I've sent about 30 emails back and forth with them and no one will help me. I spent $188 on my order and had to pay for shipping on my return to them and I still haven't got a penny back from them. I'm so upset and don't know what else to do to get my money back. I've been begging for someone to just make it right and do the right thing.

Ordered swimsuit from Beachsissi not realizing the company was located in China. The suit didn't fit and attempted an exchange. I was told to keep the suit and they'd send me the replacement suit for 50% of the price. The other option was keep the suit and they'd refund me $3. I paid $36.99. When I went to return the suit to the address listed on the package in Las Vegas, I learned it had to be returned to China. Shipping cost was $27 USD. I also learned it's not possible to get a real tracking number, only a customs number. That number is often not documented when the package arrives in China so refund refused. Postal authorities advised me not to risk wasting more money with a return. I obviously wouldn't have purchased a swimsuit if I knew it could not be exchanged or returned reasonably. The website shows an American flag and implies located in America when it is not.

I made a mistake ordering three swim suits from Beachsissi. 1. It took much longer to receive the items than "advertised" because Beachsissi are shipped from China via USPS. I did take the pandemic into consideration. It took months to receive these suits. 2. The 15 day return policy is not a fair policy. It should be 30. They finally arrived while I was out of town and by the time I returned it was too late to return them. 3. The suit sizes are odd. Some tops were too big while the bottoms too small, then vice versa. It's almost like the bottoms/tops weren't pair properly but marked the same size. So, none of the suits I ordered fit me. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed in my purchase. I will not be purchasing from this merchant again and I recommend others don't even give them a try. Based on the number of bad reviews, hopefully people will avoid this merchant. Support local retailers instead!

The return policy is a lie. I bought $120 worth of merch, I got 5 swimsuits & surfer suits to try. Beachsissi did not want to return any of them. I was hand twisted into exchanging. This unacceptable, and I hope they got fined for faulty practices. The quality of the swimsuits was awful. The surfer suits are not bad, they have super big baggy upper arm, but where typical suits are $150, these at $32 are good enough.

I had read very poor reviews, after making a purchase (I know you should read this ahead of time!) I was so horrified by the reviews that I tried to cancel my order. However, I was told the order had already shipped out and thus was too late. My biggest concern was that the sizes would be much too small and not fit. I ordered mediums and after reading the reviews about how everything was from China and not true to western sizes, I assumed the worst. That all being said, I have received my order (it did take around 2.5-3 weeks) and I am very pleased with them. Beachsissi fit perfectly and the quality is fine- not amazing, but as expected (you get what you pay for). The two dresses I bought look exactly like the picture and the swimsuit as well. I would order from them again. Again if you want luxury, this is not that. But if you want cute clothes for a decent price and can wait a few weeks, beachsissi fits the bill.

Below is the options I was offered when I wanted to return my items, hindsight I should have checked this more carefully. However, as soon as I indicated I was not happy with any of these options, the customer service rep stopped replying to all my emails, so needless to say I was not able to pick any of these options within the 7 day window. I purchased a bathing suit from this site. It arrived in about a month, and the bathing suit was a child-sized. I am 5'3" and 130 pounds, and I purchased adult medium. The one piece bathing suite barely came up to my chest, and I could not get my arms in. Furthermore, there was black marks on the buttocks area of the swimming suit. The customer service was very frustrating and initially offered 5 % refund (about 2 dollars). After over two weeks back and forth arguing, the company granted the return but informed me that I would have to pay for international shipping even though the product was not as described and DEFECTIVE with visible black marks.

I did not think it would be worthwhile to return the product since I did not want to pay out of my pocket the international shipping to China, nor was I very confident that Beachsissi would honor the promise for refund.

Over thirty dollars they took for the bathing suite would be the cost for the lesson to warn me against ordering from a Chinese company.

I was very excited to receive a dress I ordered from Beachsissi only to be extremely disappointed once it arrived. The dimensions were very off (the top was so narrow and the flare part of the dress basically came from below my bust instead of my waist). The dress looked ridiculous when I put it on. I notified them right away only to be given 3 very unacceptable options - return and get 50% off another item, get $3 for my $40 dress purchase or return to CHINA with tracking for full refund. Well if you ever sent anything to CHINA you would find that it costs as much as my dress. Clearly, none of these were options. If I had known I could not easily and cost effectively return my purchase I never would have bought from them. Beachsissi have a warehouse in the USA where products are shipped to you but nothing in the USA for returns. DO NOT BUY unless you don't want the option to return if you are not satisfied. It is absolutely ridiculous.

I purchased two dresses totaling $64.68 USD. When I contacted the company about returning the items, this was the reply I received:

After checking on shipping costs to China, the best deal for me was option "B". I will NEVER purchase from Beachsissi again.

Despite how their website and social media pages look, this company is based out of China, but Beachsissi want you to believe they are US based. So much so, that my tracking number showed my package traveling from China via Yun Express, but the label on the package says Shipping Dept 5215 S Boyle Ave Vernon, Ca 90058, delivered via 1stEx and OnTrac. I am giving them 2 stars because my items came in the time frame they were promised and they did resemble the pictures from their website. However, I found the quality to be poor and the sizing off. I used their sizing guide and unfortunately everything still fit small, for myself and for my daughter. The proportions of the swimsuits were off, the pads were unflattering, they were round, and one of the swimsuits had the padding so smashed, I couldn't even try the top on correctly. There is not much stretch to the material and you can literally hear the stitching split when you try to pull the top on over your head. I contacted customer service and did get a response, here is the response they gave me:

I ordered 5 swimsuits for myself and my daughter and I am going to get a $25 refund for my $160.00 purchase. Save yourself the hassle and buy from a reputable company.

I bought 4 bathing suits that cost me $122.86. It took over a month to get the suits. The bottoms fit fine but I needed a large top. (I previously ordered 1 bathing suit size medium and the top fit fine so I bought 4 more size medium suits and all four tops were too small). I was told you can't mix and match sizes. So their offer was I could exchange 1 item which didn't fit for a new item (size) for free with no need to return the suits (what am I going to do with suits that don't fit me)? 2nd option was Beachsissi would give me a Fast Partial Return of $4.00 per suit = $16.00 with no need to return the suits which don't fit or the 3rd option was to return all suits for a full refund. However, I would have to pay for return shipping which according to the USPS could cost anywhere from $50.00 to $96.00 depending upon what kind of shipping services I need (tracking, proof of mailing, etc). I purchased these through PayPal who told me they will only cover up to $30.00 for return shipping. So on an order of $120.86, with shipping at $85.00 (that's what it will cost me to return the suits), I will get a refund of $35.00? If I add the $30.00 refund on shipping from Paypal I would then have a total refund of $65.00 on an order of $120.86 with 4 bathing suits that don't fit me. I will NEVER use this company again and neither should you. There are many other companies that sell bathing suits that don't come from CHINA.

I am consistently a M-L in US sizing and Beachsissi represent their sizing as such. I ordered a L to be safe. The bottoms fit fine but the top was too small and I am small chested. Clearly there was a disconnect in their sizing as I am usually a M on top. Tried to return and they gave the following 3 options:

They fail to mention that even though they ship from a US warehouse, you are responsible for shipping the item back to China. This meant a $28 shipping fee for a $36 item. F them. I'm disputing with my credit card company. If they want to play hard ball, so will I.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought this, and several other items, which all ended up being too big for me, even though it should have been the correct size. I reached out to them to exchange it the day I received it, well within their 15 day return policy. Instead, Beachsissi offered to send me the smaller size, but I would have to pay 50% of the cost. I did not want to pay more, as I already spent over $150 and I didn't need the ones I received as they were too large, so I asked for a refund again. They told me to ship it back to them, which I had to pay about $40, which I did. I sent them the tracking number, as they requested, but they still would not refund me, "until they received the product back". I shipped it on June 16,2020, and it is now September 22,2020, and the tracking has been showing that it has been stuck in customs in China since August 6th. USPS said to ask them to check with their customs to see what the delay is, but they refused. We were told it should not be held in customs longer than 1 month, but here we are, a month and a half later, and it is still stuck in customs, and still no refund. I reached out again to let them know, but they refuse to help. Buyer beware! If you don't care about losing your money, then feel free to buy from this company. I would give zero stars if possible.

I wish I had seen this review site before ordering. None of the suits that I ordered fit properly, and not because Beachsissi were the wrong size. All of the tops are too wide AND too short. The online pictures of the suits I ordered do not reflect the dimensions of what I received. I have been emailing back and forth with a rep for a week and they have yet to provide a return address or satisfactory outcome. They want me to order 5 More for half price or 2 for free and not to return the others because their warehouse is in China and getting through customs is troubling?, or to the sell the items myself. I rejected all of those options telling them I don't want 7 ill fitting suits, or to pay for more, and I certainly don't want to hassle with reselling them. Yesterday they said they would refund $20, but mind you they taken $166.82 of my money. I will never again order from Beachsissi or order from an unknown company without doing more research. I am currently researching what options exist for recourse with the Federal Trade Commission.
