Awful, awful customer service. I've ordered from them before with no problems, but Best Buy Eyeglasses have absolutely plummeted in their customer service. I've called them during their limited business hours, and no one ever picked up the phone. I've e-mailed them directly and filled out their form on their website, but no one ever responded to me. The prices are decent, and their selection is good, but in these times of such great competition in the market, I would think they would put in some effort in customer service. I would rather pay more at a brick and mortar store than deal with such atrocious customer service. They definitely lost me as a customer.

Happy I found the frames I wanted - replacing the exact same ones I've enjoyed for 3 years.

Wanted expedited processing and shipping and am willing to pay extra but that apparently is not an option.

The best! We are rockabilly fans and really like to dress up like in the 50ies... Shuron Eyeglasses are essential to look that way and Best Buy Eyeglasses are best quality!

Had a problem editing the frames, the size was selected then popup said not available in that configuration.
