The Happy Halloween and Happy Thanksgiving banners...
The Happy Halloween and Happy Thanksgiving banners that we ordered look like just what we want. I like that I can edit them.
BUT it was VERY difficult getting through the checkout process. I had to call and be led through this process step by step! On the first page I answered all the questions and I chose the middle option. I could not get to the shopping cart and I wanted to order a Halloween banner also. Come to find out that since I took off the word "DAY" on the Thanksgiving banner, I needed to choose the first option. There were more steps in this process that were not clear also.

Decreased quality
This is my third order from Best of Signs. My first order was the best. The banner from that order had stitched hems and the vinyl was flexible. The subsequent two orders had hems that were fused and the banner material was somewhat brittle or stiff. The banners are so stiff that Best Of Signs do not drape well. There was no allowance in the material for wrinkles or folds. If you didn't fully smooth out the banner before rolling it up, the wrinkles could not be pulled out and if you tried to pull out the wrinkle, the color would come off of the banner.

At first, the customer service representative promised to replace a blemished banner but then sent another email stating the banner would not be replaced but a credit would be issued. I didn't need a credit; I needed a new banner.

Very nice, well made and true to design ordered
Not very happy with the way the flag was packaged. Arrived severely folded and does not seem to flatten. Hangs with creases and after being flattened out still has creases. I am not very happy with this result.

I feel Best Of Signs should have offered to replace the creased flag regardless of my intention to try and straighten it my self.

The ordering/cart process is confusing and resulted...
The ordering/cart process is confusing and resulted in my ordering a stand without a shield. My fault, but after reviewing with a rep by phone I found the order processing to be poorly designed. Also, wait time for orders is extremely long. Was hoping that due to the error there would be a way to increase the turn around. Also, Forgot Password was not working correctly and I was not able to pull up my account or receive an email to reset the password.

Hi, I was unclear about if I can order poles with flags, or if the flags have the "sleeve" to slip in a stick/how to mount flag to other poles. Also, not clear if when I order 2 flags and upload 2 images, if it is assumed that you will print 2 different flags. I know it's tough to anticipate all questions a client may have, hope these comments help!

Great pricing, but poor delivery
Best of Signs offers great pricing and often acceptable to great product. I've placed nine orders with them, with a few them having issues with either product quality, delivery time or customer service.

The price is hard to beat, so my advice is to order with plenty of time before you need them. Should there be an error, it will takes way too long (and a lot of frustration) to get it fixed. You will be passed around to the point of extreme annoyance. Two months lead time seems to be needed if you don't to pay high shipping rates.

Had to toss my sigh away
Ordered a large perforated window sign with QR code. It turns out that the QR code does not work with perforated sign and of course I had no idea and Best of Sign professionals did not say anything. Once I noticed the QR code is not working I contacted the company just to be tooled that this was my problem and their is nothing Best Of Signs can do about it. Ended up tossing hundreds of dollars worth of banner away.

Dishonest and Bad Quality
This company states that they're a US company, however their company, including where Best Of Signs ship from, is actually in india. No one on the phone could speak enough English to solve any of the problems, I had to talk to eight different people just to get one answer and several people on the phone tried to tell me I was stupid even though they were the ones who weren't listening. (And I'm not generalizing here, the One customer service representative literally told me in his exact words "You're not smart, You're stupid".) They kept telling me my file was too small even though it was a 12-in wide file at 600 dpi, and they kept telling me it was only an inch big. I finally told them they needed to give me an email to send the file to since their website must be compressing files. Then they try to tell me to contact Aldean, and as I'm reading the name back to him he keeps telling me I'm not understanding him, he spelled it out three different times before he could finally get the spelling correct, and what he was trying to tell me to do was to email "alerts". They clearly had no idea what they were talking about, and the first email I got after all this mess wasn't even an email to send the file to it was an email asking me to confirm that their messed up version of my design was okay to print. They fought with me and delayed my order, and then when I order finally did arrive, the quality was absolutely horrendous. I ordered what we're supposed to be flags for outdoor use, and they're so thin you can see through them, you can even see spacing in the threads of the material where it's going to have holes very rapidly. The colors don't match either, despite the design being submitted in CMYK format and the preview showing the correct colors.

Between them delaying my order several days, their website compressing files, their customer service people calling me stupid and then not even being able to relay customer service information because they can't speak the language of the client base they're selling to, and the horrible quality, I would definitely never shop with these people again.

Update: I left the same review on their website and they didn't publish it. In fact the email me privately and tried to call me a liar yet again. It's amazing how this company is so obsessed with lying to customers that they will get upset with you if you try to tell the truth. I'm not going to spend my time replying to a five paragraph email after they refuse to publish an honest review. Can you imagine a company reaching out to you and trying to demand every phone number that you've called them from? Every email you sent? And then telling you that your file was definitely small and there's no way their site would comoress it? And then telling you that even though when you call the phone number is located in india, and your order ship from india, that they're based in the usa? Yet again, all lies and defense. They don't care about their customers, only about being right.

Terrible Customer Service, Great product
The chatbox, my 5 phone calls, and the email support were all extremely unhelpful. Commuication was a nightmare. I had trouble uploading my correct art files 3 different ways (Best Of Signs told me to try the drive, email, and through the site - all did not work and it was an approved photoshop file). The only helpful person was Betsy. If it hadn't been for our phone call, I would have canceled my order.

I used the chatbox - oh my gosh. SO unhelpful. Terrible. I ended up just calling.
I probably had about 5 phone calls throughout the process -- All terrible and unhelpful except for Betsy. She was awersome and the only one who was helpful.

Need to make the site more user friendly
I wanted to get another vinyl banner but the second one required me to send art work via email. My first order allowed me to upload the artwork and to review the finished product. I am going to try and order that second banner again but will only do so if I can download the artwork at the time of order and not under separate cover.

Is should qualify t=for the memorial20% off for the orders form s this weekend -- i palmed part of the whole order too quickly and no it won't give the 20% off for the remainder of my order. I am very dissatisfied with this and have done business with your company for years for thousands of US Dollars. Please give me the 20% off not just the 10% from my orders for this weekend. Fastest High Quality Sign I've ever ordered
This company has it figured out. I ordered a 4x4 two-sided sign with grommets uploading my own artwork on the 6th of August and it arrived the 11th of August. It was a really high quality sign and exactly as I had wanted. I paid about $37 total, which included the shipping costs too. I would recommend these folks highly. Best Of Signs were fantastic! The business is 100% online and has chat as well as designers too. They're responsive to questions and are very helpful. I am a Managing Director for a Pharmaceutical fulfillment company and we have Office Olympics every year. This sign was awesome!

Ordering could be much simpler...
Everything is good, but your ordering process nickels and dimes for stands and mounts and all. It would be better to package it with everything needed because people are gonna be pissed seeing a great price and then having to add everything ala carte. Also, you color selection array is odd. Show options for the basic colors then offer the array for other color match. Trying to get the blackest black and whitest white is a pain.

Terrible customer service
Never again will I use this company due to their terrible customer service. I purchased a flag, when I received the first flag it was actually pretty nice but the colors were off which was my fault. So then Best Of Signs told me that there was a color chart I could use so I used the color chart second flag I paid for again looked like the printer was out of ink. It was totally faded, all the wrong colors and plain just dull! I emailed them about the issue. I paid for the first and second flag and felt that they should make a third one and make it right but instead they totally ignored my emails and did nothing so therefore I am done! There are plenty of other places to make these things, I wouldn't use this place if I was you...

I tried contacting company three times I was on hold...
I tried contacting company three times I was on hold each time and was told I was third in line then second and then 1st and each time I got to first the recording said I would be contacted later very very frustrating, I reached out twice on chat and that was not too helpful with my issue either. I have ordered in the past and had no issues, today has been very frustrating I have wasted way too much time on this order.

The order process was not intuitive at all
The order process was not intuitive at all. I had the design saved on your website and there was no option for me to place the order from there. When I chatted with a sales representative, I was advised that I had to comment in the comment box for you to use my online and saved design in order to order the products with my custom designs. Please update your website to make the ordering process easy for your customers.

Your website says 20% of first order and there is no...
Your website says 20% of first order and there is no asterisk saying restrictions apply. I set up an account and received an email that says I get 20% off my first order and doesn't say anywhere that restrictions apply. You are marketing an offer that has restrictions and it should be advertised that way. I called and was told that the offer doesn't apply to inflatables. It should be made clear that the 20% off has restrictions.

The own design editor is not working that good
The own design editor is not working that good. The product is not shown to place design elements on. Only after several refreshes of the page it's showing the product to work with. Like a t-shirt. Before it's just a plain work area. It would be great if one could upload elements like a logo and have it in a bibliothek. Instead you need to upload each graphic again and again if you like to use it with different products.

I did receive an email saying that I would receive free shipping on my order no matter the total (no minimum shipping)but was later charged shipping on my Super Savor shipping option. After chatting with a customer service rep my shipping issue has been resolved. I'm only knocking off one star because of the miscommunication in the email that I received. Because of that I had spend more time validating my point that Best of Signs did send out an email stating free shipping on all orders no matte the minimum to new customers. This took up about 30 minutes of my time. At the end of the day this issue has been resolved and I am happy. As long as my order comes out as expected I will be a returning customer!

The 20% off and free shipping advertisement is false
The 20% off and free shipping advertisement is false. It clearly states 20% and shipping off your first order, which was a big draw to your company for me. After going into a chat to correct the issue, it was revealed that it didn't count on inflatables. Huge, huge bummer for a potential new client. Will most likely be the last time we order! And wanted to make aware.
