Best Online Traffic School

Everything ran so smoothly and I liked how you can see your progress. What I especially liked was receiving the certificate via electronically so that I could complete the process with my insurance company instantly. My husband, however, used your program, created a different account and passed the course, yet when he completed the course, it had my name on it. He used a different provider and it wasn't near as user friendly nor did he receive the electronic certificate. He opted to have it Fed Ex'd to us next day delivery and it still hasn't arrived. I very much would recommend your site except that 2 people from the same household with the same email address should be treated as two separate courses.

The personnel were very responsive online and they were quick to submit the certificate of completion. That is the main reason for taking a traffic school program, and these people did it very well! Efficient!
I had no problems with getting through this program, although it took me a while. The reason it took me a while is the reason I gave the program four stars. The quiz and test questions were very specific and not general, or applicable to "normal" driving behavior or conditions. Instead of teaching about things that really matter in the course of driving somewhere they would be specific about blood alcohol levels, or tickets and prison time for infractions. So overall, not a tough program, but be prepared to read carefully about minuscule information.

I only recently completed the traffic school online and I have already received an email that the court processed my successful completion of traffic school and will forward the information to the DMV. I paid a few extra dollars for their additional services of following up with the Court and the DMV and sending me confirmation from the DMV that this will not add any points to my perfect driving record. This Traffic school was very user friendly and informative. I'm 63 years old and prior to this ticket, I only once received a ticket when I was in my twenties. Back then you had to go to an actual classroom and spend many hours to complete the school. This course was excellent and I highly recommend it. Thanks to the traffic school, my perfect driving record will remain that way.

I decided to take this course because I admit that I wanted the auto insurance discount. But as I started in on each chapter, I started to realize that I had forgotten a couple of things...not intentionally but just because as time passes we begin to slip into lazy driving. Then I realized that the smart move is to really make my time and money worthwhile. I then settled in and completed it all in about 2 days at 2-3 hours each day. I recommend you do this program because it WILL help you become (or REMAIN) a better driver. I am happy I did it and I got a nice discount. In my case, the discount is for 3 years.

Considering that this course is for mature drivers that was an awful a lot of information for a mature driver to take in understand and remember in order to take an exam at the end that was a awful lot of information you wanted me to remember and contain in order to take the test at the end and I'm 52 and Not only was it a lot of information but you had it in the most boring format there could be and then after paying the $20 for the mature driving course the discount I got on my insurance company was $43.84 I hear that's a total of almost $3 savings a month so I spent $20 in order to not save but spend 20 more dollars that was crazy to me anyway that's just my opinion and my view have a wonderful day and stay safe

Best, most convenient time efficient on-line traffic school that I have taken. It definitely beats spending three quarters of a day in traffic school or getting a point on your record which could cost a lot more in insurance. Do it from the comforts of home. The sections are divided up and you see how many subsections there are so you can roughly budget your time accordingly. The one thing I would recommend to make it even better is if they showed you the time of each subsection. If you a do a couple of sections a day whenever you have some time, you can be done in just a few days. The test questions are easy and it's voice recorded for those who fall asleep while reading. If you are busy, I highly recommend signing up and paying for that "worry-free case closed option" at the end.
Just take the course, test at the end, sign up and pay after you pass, and you're done. It's that simple. Just relax and wait for the email notification with receipt that your case is closed. Thanks Rodney!

The course itself was good to review. I felt like I was taking a college course. This might have been too much information for this course. When I took the test, I felt a great deal of stress. I did not know how I would be able to remember all this information. Consequently, I missed a few of the answers that I knew. I think maybe it could be a bit shorter course. As we get older, it is hard to remember what we read. This course was way too long and exhausting to do. Although I passed the test, I feel like this could have been easier rather than too much information. This confused me and I missed important areas that I knew on the test but got wrong. I am 70 years old and have never had an accident.

The website was easy to use, content was clear, quizzes and final were easy, and the price was reasonable. I was also able to multitask while getting traffic school done. They do try to sell add-ons when you're checking out, but they're optional. I think they offer to mail a paper certificate for an additional $8 and for an additional $25 they'll monitor your case to ensure everything is closed out correctly through the courts. I skipped the add-ons because I can log into the court website and monitor it myself and in most cases these things go through without complications. My biggest complaint is that it was presented using a computer-generated voice, so some words weren't pronounced correctly (marijuana was pronounced Mer-E-Wanna), and the words sometimes ran together in an awkward way. It wasn't hard to understand, but it was very annoying and made for a dull presentation. It did the job, but in the most boring way possible.

The information in the class, the quizzes and the test are clear, concise and on point. The questions on the test are fair, and the answers can be found in the materials.
Rodney and his team see that your results make their way to the court and DMV, and follow up with you quickly. The information you receive from the school is easy to understand, with one exception.
It was not clear to me whether I should pay my fine to the court before taking the class. In my opinion that should have been made clear to me in no uncertain terms before I started the class.
Reviews I had read before taking the class all suggested that Rodney and his team were happy to help with any questions, so my expectations of customer service when making the call were very high. Having taken the class, and having passed the test successfully I was more than happy to pay my fee to the school and leave a glowing review. Unfortunately my experience on the phone destroyed any good feelings I had with the school.
The woman I talked to on the phone was rude, condescending, and unsympathetic. She made it clear to me she had no time for my question and was quick to point out a mistake that I had made, and made it clear that she had no interest or responsibility to help me resolve the issue. When I made it clear I was calling for help, she was quick to indicate she had no responsibility or intention to do so, and when I made it clear that I could no longer recommend her service to anyone else, she told me she didn't care and hung up.
The appalling customer service I received on the phone took me from a very satisfied customer to one who is furious at being so mistreated. A person with such a toxic nature should not be allowed to interact with customers in any capacity.
While my problem has been resolved I cannot forgive having to deal with someone so poorly matched for customer service.

Best Traffic School's course was simple and quick. They also helped me follow up with the courthouse on my certificate of completion. At one point they notified me that the courthouse rejected the initial submission because I did not pay the additional $64 court admin fee to the courthouse (on top of the traffic violation fine itself). It wasn't explicitly mentioned anywhere on the courthouse payment page, so thankfully Best Traffic School suggested that I look into that first. Once the court admin fee payment was processed, I notified BTS to resubmit the certificate and it went through smoothly after. Rodney was on top of email responses and was quick with his follow-up actions.

You know, I was expecting this to be clunky, but it was so well designed and intuitive to use. I had to sign out and sign back in a few times as I found an hour here and there in my schedule. Each time, the system always picked right up where I left off. The course has an option to listen or read, or both, and there are helpful examples. You can go at your own pace, go back or speed up. The tests are open book so if you feel more secure just confirming, you can refer to your notes or even look back at the chapter. All in all, the course reviews with tips and stats and law that are well written and pretty easy to listen and learn.

Rodney this was the best class I have taken thus far with your company. I have been with Wawanesa Insurance since 1997. The last claim not at fault was in 2013. Iam telling u this for a reason . Insurance has gotten costly I took your course about 2 years ago. And I thought I was good for three years. In March I backed out of my parking space I backed into a truck that was illegally parked. Wawanesa deemed me at fault and jacked my insurance almost 400 dollars a year for 3 years and said that your course I still had a year left on had fallen off my policy not cool . Looking for new insurance after 27 years.

There are so many traffic schools to choose from so how do you know which one will be right for you? I had never attended traffic school before, so depended upon reviews and the Best Online Traffic School website. My experience was very good and I'm glad I chose this school! The course took me about 2 1/2 -3 days to complete and the tests were fair and contained the material that was in the text. The audio was excellent, included, and very helpful! The text also contained new laws to learn. I chose the option to have Rodney take care of all the paperwork and filing with the Court and am so glad I did! I met the deadline to pay my ticket and obtained my Traffic School Certificate of Completion from BEST ONLINE TRAFFIC SCHOOL but forgot to pay the traffic school fee. Thankfully Rodney had been keeping me informed of the status of my case as promised, and notified me that my certificate had been rejected due to non payment of that fee. First thing the following day, I appeared at the court in person. My case was reopened and I was allowed to pay the fee. The school completion certificate was already in the system and the matter was cleared immediately.
I am very appreciative of the guidance and excellent customer service Rodney provided me. He was so helpful. Hopefully I won’t need the service again, but if I do I won’t hesitate to trust them, and without a doubt will refer EVERYONE to this company.

I don't navigate computers very well and this course Really made it, User Friendly. I was done that evening. I was Very Happy with the Guys and I took One Big Thing, Off of My Plate. Whew....
On to other Pains in the Asses I got to deal with in this old world. Check this Out. I received my speeding ticket from a Highway Patrol at 7:00 pm Chrismas Eve ! It was unwarranted as I wasn't speeding but from what the Highway Patrol wrote I was going too fast for the Condition. A working man in the Winter. Geez. Anyway, these guys made it Easy to Clear It Up, Off Of My Record. I was glad to have it Out Of The Way. Thanks!

I thought it was a wasted 8 hours of my life. Being the age that I am I know most of the things that we went through and then to get the questions at the end which was so stupid I could have passed without the class. I taught driver's ed 1/2 this stuff was a repetitive repetitive repetitive could have been done in a lot less time. If you know about any type of learning people remember the 1st 15-20 minutes and the last 15-20 minutes. Not 8 hours or 4 hours or breaking it up into 3 hours. Also you are supposed to send me an email with my certificate and I didn't get that except confirmation that I'll be sent 1 in 3 to 5 days.It should be sent to my Triple A so I can get my discount for taking the stupid test.

Best Online Traffic School was great. I loved the audio portion of the school it was fast and easy to do. I would have given it 5 stars but when I tried to contact customer service they turned me away since I received and email from them and told me that they couldn't help me and I need to respond to the email. All I wanted was to find out what else I need to do to have my citation closed and explain what was going on. I tried to call and visit lacourt.org to see if my payment for the citation has been processed but there system could not find my citation number. I finally found a number to call to see if my payment was processed and it has not gone through yet.

This is only the 2nd traffic school, I’ve ever attended.
It was fine, although a little bit tedious.
I chose it for the price. Can’t beat $14.99.

However, be warned. When you get to the end to make payment. The price due posted was close to $50.
I thought. ‘The old bait and switch!’ Then I realized you had to unclick two different boxes to remove charges, for guarantee this and guarantee that. So it was only $14.99 but how many people just end up paying $30 plus extra dollars because, that’s what comes up in the pay now cart?!?
If they want to offer guarantees that’s fine, but it is a little disingenuous to say no hidden fees and they hit you with the right-left combo, that certainly many dupes have fallen for.

BEST Traffic School to meis the best. The content was laid out in a way that even myself who deals with ADD was able to focus and pay attention. What really helped me was when I was tired of reading the narration option allowed me to just sit and listen. Of course I'd go back and read it again for myself. At one point i'd read it right along with the narrator. The course is broken down into 12 or so mini studies. It's go at your own pace and I'm not sure if this is the norm but at one point when i hadn"t loged in for a few days I got an email checking in with me like "What's Up?" So for me The BEST Traffic School is 5 star!
WAIT! Then you pay just a few dollars and they literally take care of everything. I know every case is different but in mine I did not havt to contact anyone. No DMV, courthouse or anyone. When you are done they will send you a certificate of completion but you can print one right away. Real talk it makes you feel good to complete a course. I don't care what kind of course it is so to have itacknowledged right away like that feels good. So yeah! The BEST Online Traffic School. #1
