I ordered my book through BiggerBooks because my order from Amazon would not have been delivered until October and my order from Walmart was cancelled three times, even though the website said it had five in stock. BiggerBooks was the only place I was able to find my textbook and could get it before the second week of classes began.

I was unable to get beyond the "enter your address" screen on my MacBook Air, and I was going to write to your Customer Service Dept until it occurred to me to try Firefox instead of Apple's own Safari; that worked. I don't accept the idea that one of the two main consumer systems (Apple) isn't compatible with your website; that's an issue on your end.

Had a hard time logging in and would not let me reset password. I have ordered previously. The book Exotic Tillandsia went from 5.61 to $53. Not really happy but I am donating to local garden club so I just bought it. Discount code for 30% didn't work.

On 12/22/21, I used bookscouter to price compare an ebook. I had the buy option selected, and the cheapest price belonged to biggerbooks. I clicked buy, and it took me to the shopping cart in biggerbooks. I checked out and nowhere did it say this was a rental (see attached). I called biggerbooks to ask for a refund or an $8 price match. Initially, BiggerBooks refused to do either.

Update: on 12/28/21, a biggerbooks social media specialist saw this review and apologized explaining the prior customer service rep did not fully understand their return policy. She refunded my entire amount.

I would be happy to purchase from here again.

I paid $7-$8 for expedited shipping, only to have it arrive 5 days later than the date indicated for that option. It actually arrived in the free-shipping window, which was more than a little annoying, because the only reason I paid the extra money was because I needed the book quickly.

When I reached out to find out when my book could be expected, I got a nearly immediate response, despite it being New Year's Day.

On 05/08/2021, I purchased 4 books from BiggerBooks/eCampus for a total of $673.92. This included a shipping charge of $29.96. At checkout, I selected 2-day shipping for $29.96 (even though this price is much higher than the price displayed on their shipping information webpage). The shipping service level below this is expedited shipping (1-5 days) for $7.99. Upon review of my tracking number, I realized that BiggerBooks still sent my package at the "expedited" or UPS Ground service level, even though I selected and they charged me for 2-day shipping. This is a $21.97 difference. I called BiggerBooks/eCampus and s/w a rep named Laikyn L. I explained the discrepancy to her. Her response was that if my package gets to me within 2 business days, then that's still considered 2-day shipping. And she wouldn't put a manager on the phone. They are charging for 2-day shipping but still shipping 1-5-day ground! They're pocketing the difference! This is illegal!
A supervisor called the next day and refunded me the shipping difference of $22.00 after trying to offer me a store credit (like wtf?), but the fact that they are doing this is so sketchy. I don't trust them.

Thanks for offering rentals. I hope the return process is as easy as the renting itself. The only issue was that the USPS took 15 days on a 7-10 day standard shipping label, which meant I had to follow up with the shipment and contact customer service, but you did reply quickly and gave an updated delivery window, so I did not subtract stars from that because it's really an issue with the way the post office is being run right now and not on your end.

My daughter desperately needed her Pre algebra math book for school as soon as possible. She ordered it On Friday August 7th (we paid for 1 day shipping buisness days). Today is Saturday August 14 and we still have not received the book. I have emailed them to ask for a refund or to pay for standard shipping only. We paid $29.99 for 1 day shipping. I received a response that stated that the book has been shipped. I tracked it and it is showing that the book is estimated to be delivered on August 17th. I have sent two more emails, but have received no response to my concern. I think this is way too long for a book to be received while I've paid for 1 day shipping. Watch out for this! I would seek other options (a more reputable site to purchase books)!

BiggerBooks just stated that the book has been shipped.

Great service and received what I ordered. Happy to heard from them right away, since I wrote a note to pay attention before sending order.

I contacted them right away after purchasing the book to warn them about the possible mistake since there are two books with the same ISBN but level different. Heard from them right away.

Site asked me to enter my Facebook login and password. Not cool.
Then asked me to create an account to login name, address, credit card info
Please use a trusted 3rd party service like paypal instead of your off-market, 3rd party small company processor that will probably get hacked and all my user info leaked. I already don't know you as a retailer, and your using all these untrustworthy processing entities.
If my credit card starts getting unauthorized purchases, I'll immediately suspect this site.

Reading really is fundamental. I purchased a textbook from this platform only to find out that I was paying less for less, as I was trying to find a loophole in paying a ton for college book fees. Now I have to go through the return process, wait for a refund and re-purchase books from a new seller. The seller kind of snuck in the fact that the product was actually not fulfilled as the title indicated. Hopefully, I can request/receive a refund as this is truly a major inconvenience.

Horrible! I placed an order for a textbook about three weeks ago and the order said it would arrive in about 10 days. It finally arrived at the post office a few days ago. However, it is now being sent back to the seller because "BiggerBooks don't deliver to PO boxes". Hello Bigger Books: maybe you should state that you don't ship to PO Boxes like every other company! Don't allow the transaction to go through if you're not planning on delivering the product! The shipping was $19 which was shown before the order, but that's ridiculous!

For anyone who needs a textbook, stick with Amazon. It may take longer but you get what you pay for.

Billed me, never had the book, took over a month before BiggerBooks reversed the charge.

I ordered the book, they immediately charged my credit card. The book never shipped. They never had it. Over a month later they finally credited the credit card. I still do not have the book.

They should:
1. Charge the credit card when the book is shipped.
2. don't sell books they do not have and can not quickly get.

Not really rocket science, but too much for them.

Easy checkout process. The bigger books website did not tell me about the discount but BookScouter (which led me here) did. Before checkout, it was not very clear how to download my ebook, but I guess when I click 'My Account' I should be able to find it somewhere.

Other than the fact that the shipping cost was DOUBLE what the cost of the actual book was, everything else was fine. I needed the book for a class so I had no choice but to pay for it, but thankfully this was the only website that could get the book to me within a week. Everyone else needed minimum of two weeks to send it to me, unless I paid outrageous amounts to have it shipped sooner.

Overall my experience was fine. This was the only website where I could get this textbook with any reasonable speed, so I appreciated that. My only problem was shipping delays- I ordered it from here so I could get expedited shipping, but after I paid BiggerBooks told me it wasn't in their warehouse so shipping would be delayed. I wish I had known how long it would take before I paid, but I got the book eventually and it's in good condition so I guess it worked out.

I asked them why the book's shipping was delayed and how long it would take for the book to arrive, and they just told me it was delayed which I already knew.

While shopping for my college textbooks I stumbled across some other non-fiction books that I had been meaning to read, one of them for only $0.98! I added them to my order and BiggerBooks came in lightly used but overall good condition. The books were packaged well, and when it's time to return rented books they send you a shipping label.

This site popped up right when I needed it! Prices were high on Amazon, and as a college student I wasn't able to perches the books I needed. Right before I made the nail-biting decision of spending more money than I have, Bigger Books popped up and offered me a better deal and even searched for coupons for my purchase. Thank you, Bigger Books, you made a college student's life a bit easier today!

I always check the prices of my books with them last. 99% of the time the have the better price than the others. The website is easy to navigate and the books are in good conditions. It's funny how sometimes I can't find a book at another website to either rent or purchased but I always find it here. Anyway make sure you send your books back 3 days in advance "not the day before the due date or on the day of" if you are a renter otherwise keep an eye on your credit card because sometimes the book arrived late at their facility even though you send it before the due date so you will get charged.

You say it may take as much as 5 minutes for password reset email to arrive. It took 51 minutes. You say the reset email will expire in an hour. In fact, it expired in less than 50 minutes. I am busy; I do not have time to babysit my order when these obstacles are thrown in my way. It took two tries a few days ago, and two tries tonight, to successfully put this order through.

There were shipping issues even though I paid for shipping. I was guaranteed to receive the book in 10 days but it still hadnt shipped 2 weeks later. I canceled my order before it was shipped and received an email 2 days later that my book had been shipped anyway! Never received a response from customer service. I got the book in the mail and immediately shipped it back. Had to pay for the return shipping too! Book cost me $123, BiggerBooks kept $13 dollars for shipping the book to me and I had to pay $10.50 to ship the book back. I just shipped it back today, lets see how long my $100 refund takes or if they even admit to receiving the return. Do NOT use this company. Considering reporting to the Better Business Beauro.

I ordered a book that showed as in stock on Dec. 7. As of Dec. 20 it still had not shipped. CS said there had been a delay from the publisher, but BB apparently couldn't be bothered to email me that info. I canceled the order and got it from Amazon instead. I try to give my business to other companies like BB but BiggerBooks are often unreliable. Lesson learned.

I ordered my textbook BiggerBooks sent me a confirmation email and then a couple days later i received an email that said the book was out of stock and that they were restocking to then get an email that said my order was cancelled. Still waiting on my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

Very very very unfriendly sign-up and checkout formats. Took me over 1/2 hour. It sucks big time. You really been to redo your site. Why don't you try to emulate some of the big boys - Amazon, EBay, Southwest Airlines, Budget Rent A Car etc etc

Twice when i updated the mailing address, the payment info disappeared and had to be reentered again. I had not made changes to the payment info and do not understand why that has to be re-entered each time the shipping addy is changed. Very frustrating.

Ordered my book on the 9th of September, didn't arrive until the 24th. Paid for higher priority shipping as BiggerBooks give that option, not knowing that it was a scam. Promised date was the 15th with that extra payment on shipping (almost $10 extra). I emailed multiple times about my refund on the pointless payment on shipping as my order was most definitely not prioritized at all. Didn't receive any reply until today (Oct. 1st) and they themselves said that the higher payment options on shipping don't make it ship faster at all amongst saying that it did deliver on time which was nowhere close to what happened even with the new delivery date they gave me on their package tracking which was the 20th (that I only found out days after it was originally supposed to be delivered.) They're literally misleading and stealing money from people. They're refusing to refund the shipping I paid when I could've just selected free shipping and got it on the same date or not used them at all as I could've gotten my book anywhere else in less time. Horrible customer service, horrible business. Their books are also not lower pricing either, get your books literally anywhere else. Amazon has way lower prices and guaranteed shipping for what you pay and also don't treat their customers like trash. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ITS A FREAKING SCAM. THEYRE JUST STEALING MONEY FROM STUDENTS WITH NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. IM LIVID.

Good and fast, Good service, cheap. It's easy to navigate on this website. From all the websites for used or new textbooks, I had a good experience with Biggerbooks in particular because it is fast and easy, and has a good variety of textbooks available.

Run as fast as you can away from this business. I ordered a book from the company and was immediately charged for the book and shipping. Two days later, the company advised me that it did not have--and could not get--the book I ordered. The company then refunded the price of the book but has refused to refund the shipping charge. I have contacted the company twice, but it insists that it cannot refund shipping charges. It takes this position even though, as I have twice pointed out, it never shipped anything. What a racket. With this pattern, it seeks to steal money from customers by taking orders for books it does not have, and then keeping the shipping charges for items it never ships.

The customer service rep was very nice and listened to my concern regarding paying $27 to ship a small book to Alaska when it fits in a USPS small flat rate box and can be shipped 3-4 day priority mail for $8.45. That you for the small adjustment to the shipping rate.

Ordered a book in Mid-December and I still have got nothing. All I get is excuses. You have the product or you don't. Never experienced this with an online retailer. I have several emails with excuses but still no idea when I will get product. I decided to cancel the order after not receiving update or product.
