I bought the Bike Race Biscuit Tin gift for my Dad who is celebrating his birthday but is also about to embark on Le Grand Départ bike race in Denmark! The biscuits are delicious and the beautiful tin will be a memorable keepsake. Thank you, Biscuiteers!

I knew that the Macarons would be delicious just looking at the photograph. They were the perfect gift for my Aunt who was celebrating her 96th Birthday just a few days before the Queen. They were 'royally ' received!

My Niece received her biscuits and this was her response “ those biscuits are the very rare combination of being both style and substance they are absoloutly delicious as well as being so cute”. I need say nothing else

Love these biscuits. They are too pretty to eat but taste great! I wish the icing were a bit softer but won’t stop eating them because of that. Problem is, because of cost I usually only send them as gifts.

I absolutely love giving a present from the Buscuiteers they are always guaranteed to please the recipient. I have given so many from the gardener to the cat lover and loads in between. Anniversary, birthday you name it and I have given it!!! The artwork on them is great as is the taste I have been told. Thank you.

The biscuits are beautiful but was a tad disappointed with the Jubilee tin which has paper stickers on the tin rather than a print so won't be easy to wash and keep as a souvenir, which my mum was hoping to do.

So beautiful. The presentation is stylish, the biscuits look too good to eat, the decoration is exquisite and they taste sublime. Receiving and eating them is an experience that feels like a luxury treat and makes you feel special. 😊

Sent to Australia as a Jubilee memento for my Republican mother. She thought they were beautiful and they will be shared amongst the family over the weekend. Always a winner and great (if a little expensive) delivery service.

I bought a few boxes of the Queen’s platinum Jubilee biscuits to take to America as gifts, for friends and family. They absolutely adored them. They made very special gifts and the boxes will be treasured, I’m sure! Delicious!!

These biscuits are impressive! They arrived on time (I’m in the USA), are delicious, and when spread out for others to enjoy - are given top marks! I purchased the RHS and Platinum Jubilee collections to enjoy while watching the Chelsea Flower Show and Jubilee coverage from BritBox. Every single biscuit was awesome!

Very happy with my commemorative tea towels. Less happy with what seemed to be an first time purchaser’s discount which did not seem to appear. Think you have to sign up for it but felt that was misleading

The biscuits were very nice both I’d taste and decoration. My granddaughter was delighted with them - and the tin. The biscuits were delivered on time which as a birthday gift was important. I have used this company befit and have been very pleased each time.

I have been a customer for many years and have been really surprised by the service I have just received from their "Happiness Manager" .
When purchasing my last biscuits I saw I had unused Pressie Points adding up to £10 . I also saw I was 10 days out of date as you have to use them within six months (there is no reminder when these are just about to run out) . I thought I would chance it and put in my order for a box of biscuits which came to a total of £41-99 . I ticked the box to use the Pressie Points and they were taken making my purchase £31-99 everything went fine until I had trouble with the added security checks on my debit card as I don't use the 'phone and it wouldn't email me a passcode .
I couldn't get any further with the payment so I had to start again at which point Biscuiteers charged me the FULL price of £41-99. Had I not checked my statements I would never have noticed this . Having had no problems before I had stupidly deleted my emails once the biscuits had arrived and could not prove that I had been charged £31-99 in the first place .
Emailed them and had a "Happiness Manager" (the firm seem to have gone all American also using the phrase "reaching out") reply saying that they would not honour the £10 discount . I went into my orders and finally found the proof that I had ordered at that price and the £10 had been taken off . Went back to the "Happiness Manager" and asked for someone more SENIOR - none was forthcoming . Was this time told as it was a "multi" order and they would not honour this voucher .
No other big firm would have behaved in this way , as I could prove that the voucher had been accepted anyone else would have paid out . I have spent a lot of money with the firm but unless this is resolved to my satisfaction I shall not shop there again nor would I recommend them to anyone else

My daughter-in-law was delighted with her birthday biscuit - a beautiful iced design and delicious to eat! That is, what was left of it - her 3 year old also took a shine to the confection and helped herself to a large chunk of it whilst her mum turned her back fir a few seconds! So that'll be another Biscuiteer cinvert to buy for! Thank-you!

I gave a poor review as although I Paid on 29 th April for international premium delivery and stated I would like the 9 th May ... which was stated as delivery 2- 3 days ....I believe that after contacting your team ,have been told the gift should arrive on the18 th of May.
I don’t think I would have been upset if I had not been led to believe that I should expect the gift to arrive on the date stated and accepted by the company. I’m still not sure what will happen to be frank .
