Bling Painting

One paint ran out and I needed a refill. I emailed them more than 6 times and texted back and forth with someone at least 10 time and Bling Painting never sent the paint. They didn't even answer me back most of the time. And when they did, they never followed through with what they said they would do. I have never had such a horrible customer service interaction. I will never order from them again and advise everyone else to look elsewhere!

Absolutely horrible did not receive everything I ordered customer care is rude not enough paint to finish your painting and will not provide or even sell any extra. Would look somewhere else for better quality.

Still waiting for order three times longer than was told. I understand holiday and covid delays but this is ridiculous. I have been in contact with them and Bling Painting are texting me for hours saying this is not their problem. I sent them the emails they sent me about free returns and 100% satisfaction guarantee and they said they don't take returns

Their website offers a satisfaction guarantee, but good luck getting a hold of them! Support via email, Facebook message and text is met with a couple of automated responses and not a human response to address a problem. Tried to proactively fix an issue immediately after purchased, but these scam artists would rather just take money, send an unusable product and not have happy customers that would probably have given them repeat business if we had a good experience. I suspect this business is being operated under multiple names and websites and a new one is used once negative reviews start being posted.

I am overly satisfied with the products I received today. The package actually came faster than expected and tracking was available as soon as Bling Painting shipped it. The quality of the material and printing ink is amazing and on point. I will be ordering more items from this company. They definitely have a forever customer in me! Drawing with Paint By Numbers kit could be very amusing and joyful. The pleasure of creating a stunning work of art is beyond description.

I purchased a Christmas table cloth, but when it arrived it did not fit. I contacted the company about return/ refund. Bling Painting denied my request. I was told I could purchase a larger tablecloth at half price, but they would not refund my money for a return. Do not buy from this company, unless you want to throw away money for an inferior or useless product.

Came out very cute & looks great on my bed!
I plan to buy more since it makes such a great wedding present...
These pillow are very soft and high quality.
Would recommend and will buy more when needed...
