Shopping experience
I placed an order with Kathy following her call. I actually appreciate the calls when there is going to be a change in pricing or product change. She is always pleasant and informed.
I am always satisfied with your products but it seems like something is always changing. I prefer emu oil in capsules and now foot and leg comfort cream is on the hot side. I'll see how I like it—-I love and use the original daily. You do have good products and good service.

Excellent service and good products
I was introduced to Blue Spring International by a calligraphy teacher; I was having difficulties with my right hand after an accident and I only used the product because he insisted it would help me. And to my surprise it did! So I explored other products and liked them. And the person who calls me every four months to remind me that my order will be arriving soon and asks if I want anything else is always delightful to speak to. So all my contact with the company has been very good and the products work well.

The phone people are nice
The phone people are nice. The Super Blue Stuff isn't as good as it use to be before you changed it. Mot as blue, not as thick, amd doesn't work as well.

Couldn't find a product that I wanted to purchase
Couldn't find a product that I wanted to purchase. When I do get it it will end up costing me shipping along with purchase of item. I try to buy in quantity to save the shipping costs.

We been using Bluestuff for 15 years and haven't found...
We been using Bluestuff for 15 years and haven't found ANY topical application that comes close to working as well. It's been a game changer for my husbands knees, ankles and wrists. He is a heavy machine mechanic and hates to take pills so this is about the only relief he can get.
