Overall an exciting trip with my family and wonderfully memorable experiences, some of which were unexpected. Most hotels were good but felt let down about food. Although most of the meals worked out well, a number were disappointing which resulted in us making our arrangements.

First time has been on a coach holiday and it won't be the last, looking already to my next trip to this travel bnb agency, our driver Rari was brilliant and the manager and his staff in our hotel were just so lovely and friendly, had a great week. Highly recommend Bnb travel.

Me and my friends have just returned from a weekend at the Near Costa Adeje.
We enjoyed every minute, the hotel was very clean and the food was very good to the staff were very helpful.

This is the 2nd time I have made my bookings through bnb travel agency. I have always received good service and the agent has been kind to suggest flights that are most direct or have acceptable waiting times during transits. I like the fact that this agency has flexible payments for tickets which allow the traveller to plan the journey without being under financial constraints.

His patients and understanding of getting the timing right for my partner to arrive in Paris for me to collect her with the date and time difference were a bit confusing for us both as she is flying from Belarus.

1 Week "diseminado can sunyera" In Spain. Nice hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. the tour guider was knowledgeable and friendly.
Looked up places ahead of visits to provide background color.

I emailed Steve from Bnb in the very early hours of Tuesday morning and had a response as soon as he got to the office. A few stupid questions from me were all professionally answered.

Some of the supplies were (toilet paper, we ended up buying our own to supplement), the gas grill was out of propane, the kitchen supplies were a bit disappointing for our needs, some outlets don’t work, not much light on the porches at night time, light switches are somewhat confusing. In spite of the shortcomings, the overall experience was positive.

We booked a family trip to Dubai through BNB. My daughter called twice and both times she got unhelpful people. I search online and found bnb and called to Ria. She was very patient and looked at hotel packages for us, answering all our questions fully. She was very knowledgeable.
Most of the 4-5 star hotels were fully booked in the part of Dubai that we wanted to stay. However, She continued searching until she found one that was available and met our criteria.
It was the best family trip we have had.

Booked flights to Sydney then Austria, Ria was the agent dealing with this, She went out of she's way to get me the dates and times I asked for, kept me updated with how it was going, she took the stress out of our booking, have already recommended bnb travel to friends and family. After searching for a good flight for 5 to 6 hours but we can't satisfied. One of best agent assisted me in booking a great flight. I saved over 220£ and got on a great airline with short flight times. I have never webchatted before to book a flight. I came across Bnb travel through a booking website so didn't know much about them. Made my booking that unfortunately had to change a day before the travel date, so was as cool as nice helping me get a dae change. She not only ensured I got the dates i wanted but she was also vey helpful and bore with my excesses. I would definitely ecommend this company and would do more bookings through them in future.
