Have used the body heal products in the past and they are fabulous - this time I meant to order a short leg cover and ordered a long one accidently. The returns process was easy and no questions asked.
My son has two broken legs so these have been a godsent when showering - when you are in that predicament anything to make life easier!!!

very prompt and professional service, items are posted very quickly, nothing is to much trouble for them, you know what is going on every step of the way.

First order and the communication was great, order our processed quickly as promised. Not the companies fault and as it happens made no difference but the box was badly damaged when I opened the package, obviously not handled the best by Australia Post. As the contents weren’t breakable it wasn’t an issue.

Prompt in delivery, in email answers to questions, and a generous returns and exchanges policy. The knee brace was exactly what was described and exactly what I needed. Other reviewers wrote that they were happy with the products and found them comfortable enough to wear all day long. I feel the same.

I suppose everything was excellent, but I have received my knee guard, and after buying the largest possible. It doesn’t fit.I can’t get it over my calf let alone onto my knee. So disappointed. Not sure what to do now.

The Service I received from BodyHeal was excellent. They called me after I left my name and number providing real customer service. The McDavids Knee Brace 429X was a perfect fit. After having been through several previous knee operations with my right knee and then a total knee replacement I have had allot of experience with knee braces. I use to use Don Joy but after experiencing the McDavid's 429X on my left knee I am immediately ordering another model for the water. The quality of workmanship is superior and combined with BodyHeal's Customer service it was a win-win situation. I highly recommend both McDavid and Bodyheal...the win-win plan.

I sprained my wrist and arm a year ago and in addition to having arthritis in my hand was in pain. Data entry was a nightmare before. The wrist support is the bomb and making such a difference to me. Excellent communication with company.
Unfortunately, the knee sleeves even though they were the right size they slipped down. A smaller size would have been too tight. Lovely quality. I was disappointed as it had very good reviews.
