Poorly packaged which led to the threads being dented. The rods should have been strapped together in the packing tube so they couldn’t hit against each other.
They use Australia Post for delivery, so be prepared for a long wait to receive your order.
However, the website is very good which made the purchase very easy.

After attempting to find items locally, I chose B&NA when all other avenues had been tried. Found a very good range available. From now on, I'll be looking to them first for any similar needs. It's easier.

Excellent source of small or large quantities of those particular nuts, bolts and washers which might be hard to get somewhere else.
I discovered this company last year and have used it several times to get just what I wanted.
Answers to questions were fast, and a small problem was sorted quickly. You get the feeling someone at the other end really wants to provide good services. Not true of some other online services!

To get small quantities of hardware is difficult. It’s good to see a company like Bolts and Nuts that is prepared to offer these small quantities at a reasonable cost especially for the DYI home owners. The free delivery was an added bonus as most deliveries of small items cost more that the item cost. The delivery was a couple of days because the company is Australian. Thanks to Bolts and Nuts.

Hi there I've given you a good review rating of 4 out of 5 stars, the 4 rather than a 5 mainly because I hate being harangued by organizations asking for ratings or reviews. This review process is annoying in all the expectations it raises such as rating Bolt and Nut Australia as well as rating customer service and the actual screws themselves that I ordered. I find this really dumb.

Countersunk Square (SQ2) Chipboard Screws are easily the best wood screw I ha used. With predrilling, they can be used with all timber, not only Chipboard. The Square drive allows a firm connection between the screw and the driver. However, they are becoming harder and harder to find, so it is very pleasing to find Bolt and Nut are still supplying them. The screws were easily ordered, they were packed and sent quite quickly and delivered in a good time. I will recommend them and continue to use them.

Good delivery on time. This review is for a range of products i purchased, so i'll just do this one review. All the items were individually packed and marked. The products i purchased helped me complete the project i was working on. The hardware is as described and the Klingspor sanding discs are great.

Can't fault this crew, exactly what I wanted, caravan dealers could not supply, & one parts supplier wanted $4.99 for one grub/set screw. Even got free postage as I purchased qty x 5 @$1.75ea.
Thoroughly recommended for what hardware you may need for your caravan or boat, whatever!

I assumed that a T10 sized bit matched the M10 bolts, nuts & washers that I bought in the same order - nope. It would have been good customer service if someone had picked up on this before shipping everything, making me have to question & re-order the correct size & wait another week before being able to complete my project.

Plenty of choices and good descriptions including classification of each bolt for usage, I had to use it for a motorcycle so tension and class 12.9 were a min requirement, the return was easy when found out that ordered the wrong size, recommended as local bunnings doesn't have similar quality bolts.

Bolt & Nut Australia went above and beyond when so many others were unable to supply. BNA were able to source, quote and provide a clear ETA for an urgent order of a critical part that was required for one of our national customers. Easy to do business with. I had an inquiry that was not listed in the catalog, a quick email a quote was received and the online catalog was adjusted so I could order online. They were able to assist with small UNC fraction and # number sizes which our local supplier could not supply. Prices are competitive and will use again.

The Black Panther Snips were delivered quite quickly given the current delays.
I have long been using these snips for gardening as the blade length is excellent for pruning.
They were the usual high quality.
I will be quite happy to buy replacement snips from Bolt & Nut next time.

I've been placing small orders and larger. The service is always the same, I'm treated like a VIP. The option of express post delivery is welcomed for those "unforeseen" jobs that need to be done in a hurry. The website is terrific. It must have taken weeks to get up and running but everything is there (data) to be sure you get exactly what you need. I've never received an incorrect part. The people working there must be very motivated to produce the utmost in Customer service.

Very happy with this supplier. I know prices can look a bit high but one off items aren’t necessarily cheap especially when I could buy most things locally. One thing for sure I can buy nuts and bolts no one else can close to supplying. 👍👍 quick and easy ordering with fast dispatch. Have used them before and are my go to for the hard to get items.
