the setup is very easy and i had no issues and I feel this product is very great for people who wanting have zones set and such
Quickly resolved user setup issue.
Experienced a few teething problems related to DIY install in an older style property, however service support is excellent and despite experiencing some system downtime issues were resolved within 24 hours. Product is subsequently proving to be easy to use and reliable.
I had my Boundary Alarm fitted just over a month ago and have to say I am very pleased with the system and ease of use and connectivity to Amazon Alexa for other uses.
I would recommend Boundary Alarms to any body and the extra levels which you can sign up to depending on your preference definitely give peace of mind.
The boundary products and the help/support service has been excellent in assisting me with a self installation where a few technical issues emerged.

I moved from ADT to Boundary when we moved home and am glad I did. A much more affordable system and I think it will only improve as time goes by. I have to admit that I had some issues with the equipment that was delivered as my alarm panel was faulty. However, I logged the issue with their customer services team and, no word of a lie, by the time I'd made a coffee they'd replied, diagnosed the issue, and had already arranged a return and replacement.
Installation was simple and the help and support if you run into any issues is fantastic
